If I could give it Zero stars I would. Never coming back to this place, after placing my order for pickup through DoorDash and showing up they tell me they gave my order to someone else and there’s nothing they can do about because is not their fault but I can have the other person’s order that is nothing like my order and is 10 dlls worth of food to my almost 50 dlls worth of food. While waiting to see what was going to happen a person called to complain they got the wrong order they told them the same thing another person showed up and they gave their food to someone else and again NOT their problem. I work with food and let me tell you we don’t give out food without confirmation. Obviously the manager is at fault and clearly mentally challenged. Horrible service, horrible place I guess that’s what you get for coming to Taco Bell but I’m pregnant and had a craving. Never again..

I usually take lunch here, always gotten helped within reasonable wait time, food serve quick, only issue lately has been the service by the workers wether you need help using automatic machine or as simple as asking for bathroom code they never fail to give you an unwelcome attention and comments.7/10

Jamie and her crew were amazing in making sure my order was correct and came out in a timely manner even though they were bombarded with Taco Tuesday orders and issues with ordering on the app. I just wanted to applaud her and her crew for running as best of a well oiled machine as possible, during a crazy hour and yet still smiling and providing great communication and fantastic customer service. We pulled in the drive through line 12:30pmish, didn’t come out of that drive thru until 1amish..It was ridiculous, the long wait. Then, after ordering and then getting home, realized how wrong they were.I order 4 beefy 5 layer burritos, not one of them had “meat” in them!! It was basically bean burritos with a whole lot of sour cream. A ripoff.I also ordered two hard shell tacos for my mother, she claimed they fell apart as soon as she opened them.. It was hardly any meat in them either!!I thought Taco Bell was better than this, what a waste of money… Won’t ever go back to that location, and I would never recommend it.

Some of the most disrespectful customer service Ive ever received. Never the less I ordered my food and went to use the bathroom. Upon returning to the front, my order was ready, but the bag was opened up like someone went through it. The food was partly opened and didnt feel safe. When I asked what happened, I think this lady was the manager. She was operating the drive thru and stated, Thats your order. Bye. I never really had good experience at this Taco Bell, but after this, I aint coming back!

Came in here to eat dinner. Employee argued with me about a special advertised in their ap that they refused to honor. I’ve screenshotted the deal. I was angry so I asked to use the bathroom. I could only wash my hands because there were paper towels clogging the toilet. I walked out and now the employee said she talked to her boss and she could honor the deal. Total change of personality. In the end. I got my food, but that was a very uncomfortable experience and I’m not going to return.

I use their mobile app almost exclusively for ordering here and its been a breeze. They do ALWAYS mispronounce my name and get one thing about the order substitutions a liiiiittle wrong but theyve been friendly and helpful when something like that was caught when we were still at the business.A good Taco Bell for mobile orders is the summary, I guess!

This place is the worst! They literally never get the orders right and they don’t care at all about it. They will legit look at you like “and! Okay!?” Sirs and ma’am’s I just waited an Hr in your drive thru line because once you’re in you can’t back up lol just for you to say here is your food and then My order is not even be right! I get it, it’s fast food, but damn what am I paying $26 for the wrooong fooood! And you can check the bags quick enough because the way it’s set up you gotta get moving. The Taco Bell (2626 El Cajon Blvd, San Diego) chain here is an absolute atrocity. I ordered some food and everything came out horribly. They did not include a number of things on my order (hence wasted money), and I received a quesadilla with all the meat in the center and everything else looked like it was literally slapped together (an even more waste of money). QA should definitely consider reaching this food chain, the workers clearly do not care for service and quality of the food that they make. Ruined my experience with Taco Bell. I spent close to 30 dollars for a meal, and received nothing of quality, and some items I did not even receive at all. This chain does not care about quality or it’s customers.

