Went there this morning after a workout via walking since the gym and that taco bell are 400 ft apart and the doors was closed though the doors say they are open at 8am. Terrible and Im not going to waste gas just for 400 ft distance.

The staff are friendly, but the service is slow. The food is always good and fresh, but sometimes they mess up. Today I ordered two chalupas and a taco. I asked for hot sauce (mild) and they only gave me one sauce(hot).Im not okay with that

I come to this Taco Bell every once in awhile when I need something fast and it always been pretty good and the people are nice but the last two times I ordered the Mexican pizza cause that’s one of my favorite things. A few weeks ago I grabbed one through the drive thru and the first bite I had to spit out because the shells tasted terrible and left a chemical taste In my mouth. I called the store and talked to the store manager Corbin and he was super nice and helpful put my name on a list for a free one the next time. While I was running errands today I decided to go and grab my free one it was super easy and the girl was nice. Like the last time first bite had to be spit out tasted like chemicals AGAIN and it was actually worse this time. I’m not a complainer when it comes to my food or reviews but that’s ridiculous! Please change the oil! I will probably not order a Mexican pizza again and sadly ecspecially not at that location.

I ordered food online for pickup, but the lobby was closed when I got there.When I went through the drive through they made my order when I got to the window, but double charged me for the order.Furthermore, they dont pick up their phones to ask them to fix the problem.

I don’t know what’s with the tall girl who works here, but her attitude is so lackluster. The food is fine— it’s Taco Bell. But I don’t go here anymore. I got tired of enduring negativity from a place as simple as this. Another customer was once very angry with this employee, and I can’t help but wonder if her attitude had something to do with it? I don’t know. The last visit here she was unreasonably stoney toward me and didn’t want to give me utensils for my order. When I asked for a fork she gave a slow dry “NO”. 🙄🫤

Taco Bell has actual vegetarian fare, so its my choice for fast food. They no longer have tostadas, which were my favorite. Boo. Still, they have reliable snacks when I need them.

Talk about fast service,! This has been the fastest and best service I have ever experienced at a taco bell. Burritos were cheap and decently sized, and service was extremely fast. Id definitely come here again. They also included napkins in the bag, which I rarely see nowadays.

This used to be one of my favorite Taco Bells to visit, but as of late Ive been getting cold food or somethings too hard or stale which I understand happens with fast food restaurants from time to time, but its not a good look when the employees get upset and look at you funny when you let them know and could they make it right for you. Its sad because the manager is a real nice guy

Went inside store to pick order as it was before 4pm and found doors locked and no sign on both doors stating that restaurant for dine in was closed. I knocked at the door and a nice female young worker opened kindly the door for me and told me the restaurant was closed and I told her I had placed a mobile order and she’s like okay please come in.Then I heard a Caucasian guy cooking screaming why she let me in that the restaurant was closed and only open in the drive-thru and told him the same thing that I had a mobile order.Probably he was the manager not sure but he was rude to me and to his worker. Drive thru is always quick and amicable. Food is tasty and fresh, though they need to be more careful with the bean knife, theyve cut 2 burritos so far by whacking it against the tortilla on the line. Those things exploded as I ate them, yummy mess though so not a terrible problem, just undesired.

When you go inside you have to order on this machine and it is quite difficult to get what you want .you have to keep searching. Very user-unfriendly. I had to finally ask the manager to help and even he couldnt do it. very time-consuming. I was just ready to just leave. then they rushed my order. it was a to go order. Sent me on my way with no napkins and no utensils.

This taco bell is above average in terms of its consistancy and quality. If you are just driving through on the freeway this establishment is a good quick stop due to being off the freeway. Ask for extra sauce add they tend to give only one size packet per item. Ive never dined in but have gone through the drive through numerous times to conclude that its a solid 4 star rating. (Except for the cinnamon twists, they need much more cinnamon. There is hardly any cinnamon on them.)

Always out of some type of drinks that the kids like. Taco bell has gone really down hill with what the food used to taste like. The only thing safe to eat is the regular tacos for me. Im a Restaurant Manager for a high end place in Marin and I know that when you are out of items it means that corporate is on your behind to keeping your P&Ls in check so this manager at this store needs help from Corp. To make sure she has the means to ordering supplies without getting reprimanded for gping over cost. Customers wont coe back if your always out of everyday items on the menu
