I recently moved super close and was looking forward to having a very convenient Taco Bell since I go more often than I should. This location is by far the worst I have ever been to. I kept trying to give them another chance, but after messing up coffee four times (one of which I couldn’t even drink it), refusing to acknowledge me as I stood at the counter for 10 minutes, and ignoring the drive through speaker, I won’t be back.

This is literally the worst taco bell in this area. They messed up my order made supreme even though that wasn’t what I wanted. After they charged my card at the drive through. I looked at the receipt they had order wrong. Issued me a refund and refused to make my correct order unless I went inside the restaurant . I was on my lunch break and didn’t have time to do that since I had already wasted 20 in line which I told the workers. I hope this is seen by the owner/management. I will not come back here and your workers really need training on customer service. Receipt says Luis M who I think was the manager on duty. Please get new workers the ones you currently have will effect your business.

They always gives you the wrong order. Either it will be less items or the wrong items. Most of the time o order cheese quesadillas and they give me chicken quesadillas.I ordered Veggie Mexican pizza and they give me meat Mexican pizza.It happened so many times. Really really bad experience. When I call them to complain they would never answer the phone.

DRIVE THRU :ialways ordered beef chalupa, and today is my 4th time getting the wrong order!! they gave me the chicken chalupa. i made sure they put beef on the screen while im ordering. & even said at the window beef chalupabefore they even forgot to put beef!or they forget to put fire sauce even tho i asked!plus the food is not even warm! like veggys i get it.but even the bread part is cold? like why?!im upset cos i got no time to go back and asked them to change it. & i know shouldve checked before leaving, since it happened Many times.but it shouldnt be like that.the staff should be responsible to give the customers the right order.Id be scared for people who have food allergies & the staff giving them the wrong orders!make sure to checked it before leaving the drive thru!!

Was not what I wanted. Online ordering was all good, but when I was at the window it all went to HELL.Update, 1/14/2023. I made the mistake of ordering again, all was good until I got to the window. Drink not available and the burrito I ordered and wanted was not what I got. I know you guys work hard you need to get with the program.Update 7/21/23 WOW! What is going on. I ordered a Mexican pizza with other items. The pizza was salty beyond repair. I don’t understand why. Please get back to your roots. My food was ready quickly. It tasted good. Id been wanting to try the breakfast crunchwrap for quite a while now. I ordered the bacon & sausage ones. I didnt think the hashbrowns were that great. But inside the wrap, it wasnt noticeably bad.

I dont feel like a valued customer anymore...they always get my order wrong and tell me to use the kiosk...Im not asking for anything crazy, I just want them to leave off the tomato for my boyfriend. So here I am going inside to order to not stress them out, and time and again, they screw up my order. This time, I ordered a usual Crunchwrap Supreme and they didnt put any meat in at all. I would have forgiven them if they had no meat and told me, but anyways...who eats a vegetarian crunchwrap? Its a premium item.. I always spend over $20 there. Dont you guys even care? The last two times I came here, my order was wrong, but I dont notice until Im home & biting into my food. They always omit something I paid extra for.... example: they charge me $0.30 for extra onions, but NO ONIONS. $0.70 more for extra cheese... not there. Going to taco truck from now on, cuz they make it right AND dont charge extra for minor items!

Somehow when I order inside all is well, but if I choose to go the drive thru route I need to be in no rush and expect them to miss one of my items in my order or hear that theyre out of something. Im a huge taco bell fan and this location is closest to me but for on the go meals I have consistently been let down.

Everytime I ordered from here its always so slow and they always mess up my order. I paid 12 bucks for cheesy gordita crunches, with some extra stuff, and twice they have given me just basic crispy tacos when i couldve paid like 4-6 bucks for those. Avoid.It took 27 minutes from ordering to receiving food. For a sit down restaurant thats slow, for fast food it is entirely unacceptable. It wasnt just me. From the rest of the diners to the folks trapped in the drive through line, we were all held up. I didnt feel a sense of urgency from the staff about anything, and I could hear chatting and laughter from the kitchen. I would have asked to cancel my order if someone was actually at the register.The self order screens were out of commission, there werent any drink lids either. They were out of the special, so its not entirely clear whos managing, but theyre not successful.There were problems with order accuracy as well. So after spending most my lunch break waiting for food, I got the wrong thing. It was corrected free of charge, but I hesitated saying anything for fear of another 30 minute wait.It was a miserable experience overall.The one plus: At least the dining area is clean.

It was your usual Taco Bell experience. When I went threw the drive threw for my meal I noticed the line was long, and inside the building there was manager trying to talk to 3 different employees in the dining room who were showing anger and discomfort towards the manager. Not sure what was happening since I was in the drive threw but it may be related to the long line.The food taste just like any Taco Bell, nothing bad, but nothing extraordinary.Never eaten inside so cant comment on indoor dining or ordering.Gave this a 3 star since its just your normal average Taco Bell experience.

I like this Taco Bell. Never really had any issues with food quality. But... Twice in a row, Ive ordered Nacho Fries and they forgot the cheese. Not the biggest issue, but the fact that its been twice in the last month is irritating. So lose a star for that. Otherwise, its good. Just fyi... Like many places they seem short staffed, and since the food is prepared to order there will be a wait. I suggest ordering ahead on the website or app.