If you ever want to regret spending your hard earned money just go to this Taco Bell. You won’t regret anything else that day but the waste of time and money you spend in this place. There is literally nothing supreme in this chalupa might as well just go buy some flour tortillas and fill it up with tomatoes and lettuce. Now let’s talk about this taco 🤦‍♂️. It’s incredible I know times are hard but common no dam meat or effort whatsoever on this taco 🌮. This is the 1st time attending this location and it will be the last. This is our favorite go to spot for late night munchies. The General Manager Maddie (I think thats how you spell it) is the absolute sweetest! Drive through lady is rude asking ME if I understand the difference between avocado and guacamole...then proceeds to give me avocado RANCH. Got a Burrito Supreme with no beans, sour cream OR guacamole that i paid extra for. Got a burrito that was FILLED with that bs red sauce causing the burrito to become a soggy mess. The taco Supreme is a mess. The mango whip freeze tasted watered down. Got so frustrated I tossed the whole meal out.

Worst run Taco Bell Ive seen from coast to coast. From the wait time to them having a sheet of items they dont carry multiple times Ive come here. This isn’t the first time Taco Bell is making a mistake. I ordered two spicy potato tacos with cheese and two without cheese and 2 fiesta potatoes. They charged me $10.61 for that. On top of that they gave 4 beef crunchy tacos and they gave only 2 spicy potato tacos with cheese. I got home opened the bag and see this. Okay, firstly, we had a DoorDash Order that we submitted a little after midnight that didn’t get fulfilled after almost an hour of waiting. DoorDash calls us and says that they have to cancel our order, so we try again but the same thing happens. I called Taco Bell to see what was going on and the woman on the line was no help, she said all they could do was have the dasher cancel our order. So we do, but because of my craving specifically for quesadillas even after two hours of waiting, we also get ready to go just pick it up ourselves. We were out of the house and in the drive through line by 2:45, already frustrated that they have already wasted hours of our time, as well as the delivery drivers. 3:00 comes, and the employees start sending everyone out of the drive through. We express that we were here waiting in line minutes before close, but the woman still kicks us out, as well as every other car, even the ones who were waiting next in line to order and had obviously been sitting there for 30 minutes plus. So now here we are, everyone having wasted hours of their time and frustration, for a business that wouldn’t even finish serving us. So they can’t be bothered to call their customers when they can’t fulfill their delivery orders, can’t be bothered to even finish your drive through order or ask how long you’ve been waiting, even when it is obvious we didn’t pull up at closing, before slamming the doors in our face. Nothing that happened tonight was acceptable.

This location is disgraceful! I used to work at taco bell couple years ago and back then, management would never ever let workers serve food this messy. The drive thru line took 22 mins to move up. 3 minutes at the window before someone took payment. The drive thru employees at this location have got to be the most incompetent and rude troglodytes I’ve EVER come across. They’ll ignore what you’re ordering; then come at the window, will get offended over asking them to please repeat your order back to you, then after giving you your food, will close the window and act like you’re not still there, STARING at them. Finally when they come and decide to acknowledge you, they’ll open the window with an attitude and just look at you, silently. They always are out of everything. Certain workers are super rude. They take forever I once waited an hour in line only to go home with a completely wrong order. Which has happened so many times. Cheap eats, easy to find parking, typical taco bell fare. Very nice person at the drive thru, but the cashiers are something else. Extremely rude and not customer friendly. So if you dont mind being treated rudely, then go here. Otherwise, give your money to a different taco bell. Food wasnt hot or warm, order was incorrect, and tacos were crushed. The driveway is often overcrowded with people confused about the line. Its clean inside. Usually parking is available if you are going in unless the line is blocking the spots. Check your items before driving away! Ive had missing items a couple of times, and there is nothing more frustrating.

