I usually eat here when Im in Tracy and have had great service. I mean its fast food Im not expecting gormet. I am however upset that Taco bell wants me to put my apron and name tag on to take my own order at the kiosk. Im getting sick of companies going this to save a buck. when I used to enjoy having an actual human take my order. Other locations the employees just stand around and point at the kiosk like I should already know.

The drive through speaker needs to be fixed because the service person cant hear due to road noise. They asked me the same question 3 times. YIKES!!! Get a new speaker!

If I could give it a 0 star I would. went to this Taco Bell and they gave me food with mold on it. DO NOT GO HERE! they ruined my appetite for Taco Bell as a whole. And the manager or whoever the older bigger lady was did not help at all, and had the audacity to try to tell me that was I seeing was wrong. She first started with saying she can only gave a partial refund because I ate some of the food, but then I could not get a refund at all. They wasted my time and money and make me sick! Absolutely outrageous and disgusting, gave me moldy food and complained about giving me 6 dollars back lol. Smh.

I always love Taco Bell and had bad experience with many places as I am Vegetarian but this location is awesome. I did ordered from kiosk and so far did multiple visits and always getting what I ordered. Also all items are made so freshly and with very accuracy. Staff is also very nice and welcoming, smiling.

This place needs people that are attentive. I lost count on how many times they have gave my order to the wrong person. They take forever and on top of that, when you call them out on them missing something on the order they get all sassy with you as if you’re the one that made the mistake when everything is in the receipt.It never fails when they don’t give you the cups for your drinks or forget to give you the slushy you just ordered. I only go there because my son loves Taco Bell, but I dread going there every time!

At least 5-6 ppl got their food mixed up lastnight 30-50 minutes wait time. Lol took my order up to be corrected and literally watched the girl in charge put my food in another persons bag AGAIN. On top of that, none of the food was prepared correctly, ask for no onions ect loaded with them.

Teenage crew constantly makes things incorrectly. mainly night crew. When asked to remake things also don’t correct the ad-ons. Morning crew is super great just damn this night crew really sucks. If you’re vegetarian or vegan avoid this place. sad because taco bell is supposed to be a super plant based friendly fast food place. wouldn’t be so annoyed if it didn’t consistently happen with the same people!!!

Friendly staff, food tasted nice and fresh. You can order ahead on the app so its ready when you get there and they also have the kiosks so can order on those as well. No drive thru, unfortunately, but service was quick and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

Im going to give them the benefit of the doubt because they always seem like theyre trying. Most of the time, its a relatively painless experience. Sometimes it seems like it takes way longer than it should. Tonight was one of those nights. Only one person in line when I came in, yet somehow, four people who arrived and ordered after me got their food before me, and all I had was two burritos.

I have always liked Taco Bell. If you meet the corporate standard of cleanliness, and produce the high standard of food, you are a friend of mine. This location has the new interior and offers fast service. The only drawback is no drive-thru. But they make up for it by being the Taco Bell you need. Because who else is going to support me when I say if you add shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes Doritos are a meal? Oh yes, they are!

Food is fast, cheap and tasty. I cant complain. Lots of menu selections, but Ive got limited choices because of a low sodium restriction. The only thing I really dont like is that the local Taco Bells have locked the restrooms now. I have to wait for an available worker to walk around and open the door for me. Since Im on diuretics this is a real pain, not just an inconvenience. It makes me want to eat at alternatives.

Today I purchased a crunchwrap supreme. Now I normally ask for shredded cheese instead of nacho cheese which for some reason I have to pay extra for. When I got my food, there was barely any food. Compared to my other visits they put a decent amount of lettuce,tomatoes, beef etc. but this time all it seemed to be was just tortilla, lettuce and a lot of sour cream.