I was literally in the drive thru line for 45 MINUTES. I went in the drive thru line at 3:36pm and didnt exit the drive thru till 4:16pm on 9/26/2022 for 2 Fiesta Veggie burritos which were terrible made which didnt have 1 of the main ingredients which was rice. The burrito was literally falling apart the moment I unwrapped it. WORST EXPERIENCE AT A TACO EVER! I paid for order at 4:08pm and didnt receive my food till 4:16pm.

*Update have been here multiple times since initial review. Up until today the staff has been exceptional. Today though- A new young lady is in town. She curses at staff asking if they understand english. When they got my order incorrect today, I stated it was incorrect and asked if they could remake it. One of the gentlemen said the powerbowl needed to be remade and she asked for the one i returned. When the gentleman said you cant do that, she said watch me. At that point i did not want anything because i didnt trust her with my food. Her attitude was heard loud and clear throughout the dining area and to be honest Im sad that this Taco Bell has someone with such a sour attitude working there. Its a high volume store and the staff there usually handle it with grace, patience and smiles. Today was awkward and you could tell staff who I have seen here previously were looking in awe, disbelief and uncomfortable. I liked this Taco Bell. Until today.The customer service here is exemplary!!! They have fun but get the job done! Its a great store. You can hear the pep talks management is very engaged with their people.

I went inside of taco bell to see if they took orders and sure enough they did (I asked before entering) I did noticed that the order machine inside dont always have the same items as the wall so someone might have to check into that. I love the basic Tacos and always have. I also love the Burrito Supreme. And the Encheritto. They have not made them as neat as they used to but they are often still okay. Id like to see the ingredients done right like when they cared what their customers thought. Id like an original Buritto Supreme with the correct amount of BEEF and Sour Cream along with green sauce, red sauce and beans. And a well folded tortilla.but they have really gone down hill due to the wages and some of there employees! Its very sad . But for the MOST PART THEY STILL MAKE A DECENT MEAL.

What ever you do, dont walk into the restaurant to place a order. Two people were ahead of me,no problem. Watching the drive through at the same time as waiting. Approximately ten minutes first client served . Then another ten minutes second client served. After thirty minutes I walked out. Simply put the drive through I watched 13 vehicles pass through after I placed my order. Basically they serve the drive through first,and when they catch up, then they serve the walk in. Two people working to fill the orders, and two people standing around. Not going back there anytime soon!

Have gone there in early morning and theyre fast, courteous and the food comes quickly BUT, saying that, I stopped in for lunch and went in as drive through was long. No one at counter (they have on line ordering on wall there, which is cool, but over counter is done as well). Stood forever till someone called to get a person up there. I only wanted the cravinhs box. Simple. Finally got order but then it took forever to get it. 2 different groups whod come in before me, had time to gather salsa, napkins, sit down, eat, clean up baby and get out the door before I even got my food. 2 men after me got exact same treatment and were still waiting for food after I walked out. Also wet floor sign still out but floor had mud boot prints all in front area.and was dry...and dirty.If you want good food and fast friendly service go in morning.Drive through is fast and service great. If you have lots of time and dont mind waiting to be noticed, then can go later. Foods still good WHEN you get it.

Horrible experience we walked in all dinning area is dirty but we still give it a chance as we see there are only 3 or 4 young guys working and it seems busy. We put in our order and find the cleanest area to sit. Quite some time passes and we start get a lil antsy waiting for are order as well as other fellow customers, when they finally call me up I go get my order but Im still missing my cups for my drinks and I wanted some salsas since there was none at the area they should be. I stand there waiting still patiently to ask one of the guys for my stuff when idk what happens but the one who is making the food starts slamming and throwing everything around as he is causing and screaming about how how he hates working there and that the manager is a lazy *beep beep beep* so I still wait hoping I get one of the other guys who isnt having a melt down. By this time my wife come up to see why Im just waiting there and a new guy comes up and we tell him what we need he only gives us the cups and start telling everyone else that they are out of several things because the morning manager didnt do his job right so their orders will either get modified or cancelled... still we wait patiently then he finally ask yes? and I say can I please get the sauces hes like oh yeah yeah ok... he literally throws them on the counter and turns like he is going to leave but I think he saw my face and ask is that ok I answer still nicely yes thank you and just go sit and try to eat but it just gets worse after that... all I know is Im never going back there again and hope they hire people who know how to work and manage a fast food place correctly...

Terrible service and management. Extremely dirty throughout the inside and the tables are all unwiped. Brand new facility yet the bathrooms look like they are a public park bathroom and have never been cleaned. The manager and workers are incompetent and can’t perform a simple job. Stay away like the plague! I watched for a minute while they remade my food and noticed several violations. Touching their nose and hair and resuming to make tacos for customers. Disgusting! I’m reporting them to corporate as this is an experience you should expect in a third world country, not American Canyon, CA.

The worst taco bell ever. The food is fine but the service is horrible. This place constantly closes before their closing time. They are always running out of things. Tonight was the last straw. Since you asked. Before I ordered I asked if you still offered fries. The staff member told me that promo was over. I ordered fiesta potatoes with no sour cream. When he brought me the potatoes I could see the sour cream. I told him I ordered with no sour cream he took them back. He later brought me what I thought was another order. When I got home I found out he just took the potatoes to the back and poured cheese over th he sour cream. I guess it didnt enter his mind that I could have been allergic to the sour cream. I would usually stop here in the morning to get breakfast. Site says they open at 7. Some days they are and other days the girl tells me they are not open yet and might open at 8 or 8:30. If this is the case then you need to change the times on site and turn the open sign off.