I ordered through the app for pickup inside this store this evening, but when I came by at around 8:30p, the door was locked, even though there were people inside being served. I entered the store when a customer left, and got immediately screamed at by an employee who kept saying the inside was closed and to go through drive through (which probably had 10-15 cars and more backing up). When they’re open and operating as planned it’s a great location, but I’ve waited in line for 20+ minutes late at night only to get to the window to order and find out their system shut down and they’re only taking pick up orders right now. There isn’t much of an effort to put any signage up ahead of that ordering box to warn people, otherwise I would have taken off. I really dont like leaving negative reviews. I went in the drive through to order 2 drinks and a burrito. Both drinks were leaking and cups covered in red syrup from the dispenser. I asked the drive through cashier for napkins, she just grabbed the drink out of my hand, threw it in the trash. She made a new one it still was leaking and shoved it in my window. I ordered 3 bean burritos. So you would think that it wouldnt take that long. Especially when there were only 4 other people in the whole place other than me. It took over 30 min to get my food. And, when I arrived home to eat my well deserved food, the way te burritos were folded didnt necessarily work. Half of the fillings in each burrito were inn the bottom of the bag.

Drive thru was busy so I walked in went in to order. No line..sweat, but ended up waiting 3 minutes before somebody acknowledged me. This is not the first time but usually doesnt bother me. However, today was one of those days were I guess enough was enough. Ordered the number 8: Mexican Pizza and 2 Supreme Tacos. Pizza is suppose to be cut in 4 pieces and look like a pizza, not nachos. This is be the last time I visit a Taco Bell.

Drove thru drive-thru and ordered a bean and cheese burrito with no onions and no red sauce, three chicken soft tacos, some cinnamon crisps, and a large Pepsi with easy ice. I had to repeat the order three times. The gal seemed disorganized. I drove thru and got my order. When I opened the bag there were three regular hard shell tacos, a bean and cheese burrito with more onions than Ive ever seen in a Taco Bell burrito, a Pepsi that was almost all ice, and cinnamon crisps with the slightest hint of cinnamon. Also, the cinnamon crisps tasted like they were dropped on the floor (thats probably where the cinnamon went) and very rancid. I went inside the Taco Bell to exchange the cinnamon crisps and the whole batch of them looked like the crispy part in each and every bag. The girl took my Pepsi, dumped the ice, and refilled the cup with only Pepsi but the soda was very weak. I dont know that Ill ever go back to this Taco Bell, if any Taco Bells at all. Very disappointed.

I come here often. Fastest of nearby taco bells. Lately seem to be slipping. Also have hiring signs. Should open at 7 and now 7:20 and people try door, knock and leave.LatelyBreakfast sign not flipped. Trash not emptied inside or out.7:25 more people trying door ....I want to use rest room so I wont go drive through...Ill go to new Starbucks.. same parking lot.

So if youre lazy go to taco Bell its always good but for the love of God take advantage of these awesome taco places here in San Diego. Sombrero tacos is the best Ive ever had

Drive through for Naked Chalupas and Baja Mt. Dew. Got the nakeds and not the drink. Went back almost b immediately and got my drink without a hassle. The foods treated m tasted better than expected being TB. I will only go for Back fries abs Naked Chalupas

First of all, I like the menu items. But I agree with another customer, the service is Lousy, and you do HAVE A LONG WAIT. It seems like the Employees dont get Paid Enough to Care about giving Good Service. Supposedly the Restaurant opens at 7 AM, but the employees are never ready to serve the food until after 7:30 AM, and they ask you to wait 5 minutes, but those 5 minutes turn into 10 to 20 minutes. So, I take my Business to the Mc Donalds located two blocks west, where I get Superior Service and Food.My One Star Rating is Really Means Negative 5 on the rating Scale!!

I have never seen a taco Bell quite like this. Random people yelling in the lobby, drink machine didnt work, floor was sticky, manager on shift was busy loudly reprimanding and micromanaging the staff so that the service was slow and I felt bad for the staff. Only for the adventurous.

