So annoyed ….It wasn’t even busy when I went through the drive through. Photo is how I received my taco, nacho fries were stale and very hard.I was just going to ignore the taco & fries and eat the five layer burrito and they didn’t even get that right. They gave me a bean burrito ( just beans and cheese) 😂Damnnnn… called the store and got a message saying “sorry you reached us during our peak time”

First, the woman at the drive thru had an attitude. And she rolled her eyes when I told she forgot an item.When I home five minutes after getting my food, the food was ice cold and tasted old. I tried calling the store for 30 minutes and no answer. Hopefully management reads this and does something about their food quality

Only one thing.. the sign out front is super misleading: It says Dining Room OpenIt means Open for Takeout, Delivery, Mobile, and Patio Dining This sign sounds like its fine if you eat inside. Then you walk in and every table has a sign Table Closed Lol

My family has been to this Taco Bell several times. Unfortunately it is the closest one to my house. Every single time we order food, it is cold and there is hardly any stuffing inside our items. Example, recently I ordered the five layer burrito. It had hardly any meat any beans and very little cheese. It was completely flat. All tortilla no meat and beans. Previously I ordered a crunch wrap supreme. Again no meat inside of it. When you have items on your menu and they resemble a round circle full of feelings don’t hand out a rolled out flat tortilla with nothing in it

I should rate all taco bell places a flat zero for removing my frito beefy burrito from their menu and also getting rid of the chalupa box... but i cant really fault this location. They work hard and are always busy but keep the line moving pretty fast. Decent food for the price and the staff are pleasant.

Between 530 pm and 6 pm, the place was so filty on the floor and the salsa station. Most of the salsas were not refilled and had to request for it. Napkin holder was empty. Staffs were not to concern when we asked about it .. in fact their respond was we know it. This is the worst group of staff we ever encountered. Need some training in customer relation. Thank you.

Usually when I go to this Taco Bell my food is freshly done, but recently they have been giving me stale hard taco shells. And I don’t just order a meal I like to order the taco party pack, so whoever does management here needs to either have a meeting with the workers to prepare the food the right way! Not the best Taco Bell around. They are notorious for getting drive through orders wrong so be sure to check it before driving away. Their sodas also have a funny, stale aftertaste. If youve got the time, keep going another 5-10 minutes west on Channel Islands Blvd. to the Taco Bell in Port Hueneme.
