Not my favorite restaurant in general 😫HOWEVER....The Employees Were EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, NOT PUSHY, DIDNT BEHAVE AS THOUGH I WERE BOTHERING THEM ( Which is very Uncharacteristic in my experience of taco bell staff)!!! And proof that sometimes it is soley youre experienced with the staff somewhere and not necessarily just food, that will bring someone back! Good job!

This Taco Bell is a fast food establishment that shouldnt be held in the same regard as other fast food places. The food is fine, in some situations its even good, but the fact of the matter is that its still Taco Bell, and they have a low standard in terms of customer satisfaction. There isnt a bullseye answer, just go somewhere else if you want an above average experience.

Went inside to grab a snack. Met a lovely lady named Mary. She was somewhat of a celebrity inside this store. Everyone knew and greeted her. It was lovely to see people be nice to the kind elderly lady. Also food was fast and yum

I used to say this is the cheapest place to go. Not the case anymore. Its still my favorite but I dont get to go here very often. I dont get to eat out very often. My favorite burrito is the chipotle chicken ranch grilled burrito. Its $2.49. Today on August 15th 2023 I tried the grilled cheese burrito. I ordered the beef and they mistakenly gave me the chicken grilled cheese burrito. So I took a picture of it. Both of the appearance and the taste is just a mouthful of rice with a tiny bit of chicken sour cream and a lot of cheese. I would just consider this a rice burrito. Most of their burritos have cheese in them so to grill it and call it grilled cheese is beyond my understanding. Its not worth the $4.49 that I paid for it. Its a tiny bit bigger than the grilled chicken ranch Chipotle but for that price Ill stick with my favorite burrito. Ill never eat that grilled cheese dumb burrito again. But my son likes it

Louise was great. I loved how friendly and talkative she was. Smiling from ear to ear!Unfortunately I cant say the same about Avalina who took our order over the speaker. She was very rude. She kept cutting in and out of our order (talking to someone else) and when she got back on she had an aditude. She definitely needs more training and to work on her customer service skills.

I ordered 4 tacos total in different orders. They refused to check in my orders and made it a huge deal. Confused as to why they give customers a hard time over having more than one mobile order. They wasted more time arguing rather than giving me my 4 total tacos. Very disappointing location.

The food is always made to quality. However, you always want to double check everything because there will always be ONE item missing.This time it was my sauces, my fries, and a straw.What’s the point of packing mobile orders as if they’re ready if the customer needs to open everything up to make sure the items are all there? Overall, pretty great! We all enjoyed our food and the workers were polite and friendly. We got our food pretty quick, even though it was a big order. The only issue I had was with the fountain drinks. One of them had run out, so I had notified who I assumed to be the manager. A few minutes later, he said he refilled it. But I tried it again and it was just pure water. I waited another 30 minutes and it was still water. A bit of a bummer, but still very good!!

The people that work here make it worth it. The food is Taco Bell, the people are always amazing. Ive had conversations ranging from favorite hot sauce to hometown news to the weather to someone getting married. Some of the most pleasant people a Taco Bell had ever been graced with.Edit 6 Years Later (Visited again on 7/9/2023): My first review still stands. This Taco Bell is still staffed with the friendliest people. Ive moved out of town, but I was in town visiting family and stopped by for lunch. I didnt recognize anyone, but the vibe was still there. Everyone was a joy to interact with, they seemed to be having a good time and everything was running smoothly.As far as food goes... I dont know what makes this place so good at what they do compared to other stores, but the food quality is better than any other Taco Bell that Ive been to. They dont under-stuff or make their food messy (most of the time the food looks like it could be right off the menu picture), nothing Ive had there has been stale or not ripe enough, none of my orders have ever been wrong or missing items - in fact, moving away made me realize how much of an outlier this Taco Bell is. If anyone from the store sees this - you guys rock.

The young man at the window, Nathan, is the nicest young man. Very polite, and personable. He even returned my extra money that I had given. Not realizing that I had overpaid he could easily had kept the extra $20, but he didnt. He called it to my attention and returned it promptly. What more can you say its your standard corporate Taco Bell, but the good part is the people they are very nice and accommodating and always friendly to help you. That should mean more with the current climate that were in and unfortunately people are treating restaurant workers so badly that Im amazed at times that they stay to work. The crew at this Taco Bell are amazing and from the times I speak with them I enjoy the interaction and the food is where its supposed to be.