Awful. I waited in the drive thru literally for 35 minutes. Had there not been cars in front of and behind me, I would have driven off. When I finally got to the window there wasnt even an apology, explanation, or anything for the long wait. Wont be back.*Edited to add...on top of all that...my order was wrong 🤦🏼‍♀️. I went through the drive thru. The vehicle in front of me PAID IT FORWARD and paid my tab. It touched my heart. That person had a U.S. MARINE sticker on her red vehicle. Thank you!!!! I,in turn, paid it forward. What a good feeling that is. Oh, the service.....it was during lunch time, the service was good and the server had a smile on her face.

This is a great location, recently remodeled, and with the menu modifications, I was easily lured in for a quick bite after work. It is an achievement to do so, considering that nearly every fast food chain is in a q mile strip on El Cajon Blvd.The new specials are satisfying and tasty too.

Took forever because they dont accept Samsung Pay NOR Google Pay and the employee didnt know whether they did or not so I had to leave the drive through and come into the lobby just to figure that out. Ended up searching my car for my debit card and then coming back in to purchase. Also, my visit was at 9a.m. yet there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Had to leave the stall and grab paper towels to use instead. I was literally the only customer in there so I dont see how no one had time to check if the restroom was stocked, and also why it wouldnt have been stocked before opening up.

5 stars for the entertainment! I got 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos for $2.25. Great in the moment but flatulently disturbing later. The best part was the youth that asked every car in line for a quarter, while rocking steam punk goggles, and blowing his reefer exhalations into the drive thru window.

If you can avoid this taco Bell store that would be better. We went there around 9:55 person told me store is closed only drive through is open and in very rudely manner. We waited for atleast 20 minutes as long queue in drive through. Person who is taking order is either too tierd or she doesnt understand English well. One of the worst experience I ever had. A big no to this store specially.

Inside is closed because COVID, the drive thru line gets long and many of those folks are DoorDash, GrubHub, PostMates, etc. They also got rid of all my favorite items and are no longer serving breakfast.But lets be real, with so much good Mexican food in San Diego, why go here anyway?

Food is identical to almost any other one but this location is very dirty. Lots of sketchy characters milling about out front. Went to the drive through last night and ordered a Big box deal. They were out of Mountain Dew Baja Blast, out of Doritos taco shells and apparently also out of boxes because the whole order was thrown in a bag. No apology or substitution offer from the cashier.Update: Just decided to give them another chance. Tonight they are out of rice, shredded chicken and Doritos nacho cheese shells.

I love Taco Bell, but hate the staff here.Theres this one guy who seems to mess everything up for me, every time I go. For instance, giving me the wrong change, ( less than what I needed back ) and after correcting him that he owed me more money, he was confused, took back what he had given me, closed the window, and then two minutes later handed me the EXACT same change. I hate having to say things twice, but I guess thats what he needed me to do, to understand.And I LOVE those little nacho packs for 89 cents, and I get them every single time I am here. So I order two, and same guy, misinterprets me, and not noticing until I get home, that he only gave me the cheese and not the chips.The service has been constantly bad for years now, and yet I cant stay away.

This is one of the slowest locations Ive experienced. Got in line on Sunday at 6:14pm with 3 cars ahead of me. Too 10 minutes to get to the order window and almost 15 minutes more until I got my food.

I waited an hour for my 3 Rd interview, I was given the run around about employment here I wasted my time . I feel like this taco Bell on elcajon was very discrimptive. 3 interviews ? One manager gave and okay with the days that where needed another mention another location then all of a sudden you dont need people and the locations that need people is a further commute ? Im so eager to work and Ive been given different information also with the impression from other managers while being interviewed that theres a alot of miss commnication and addtitude .

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Horrible customer service & even worse food. Martha & valeria were so rude, they gave us eyerolls, nasty looks, threw our food on the counter & SURPRISE when we open our food its burnt. To top it off they did not have mild sauce, which is a staple at taco bell, and they did not care to be kind about the situation. we dont have any was the best answer they could give with a nice eyeroll to go with it. Do yourself the favor & drive down to the taco bell in mission valley, you wont regret it!!
