Food was good. I tried one of their new combos and a mango slurpee. The staff was great.However, the cleaning conditions were not good, specially the one restroom that was available, and that makes me wonder and worry... is the kitchen condition the same as the restroom?

Second time to this place. Food preparation was terrible again, all tacos were broken and none of the sauce i asked for they provided. They make you feel theyre doing you a favor by taking your order. Never again.

This was horrible, for one the odds of you getting the food you want are INCREDIBLY low. The service is incredibly slow and you might be stuck standing behind that counter for quite a while as you wait for them to stop checking their phones and get to taking orders. Now provided you have the time to wait for them to get a move on and actually start making your food, once you get it you have to check your bag to make sure they got your order right. At this point I do it every time I go to any fast-food chain due to the fact that they just dont actually do a good job of giving you the correct food, and if you have any ideas of giving it back so they can get it right, expect to go through the whole process again. Now after I waited for almost 35 min for them to at least remember that I didnt want any lettuce on my tacos (using the term taco lightly here) I decided I would use the bathroom before I left. WORST MISTAKE I COULD HAVE MADE. Those bathrooms had the same sanitary quality as going out into the bushes and just doing it there they smelled like they hadnt been cleaned in weeks and not a single one of the sinks worked. After I walked out in horror of what I had just seen vowing never to return again to this location I got into my car and began eating my food which was by no surprise, incorrect. not coming back here anytime soon,

Convenient location on corner the of Marina Blvd & Alvarado. Has a drive-thru area. Opted to walk in to order. There are plenty if tables to sit at if you want to eat there. Order taker was friendly and efficient. Order was ready fairly quickly about 5 minutes since there were others there.

Im vegetarian and ordered Veggie crunch wrap with black beans with no cheese & no sour cream. However after my first bite, noticed something weird and figured out they actually made it with beef. Immediately went back and asked for clarification. The lady said I dont know what you get and will make a new one (thats why 2 stars). I gave them the beef crunchwrap back but they seems to had no regrets for the mistake they made. Could have handled it much better! 0 for customer service.

Ordered meal at the drive thru. Paid my meal and order was handed to me. They said we were good.I broke the cardinal rule of always checking your order before driving off but I did. Thats my fault. Ordered the new party pack nachos today and specifically asked for no tomatoes as my son is allergic. The person taking the order rudely said it doesnt come with tomatoes, even though on the picture you can clearly see them. We get home and open them up and there were tomatoes and the tray looks nothing like the picture, its barely full and full of tomatoes. Waste of $12! Also asked for fire sauce and got no sauce at all... very disappointed.

Nine times out of 10 oh, my five layer burrito is made wrong. I specifically order without nacho cheese and it seems like I always have to drive back because they just cant get it right. This morning I was in a rush and drove off. 2 miles later, I reach for my burrito and of course tons of nacho cheese inside. Ruined my breakfast / lunch. When I called the restaurant, the number is disconnected. Horrible service

This Taco Bell seems to always be on point every time. I ordered 2 steak power bowls for my teenage son and I and 3 tacos for my 4 year old daughter. The power bowls are one of the healthier options yet very satisfying meals on the menu. Some taco bells like to skimp on the steak but this location was very generous with all the portions. The staff is always very efficient and pleasant here.

Rude people! Not sure if she is a manager or what but everytime I have come here when she is here Ive had a problem. Came in for lunch, ordered from kiosk and wasnt given all the drink options so selected diet pepsi expecting to get my own. When my 11 year old daughter asked to get the correct drinks after they made them in the back instead, the lady behind the counter popped an attitude about the fact that diet pepsi was selected, then my daughter told her that the option for regular was not given and she got upset but got the drink anyway. Had to send my drink back because it was not the brisk dragon I clearly asked for it was something red. Oh and my daughter found a hair in her food. She told the guy we usually deal with about it and he fixed it but not without having to fight with the ladies behind him.We WONT be coming back here for a while.

Best service Ive had in a long time. The one by my house sucks. This one on Marina had good food with great service. I had questions about how the food was prepared and got all the answers I was looking for. I had a pleasant talk with the manager. My order was 100% correct right down to the amount of hot sauce I requested. Thank you to the staff and management for the great service. I definitely would refer my friends and family to this location.

A quick, easy and fairly inexpensive breakfast from Taco Bell...Breakfast Crunchwrap and Hash Brown Toasted Burrito w/steak definitely did the job for me after fasting before my lab and doctors appointment at Kaiser...!!! I got quick service. The staff is good. The line is usually super long on the weekends because its open late night and close to a strip mall. Its also not far from Walmart. They are less expensive than most taco bells generally speaking. All in all I would recommend this taco Bell if thats your craving.

I had a horrible experience here today. They did not put my complete order in my bag at the drive through, a fact I did not discover until I got home. I go back to get my food that I was charged for but not given then was insulted by the cashier and the manager who suggested I was trying to steal 4 dollar tacos. Stay away from this place. Horrible service, I ordered food without meat and found beef in my food. It happened atleast 5 times now, I didn’t complained before with mindset that it happens after all they are humans and they can mistakes. But then I thought it should not keep repeating, so i called to complain their management, but after listening my complain they hang up on me and when I called back they didn’t pick up my phone.
