Despite all these reviews I didnt have any bad experience here, went with my gf and got 2 cravings boxes (although it does somewhat seem a rip off at this location theyre a dollar more than other locations around the area) but the food was good enough and the place was quiet and nice inside, very clean. The workers seemed fine and I didnt have any issues with them, they also had their soda fountain working which it seems is a rarity these days because somehow every soda fountain in the Sacramento area is out of order. This location didnt have the chicken chipotle melt though, and that was a let down.

Awesome Deluxe Cravings Box Deal! Its only 7.99, but I modified everything and it was $13 how I like it good! I wish all deluxe cravings box deals were steak Chulupa instead of ground beef because I cant modify that part of the order on the self selection kiosk menus. Thank you Taco Bell! Today my visit was great the bathrooms were clean and available for use, the lobby was very clean but no hand sanitizer in the container, plenty of great spots to sit at. My food came fairly quickly and was delicious and the price was perfect!Overall happy with my visit and service received Thank you!

This place always makes the food like the photo. They are mostly empty with majority lettuce and not worth my gas to drive all the way back just to get my food made again and hoping the correct way. Its just sad because steak chalupa are so dam expensive and this is just not exceptable staff are friendly drive thru was fast and the meal was correct just need to fix portions

A vibing place, is the best way I could describe this Taco Bell. Its not your steakhouse fine dining experience of course, but id consider this place one of the most clean and just overall well kept fast food places ive gone to in the past few years of my life. Super chill and kind workers, took my order and had the food ready in nothing more than 2 minutes at MOST. I hate writing reviews, so legit just kinda take this as how vibing this place is.

Best part of my trip was IAN at the drive-thru. He was very polite and handled my order with professionalism.The food (which IAN was not in charge of and deserves no blame) was haphazardly pur together with barely any chesses on the Tacos and the Mexican Pizza had meat on one side beans on the other. The fun part was trying to eat the Mexican Pizza as it was not cut into fourths like normal, so it was hard to even eat it. It took me about 10 minutes to get home but seemed to pretty cold when I ate but who knowsOverall, it was good but for the store to be practically empty and I was the only one in drive-thru throughout my order, the food should have came better pre-pared.This was only my second time at this location and Ill probably stop again on way home, so I dont want to seem harsh.Good employees always seems to make a trip better

This location is so dirty. I don’t understand how people work there. I want to wash my hands in the restroom sinks in the bathrooms. All sinks are disgusting and toilets are not flashed, there was no soap to wash hands. This place is the most disgusting place I’ve ever seen. The restaurant inside is very dirty napkins and sauce desk has filth and dirt all around the desks. Soda area is not wiped all the liquids are mixed on the stand it’s the most horrifying experience I’ve ever had. People can get sick, bacteria and germs are everywhere. Do not recommend I’m concerned how they make the food.

Nice friendly service here and wait time was good as well. It looks like this Taco Bell has items missing quite often. On last visit, they were missing red sauce, lettuce and tomatoes for example. Be advised when placing mobile app order, that these missing items may not actually be available and definitely be ready to substitute.

I have never been more disgusted by a fast food restaurants bathroom before in my life. Both bathrooms were trashed, has feces all over the seats, the sink in one of the bathrooms was clogged with toilet paper and was over flowing. It was horrible. I have them the benefit of the doubt, maybe someone had just gone in and done that and its not normally like that but I went back the following week and it was just as bad as the last time. Disgusting.

Explain to me why the manager shuts down the restaurant except for mobile orders.? This is yes the THIRD TIME.....coming home from the mall late sitting in the drive thru waiting behind cars for a simple quesadilla and drink for my 6 yr old. The drive-thru speaker was not functioning properly, and it was hard to hear the employee and they were completely rude to us. And after stating there was not a substan button to change the cheese in a cheesy roll up for my 5 year old, as the 3-cheese blend is a bit spicy for her, they were giving us a hard time even when I agreed to pay extra. Today, I witnessed an employee VAPING and blowing smoke inside of the kitchen area. She was a young woman whose name. I did not get her name but after initially playing dumb, she asked if I was going to report it. She said that they would do better and I told her that they could start by cleaning the bathrooms which smelt terrible and had COCKROACHES dying in the corner. I attempted to call the store to make the report but no one ever answered the phone. Im glad it happened so that I could show my kids how to confront terrible service and basic human conduct. Its unfortunate that this is the last stop before the lake because they HIKE UP THE PRICES on everything, but youd think that would pay for a little better service.

