I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat and I got a lot of food and it was made very fast. The food was portioned really well considering that Im vegan and Taco Bell usually portions small because of that. The customer service was great. I will definitely go there again.

Just went through the drive thru. Not happy about them not carrying regular creamer for coffee, so tried the Cinnabon flavor. Yummy! The drive thru person was so nice and pleasant…great start to my day.

Two times in a row I had problems at this location. The inside is closed due to not enough staff but we had a trailer attached to our vehicle so we couldnt go through the drive through. Second visit there was a massive line very very slow moving. People got frustrated and tried to go in but it was not open for walk in business so they lost their place in line. I patiently waited and received my food from very nice workers. That is why it isnt zero stars. Got home and was missing two items. So I wont ever go back to this location

This place has serious staffing issues on Sunday mornings. Open at 6am? Nah. 7am? Nah.. 8am? Maybe. Literally every Sunday is the same thing..7:30-8:00am they finally open. Change your hours if you can’t find reliable staff to come in at 6 on a Sunday morning. Went back at 9:30 and they’re only doing door dash orders through the drive through but can’t make regular orders because they “have no staff”.

This was the worst costumer service I’ve ever had when we drove up to the drive thru window the lady told us there was no Baja blast and I told my bf to pick another drink and she got mad and didn’t wait for us to respond, she closed the window and poured whatever drink she wanted to. We then had to come back because we were missing tacos and the next day we woke up with Covid. That Taco Bell was the only place we had gone to the whole day. I’m positive I got Covid from someone coughing on my food, the lady was not wearing a mask.I will never return, that lady should be fired.

They take the fast out of fast food. With the dining room closed due to COVID there is going to be longer drive thru lines. Nonetheless with only one point of purchase at the restaurant you would hope for a more streamlined and expedient experience for the customer. Not so, slow slow slow.Service is friendly and food is normal.

I didnt even eat the food. While paying one of the staff pulled down her mask to cough in her ungloved hand then went about making drinks and touching the tops of the lids! My food was then brought up by a lady wearing her mask under her nose. Tacos with a side of covid19.... No thank you.

Half my order missing when I got home went back to claim missing items. And then when I started eating my food my spicy tostada was a plain Mexican pizza blah my bean burrito was a beef burrito. So overall they messed up 5 out of 6 item overall. This place sucks . I want a freaking refund.

The worst customer service out of most Taco bells. Went through the drive through just to get my order wrong, so I went inside to get the right order. The woman not only angrily grabbed the bag and tossed it in the trash but when I came home and opened my steak cantina power buritto it had nothing but steak and lettuce in a soggy and very salty sauce. I called and spoke to the manager and continued to get an attitude. I ended up just hanging up the phone because it made me feel so uncomfortable to talk to managment that rude. Wont be going there anymore.

Order on the Taco Bell App and selected in store pick up but the doors were locked, called the store but they said they only do drive trough and will not let us pick up in store or at least at the door as requested, I see laziness and bad service, Taco Bell must do something about this, not to mention the long lline and slow service, thanks guys!!!

This Taco Bell to me is the quickest and the best in town. Customer service has also been good here. I don’t eat Taco Bell often but if I do I come to this one because my orders are done right and food is warm.

Do not do a Doordarshan order to this restaurant. We had simple clear instructions and had missing items and incorrectly made food. Called to complain and they just cut us off instead of listing. Shame on them. Will never order from place again!!!

If there were 0 stars, Id give it that. My nacho cheese cup was a quarter full only and then I bite into my chicken casadilla and spit it right back out. It was so rotten & sour tasting that I actually puked. Lastly, it took FOREVER for our food with no one else in the drive thru line and only 1 person inside at the counter at 9:30pm. Never will I come back to the Elmira Taco Smell. #barf

Terrible. Ordered a GREEN shredded chicken burrito supreme, with extra chicken. I didnt see the green sauce, much less, taste it. There was next to nothing in the way of chicken, kept thinking as Im eating.. it was all down the other end, maybe... But as I got to the last 1/4 of the burrito, it was the same. NO CHICKEN, never mind that I PAID for EXTRA! The rice...Omg... besides portion being about the smallest side of rice ever served...Some grains were undercooked, almost crunchy...Others still too firm, and few were soft, the only thing consistent about the rice, was that it tasted like cardboard from first awful bite to last. Very disappointed. Worst taco Bell experience EVER... and Im a fan of taco Bell. I gave 1 star, for the cashier, she was friendly.

This is the WORST experience Ive ever had at any place in Vacaville. Great experience except for the fact the last accidentally poured us the Baja freezie so when we let her know and she poured us the regular Baja blast and my fiance got so sad they didnt just give us the freezes too haha which normally happens if they end up making a mistake haha but other then that food was spot on and I love how generous they are with the sauces thats how you show love lol filling the bag with a ton of sauce packets haha!! 🤣🤣
