This Taco Bell has been amazing to go to. My buddies all got the best deal and got the box there. It had plenty of tacos to keep us filled up. You can never go to Tavo bell without getting the Baja blast Mt dew because its the best flavor ever

On 6/13/23 at 7:05 a.m. I called and the employee said that their dining room was currently closed. This is unacceptable since I never use drive thru windows hence the 1 star service rating and 1 star overall rating. I always eat at fast food restaurant dining rooms.

They have employees taking orders outside in this god awful heatwave and they require you to pay on the employees phone outside. Cruel and unusual punishment if you ask me, but Stating to not pay at the register(window) is such a strange policy to force upon the customer seeing how this is taco bell, since we were told that there was nothing wrong with their equipment. We were also told to go inside or give the employer our credit card to pay. 🤔🤔🤔

It would seem that this Taco Bell has gone downhill. When you walk into the restaurant they refuse to take your order they force you to use their kiosk. The kiosk took my money, and theyre only response was can you prove it. Now thats what I call customer service, not. Im not going to any Taco Bell with those kiosks anymore.This one is so much better than one at 208 Main Street in Woodland they do a good job here 208 Main Street its like theyve given up

I ordered the Mexican pizza something I ordered all the time, I asked for easy beef and more beans. I wish I would have taken a photo Im so tired and hungry what I really wanted to do was turn around walk in and get my money back. What a mess this food is all cut up on top of each other, broken, it had all beef completely opposite of what I asked for. This is the sloppiest food I think Ive ever been given from a taco bell. The staff is decent, food is usually accurate, and good quality. That said, due to being seriously understaffed, even during off-peak times you could get stuck in the drive through for up to an hour. If you come here do NOT park in the Taco Bell parking lot either. You will be trapped by the drive through traffic.Also, keep in mind the lobby is often closed. In my experience, if you are in a hurry, its faster to drive to the Davis location.

Pulled through the drive thru, waited 25 minutes before I even got to order. Then I was informed that drinks were unavailable for which I was never given a proper reason, and I was told they could not take the drink charge off my combo price. Then I waited another 15+ minutes for the food to get made. Just absolutely incredibly slow service, especially for a drive thru.

Breakfast burritos are rolled so thin you could floss your teeth with them, but what do you expect for a two dollar breakfast. Youll need at least three to hold you over. Flavor and texture was good. Cashier was pleasant and helpful. This one in Woodland, CA is one of the best locations Ive visited as far as service and cleanliness. The self order screen was interesting and very user friendly. We ordered at the register though.

Everytime I go here I remember why its been so long since my last trip. I went in to eat as I had some time to kill. Big mistake. Not 1 table was clean. I ended up cleaning 1 with napkins and water from the soda dispenser. I got the 3 soft taco Supreme combo. 1 of the tacos had probably a half of a teaspoon of meat. All the food was cold except for the hot cheese for chips and dip. I need to remember these things next time, and remind myself of prior trips.

I went to this location a couple of weeks ago, and will gladly update my review if I see different service next time. Unfortunately, when I went with a co-worker, the poor girl at the register seemed brand new and was not ready to be alone at the counter! While she was very friendly, I felt like she should have had support because she didnt know how to enter items or find the items I was ordering. Luckily, although I cant see the screen, I was able to walk her through how to enter my order, since no one else was stepping in to help. The food was great, and service friendly enough. But, that particular employee definitely could have used some help.

Went to drive thru because inside was closed and waited in the line tried to order 2 quesaritos for my wife and then they said sorry thats a online only item who the heck has the time to order online ahead of time to then have to go thru the drive thru for their meal its fast food why isolate specific items on the menu to be online only is just plain bad buisness sense and dont get me wrong the employee was very kind in telling me that unless i ordered online i cant have that so that being the case his politeness earned the second star otherwise easy 1 to 0 for bad management lost me as a customer unfortunately i really like their beefy 5 layer burritos

No problem handling orders with Taco Bells mobile app. Food is usually hot and fresh, though middle-of-the-night orders are hit and miss. I have to visit late night due to my schedule. Last visit, staff members were busy on their phones. Ordered a $5 Nacho Fries box, received some box with a burrito, a gordita, and a taco... Whatever they put in their burritos should be made into a pill and sold to people with constipation... Cleans you out better than any pharmaceutical will, without a doubt. While my taste buds were disappointed, my insides are grateful. Much better than a suppository.

Love taco bell this one is really hit and miss though. Long wait times and about 70% of the time they dont cook the food. Gotten quesadillas without the cheese being melted and order is almost always wrong. I dont use the drive through anymore cause its too unreliable.As long as youre ready to wait a while and probably send your food back for a re-cook this is the place for you. Otherwise you might want to try a different location.

Not only was my order wrong, when I attempted to go in to have it fixed, the doors were locked and no one came to the door to see what I needed. My nachos were garbage, all of the toppings were smashed to the lid, most of the chips werent even really chips but crumbs instead. This is why I never eat here. Good food overall. The sauces are very good at controlling spice. My favorite is the Diablo. Good amount of options for vegetarians like me, since you can replace the meat with refried beans instead. The reason 1 star is missing is because the staff are a little lackluster. Sometimes they dont replace the beans properly, and we have to take our dish back.

Eat at this Taco Bell because of Omar and Victoria. They made something magical. Allow me to explain:HOT SAUCE INSIDE THE FOOD. NO PACKETS. THIS IS A GAME CHANGER.I was in the drive-thru, because I was driving. I wanted Taco Bell, but it would not have been safe to use the tiny sauce packets while driving. Even though Taco Bell wants you to use the little sauce packets for the experience, they put the sauce inside the food for me because I was driving. I go to this Tacobell every so often. Each time Ive gone their staff is very friendly and kind. Im proud of one of their new guys for not losing his cool. A guest asked for 3 chicken gorditas and never said no lettuce. He came back angry and had them remake it and said This guy messed up, I didnt want lettuce. The staff was kind and remade his food quickly. Despite this man being unkind the cashier never argued with him:) Good job new guy!

The Tbell church is a place touched by the grace of el christo himself. Every week I come to this establishment and get myself a 5 dollar prayer box and am never dissatisfied with my day afterwards!