So I visited this location on 1/12/2022 at approximately 9:08pm. I entered the drive thru and placed my order. I had one vehicle ahead of me and proceeded in watching for 20 minutes as the vehicle ahead of my waited to get their order.I then pulled forward and soon observed two other vehicles behind me who were waiting for things to speed up.I paid for my order and I had to ask to get my card back from the guy working the register. He looked at me dumbfounded for a moment.He soon gave me my drink and my card back. Then asked if I wanted my receipt. I told him yes please. I then waited as the guy working the register was talking with another employee. I observed the guy working the register to not have a mask on, but the other employee who he was talking to did. Kinda odd but whatever.I soon got my food and didnt get what I ordered. I noticed I was charged for items I did not order but got more food on their error anyway.By this time I was close to running late for work and didnt ask fkr the order to be corrected. I also took note they use to repeat the orders back to customers at the drive thru to ensure they had the correct order.This location is not a location I would recommend especially if your in a hurry for food and need to be somewhere. Expect to wait, then when you think they are going to hurry up, expect to wait more.Consumer beware.

I bought a salad bowl here and it was particularly sad and wimpy. Not only was the portion size small but the texture of the steak was chewy and very processed. My partner in crime got a crunch wrap and it was also poorly wrapped and not well toasted. We both had upset tummies afterwards. The facility was well maintained and kept cleaned though so that was a plus.

This Taco Bell has to be considered the worst of the worst as they are disconcerting in serving food as ordered, their tortillas are served directly from their cooler despite placing warm food in them, food was observed on their floor and their staff does not tell the truth. Specifically, I arrived by vehicle at 5:15pm and attempted to open their lobby doors which were all locked despite a sign on the windows stating Lobby Open. I drove through their drive through and ordered 4 beef burritos and 3 beef soft tacos and within 30 seconds the order was placed in a sealed bag. Before leaving I asked the Teller why are the doors locked when the sign states the Lobby is open and he advised me that this is the way it is and apologized. When I arrived at home all of the ordered beef burritos and tacos were actually chicken and the tortillas were all cold. I immediately drove back to Taco Bell and again went through their drive through to report their mistake. A new female Teller was present who took the food bag and my receipt. An apparent Manager returned and said he would prepare a new corrected order for me and within 1 minute handed me a new sealed bag which I opened in his presence and again found the tortillas cold. I refused the order and requested my money back. The Manager then told me to come inside and he would refund me my money. In response I told him the doors were locked as I was here 15 minutes ago. In response the apparent Manager stated the doors have always been open, as well as threatened to call the Police if I refused his request. Upon entering the restaurant I observed food on the floor. Upon pointing it out to a worker he laughed and walked away. The original Teller was also present however he now claimed that the doors were always open.The Manager requested my receipt as the female Teller denied me handing it to her. The Manager refused to acknowledge the cold tortillas and eventually refunded my money back to me. I will never return. If I can give this Taco Bell a negative 5 star I would as their food, service and ethics are below all consumer expectations as well as the standard of care.

I go here time to time whenever I have to study late at night and looking for something quick to eat. The late night employees are really friendly, informative whenever something is going to take longer to make, and really helpful. Theyre really quick and actually make the food good. This location is the best I’ve visited. I will go out of my way to come here even though I live right next to the Sierra college location. The last few times I’ve been there Oliver has been at the window and has provided exceptional customer service. The food made isn’t rushed and always satisfies my craving. Watch out for this place. I don’t know if they are taking advantage of the current situation, but I suspect they are. I received a ridiculously inadequate grilled that contained virtually nothing but cheese sauce. I called them from the parking lot and was told that that’s the way they they make it and he(the manager) had no control over the price. The food was just as good as any of the Taco Bells. Quality control was lacking. The only two times Ive been to this Taco Bell location, I had ordered and paid for the Chicken Chalupa Meal. In both cases, I was given beef instead of chicken in my chalupas. It could be argued that I should have checked my drive-thru meal but who goes through each wrapped packaged? In both cases, it was late at night so I could only attribute this to the desire to close rather then fulfill my order.

Especially this place is now run by young people which is not the best service, especially today I went to eat and a girl was in her free time and the most unpleasant thing was that she had her feet on the table, the table where you put your food thinking that Its clean, I dont know, maybe its normal now.
