I bought a soft taco supreme and nacho fries because I needed to use a bathroom. The bathroom was disgusting and void of toilet paper. When I got my food my soft taco wasnt supreme. I brought it back with digital receipt and they made a big issue looking for it on their order screen. I had the proof in hand. Then when they finally decided to fix it according to what I paid for, they didnt remake it. By the time they handled it the lettuce was wilted and cheese melted. One of my first jobs was at taco bell. I felt they did a poor job with customer service. Acted like it was a big deal and didnt just look at my receipt and fix it, and then when they finally agreed to they just added the missing ingredients on the no longer fresh item and never even apologized. This location has low standards.

Surprisingly the original crunchy tacos were actually good, crunchy and not stale like most of the time in most taco bell locations. Staff was good. Atmosphere is lacking but overall did what it was supposed and kept my hunger away

Not the first time, I ask for black bean crunchwrap or chalupa and I they give me beef. How hard is it, its not like its not on the menu. Also went to try their vegan cheese and fries, and they gave me regular cheese 🙄 the food is trash anyways so I wont be going back

Went there as a quick food stop on a road trip for drove thru. The person who took our order was great, gave plenty of tissues and taco bell sauces and was sweet. The place around it was hella gloomy. Food 3/10. Ordered the volcano chicken taco, 2 chicken $5 crispy cravings boxes and 1 chicken grilled cheese burrito. The two boxes - the cinnamon twists taste like crispy oil bits like straight up grease, flipped my stomach inside out. The two tacos shell was okay taste like fried in oil and, all ingredients including grilled chicken either taste cdnned or like they were left out for days. Chalupa was just bland and tasted same as the above mentioned tacos. Volcano taco is just a red dyed taco shell not a dorito taco, with cheese tomato lettuce grilled chicken Andover flowing amound of paprika nacho cheese which honestly as a whole just tasted like blsnd and dried dpicy batter nuts, and kinda hard to eat with one-noted ness.

Their door dash driver took my whole meal. Our office ordered a large order for delivery down the street. The driver called and acted a bit rude and impatient in the parking lot because all of our buildings look the same. I think she just took my meal, everyone else got theirs 😂 don’t order delivery from them. They also took too long to pick up the phone

This Taco bell has been on point the last (almost 10 times Ive been there ) the staff is super cool and always polite in the drive thru not to mention the food always comes out good, theres other taco bells and the taco shells feel stale or the food just doesnt look good, but these guys keep it up, young staff also and they are doing a great job

Order at drive thru a guy repeated the order and missed 1 pizza. I went inside got my pizza, then noticed they also missed a chalupa & Doritos Loco taco. The manager said I was only gone for a minute and this happens, grabbed the bag and tossed it to the trash without checking and started making the order again. They missed 5 hardshell tacos. Called and Manager Michelle said they were not part of the order.

Just went to get a small pizza & I was so put off by the service I received. After getting my order, I took a little less than a minute to put my card back in my purse and was told by the girl with the engagement ring on her finger at the drive through that I had to move my car. It literally wasnt even a minute that I was there. And there were no cars behind me. So petty an unnecessary. Will be thinking twice before coming back.

Came to this location close to midnight where only the drive through was open. We had a pretty big order, and they even remembered to extra toast my quesadilla. The man taking the orders knew what he was doing and was able to multitask. One item was missing from our order, and the drive thru is kinda sketch because there’s poles that you can hit really easily. The worst customer service EVER! My family member who has a physical disability due to a surgery. Can not over extend her left arm to far and the cashier did not say one word. When she handed out a cup with change . My aunt tried reaching for it several times. Until my aunt told her she could not reach!! She clearly saw my poor aunt struggling Not everyone is Comfortable with sharing personal information I am sure this violates some typeof A.d reg. No quality control. How do you make 5 of the wrong burritos and still send them? Just because its an uber order doesnt mean you can just send your mistakes. This is not the first time I get horrible customer service here. The first time I asked the guy for a frito burrito and quickly asked if that was the hot cheetos one, he said no (he had an attitude problem while telling me no) it was the regular one and charged my card I told him well I wanted the hot cheetos one but its ok since he had already charged it. I wasnt going to flip out over it so I left it alone. Well I go in today and Im seeing what I want to order while my bf is doing the same. so after a few min we are ready and are waiting for someone to attend us(there was like 5 employees there,2 of them were close to us ) but no one came to take our order. One of the guys was cleaning the trays and just gave us a blank stare like if he was high and couldnt comprehend what was happening so me and my bf are just looking around to see if anyone else is going to take our order but no one comes up, so we just decided to leave since I guess no one wanted to take the order. The manager should have stepped in and told someone to take our order since she was there and saw us but I guess it wasnt a big deal to her. I personally feel like they dont care about their customers since Ive seen some employees in the pass be rude to other customers too. I definitely wont be coming back.

During my visit I was served by an attentive crew. The cruch wrap supreme meal that I ordered was made very well. The food wasnt just thrown together and rung out. One of the employees even took the time to assist an older gentlemen struggling to come through the door. The interior doesnt look half bad either, it was clean and organized. However, being located directly on Whittier Blvd this Taco Bell is a magnet for homeless people and occasional weirdos. During my hour in the restaurant about 3 different homeless woman dropped in, some hanging out outside the restaurant. The staff however, was professional addressing those people. It isnt the restaurants fault, but it does spoil your eating experience a tad bit.Its just the surrounding area. Its a busy and crowded street with the commerce plaza just next door. Kudos to the staff for keeping up the good work.3.1/2 Stars

The quality of this chains food went down hill. I’m surprised people still eat this food. Also prices went way up. I used to get a 10 crack of tacos for a little over $12 bucks or so. I must have wasted a $20 on this visit. And the tacos were horrible. Well I can see why there are so few of them left. Same with kfc. Hope Pizza Hut sticks around. These 3 are sometimes smooshed together in an all in one drive thru with PH being very limited in food items. Try if you dare. I had it for the last time and it’s been over 10 years since I had before.