I dont usually get taco bell but we hadnt been for a while and since the drive thru line was pretty short it was an easy choice that was what we were going to eat. We had a couple special orders, but nothing over the top. The lady who took our order was very polite and efficient making sure that our order was exactly what we wanted. We werent at the pick up window for long before our order was ready. Everything was fresh and the girl at the pick up window was also very polite handed me the bag made sure we didnt need any sauce and thanked us for coming. Thanks Taco Bell usually I have a bad experience but this time more than made up for the other times! Keep up the good work

One of the best Taco Bell locations for consistency, order accuracy, and speedy friendly service. Food always hot and fresh. Drive thru moves quickly. Never had any issues. Most of the negative reviews pertain to corporate removing menu items, not about location experience. It’s Taco Bell and it’s changed a lot of the years. I preferred the chain more in the 90s.

The employees were very kind to me when i placed my order. The sanitation was good and I was able to eat there with no sense of fear that my food or the tables would be contaminated. The drive thru was great because I was able to get my food at a speedy pace so I had no complaints. My only concern was just that my nachos felt as if they were microwaved because it was a bit soggy. Overall this is a good place to get food if youre dining on the cheap.

I dont like taco bells inconsistencies of charging to substitute an item or sauce. I dont like sour cream so I always have them remove it up until recently when I decided to try something else instead of just removing the sour cream. I asked to substitute the sour cream for Chipotle Ranch instead and they charged me an extra 40 cents to do this, but if I ask to remove the sour cream they dont subtract 40 cents for my total. I can understand if I added the Chipotle Ranch on top of sour cream to get a 40 cents charge but Im completely replacing it. Then depending on where I go, some places dont charge me to do this but others do, which Im not complaining about the places that dont charge me but one Its ridiculous that they charge to replace a sauce for another but two they should stay consistent and do one or the other at all taco bells. Luckily I kept a receipt of one place that didnt charge and used that as proof for the other taco bell I went to that did try to charge me. Yes its only 40 cents but its the fact that they dont charge less when you remove an item but they have no problem charging more to substitute one.

I’ve been here more than 80 times.Anyway:Attitude:You can always tell with any fast food place that employees get tired of working after about an hour. This isn’t excempt here, but their attitude is much nicer. The only time an employee has been rude to me is when I was impolite while ordering, and it was fully my bad, and therefore, completely justified in my opinion.Quality:It’s a fast food place for crying out loud; you will absolutely not get the best food here. This is further backed up by the fact that i do not have the same tongue as anyone else, so take these words as opinion rather than fact.Food quality is almost always nice (except during busy times where small mistakes are justifiable), and being a picky eater, I always have wanted only one or two things inside of my food or outside of it. They told us they were closed inside and instructed us to go to the drive through despite us not arriving there by car. As taco bell goes, this ones relatively fast and clean with well put together food, not thrown together haphazardly like Oakdale does it. You can eat while driving without too much mess and they are always very apologetic if they mess up. Quite often understaffed during rush hour though

Today we went in and the staff was terrible the manager yelling from the back, the tacos breaking no cheese it was just a bad experience. Being a big family spending $50 dollars it wasnt worth it and I wont be taking my family back ever again. Please give manners to that person yelling. If I could Ill give a 0 start

So, Im at Taco Bell with Duy. We get our food, sit down, you know how eating out works. So, this lady that works there is like cleaning the floors from trash and stuff. Shes like right next to us, and she says, How are you guys doing? Well, we say were fine, then I ask her how she was doing. Oh, man! You could see how surprised she was to be asked that. She said she was fine, and we go on eating our food. Then, Duy asked me about hot sauce. Now, Im not much for hot sauce and stuff, too much effort. But, here comes the lady, her name is Jill, by the way, shes all like, I can get you hot sauce. Its my job. So, Im sitting there thinking, I dont need any hot sauce, but I let her get me some anyway. Now, she really didnt need to do that and I didnt need any hot sauce, but she goes and gets hot sauce for me, comes back, I didnt know how many you wanted. I say thanks, open the sauce, eat my taco. Shes done cleaning, and she goes away. Thanks Jill!

Was disowned by my entire family, aswell as had my mexican citizenship revoked and have good reason to believe im being followed by El Chapos hooligans shortly following my grand ma discovering a rogue chalupa wrapper under my passenger seat. She wasnt buying the i was holding it for a freind excuse that i was pitching. But not all is lost its 2 am and just got some wonderfull news, i apparently entered a contest and have won a million dollars cash, so Im off to collect as we speak at an undisclosed location behind the abandoned wherehouses on the sketchy side of town that the cops never go to and just to verify my identity was told to turn the location off on my phone, bring some rope, duct tape, and a shovel which the heavily accented rep ehsteve ehsmith explained and assured me was just a formality.
