I went through the drive thru 6/7/23 around 7:45 p.m. When I unwrapped my Tacos at home, I was happily surprised to see I received real, well prepared Tacos like they made in the good ol days. They were full with generous servings of filling, fresh crisp lettuce and tomatoes. I was pleasantly surprised and thank the Taco Bell employees who take pride in what they serve.

I was told to drive the wrong way down the highway and wait for my order. I gave them ten minutes after I ordered on the app. Will they pay for the tickets people will get for illegally driving to their parking because they can’t fill the order in a timely manner

Got a 12 pack of tacos. Very little meat and mostly lettuce. Worst part is the shells were really stale...but its Taco Bell. One cant expect too much.

This taco bell has been going downhill. Almost every time I purchase something, there is almost always something wrong with my order. Either missing the ingredients inside, missing items or they simply just choose to not give me any sauce. Today was a huge dissapointment. I ordered several burritos and tacos. Went home to discover they gave me no hot sauce. I asked my son to grab some because he was on his way home and they would only give him 4 packets!!! Not nearly enough for what I ordered. I felt it was $40 down the drain. I told my son to talk to the manager or I could talk to the manager. My son said its useless because the manager doesnt care. These people dont seem to care about their jobs or their custmers.

Its hard to give five stars to KFC and Taco Bell, so Im mentally giving a five based on it compared to other Taco Bells.Ive honestly never been to a clean KFC before. This one was clean. I might even add immaculate. Im not sure when it was remodeled, but it has that nice open look. And the service here is always above average.

I go here regularly and really enjoy it to be honest.I came here with my wife and our two annoying screaming kids (oh my god they don’t shut up) and order nacho fries to which they instantly cut me off and said “we don’t have nacho fries they’re out of a reason.” What is this a freaking fruit or something? There’s no reason why they can’t have some god dang nacho fries year round. Despite there being about 59 cars behind me, I knew I had to order something else and pull forward… BUT I DIDNT. I started shouted directly at the dumb taco man and told him to get me someone who can get me some taco fries. I could tell I startled him because the headset fell on the ground but was quickly picked up by what I assume to be the manager. He asks me what the problem was. Big mistake taco manager… I yelled that I wanted my dang taco fries and he again said they didn’t have it but would make our order free to get us moving. I ordered a spicy soft taco and thought I’d be happy. I bit into it and instantly noticed it was WAY TO DANG SPICY WHAT THE HECK!! I flipped it into reverse and drove backwards through the drive through with my hand on the horn the whole time throwing the hot tacos back at the window. I will not return until they get the nacho fries back. Thank god they’re colorblind though because when they called the police they said my Volkswagen was blue when it’s in fact pride colored.

Absolutely the best Taco Bell Ive had in 20+ years. Keep up the great work - whatever youre doing, youre doing it exactly right. This is the Taco Bell I remember having in the 90s, not the sad simulacrum served in the others Ive had around the rest of the bay area, and on broader travels.Well, aside from the endless disappointment I feel about the Mexican Pizza going away. That still chokes me up a bit at times.

Hands down the worst establishment I have ever visited in my life in or out of the United States, from getting food poisoning on various occasions to being miss treated, screamed at, harassed, signaled out & discriminated even after my family and I best efforts to keep calm, be kind and respectful. We will never visit this establishment again save your money and visit the Taco Bell in Fairfield or any other.

Had recently tried a double beef cheese burrito that was $2 at Richmonds Taco Bell then I tried one in Lodi a week later both of them were very large in size and add a large portion of ground beef with rice and beans and cheese a very good deal. However the 1 in Rio Vista at the KFC was pitifull It had very little beef in it how they can call that a double beef burrito is beyond me.

Someone there keeps getting my order wrong and putting meat in my burritos. Its happened twice in 2 weeks. Im a vegetarian and had to throw out my food. I dont have time on my lunch break to go back so I had no lunch twice. Brought it up today, didnt offer compensation.

When your a vegetarian you always get charged more even though beans are cheaper than all the meat and cheese combined. Then you barely get a solid layer of beans! The staff here are always fast and kind.

Taco Bells food is pretty darn consistent from one location to the next - almost like they planned it. This location would be like any other but for one lady - Ive forgotten her name but shes the friendliest, most patient counter person Ive met in a long time. She treats everyone so nicely. I like that she gives my grand daughter a free drink once in a while, and Ive seen her do it with others. Its the little things, you know? Ive been to other locations, in bigger towns, where the customer service is just... so so. If you Taco Bell executives are listening, this lady deserves advancement. If youre interested, Ill get back to you with a name.

My first time in a taco bell in years. We just stopped for a restroom break but I had to have a taco, like from when I was younger. Its amazing how good this fake food tastes. It shouldnt taste good, but it does. Almost exactly how I remember it. Somehow they figured out a way to make the taco shell even thinner. Itll probably be another few years at least before I try this again, but I figure the nostalgia is worth 1 taco worth of poison. ;)

I get Taco Bell way more often than I should and I almost always get the same thing. This was my first time at this Taco Bell. I was frustrated that they messed up my order (hard taco instead of soft and ice in my drink when I said no ice) which I never have any issues with and it took a lot longer than it usually takes at other Taco Bells with the same amount of other customers
