The staff was very busy and very involved with great customer service my food came out within a minute of me ordering it which is absolutely amazing because I ordered a Mexican pizza along with a combo meal which consisted of nacho cheese and chips a taco and a seven layer burrito Ive been to this Taco Bell only twice but its very clean bathroom was clean

It was really good food as the place was not very busy at the time. The “nacho fries” were decent but they totally could have put a few “more” into the tiny box that is made for them. Customer service was good too.

Consistently tasty food, friendly team behind the counter too. Restrooms had a hairnet and gloves right in the full trash bin, so they could have been a little cleaner, but 🤷‍♂️

I just finished eating at this Taco Bell location and I absolutely had to leave a review to specifically mention the worker who helps me whose name is Jesus was incredibly helpful and kind even though my order must have been difficult to deal with he stayed calm and highly professional in a way not usually seen in a fast food setting and I was so impressed and so appreciative I came to leave this review specifically to make sure he got credit where it was due thank you again Jesus for all your help (pronounced hay-zeus) p

Hands down the best location Ive visited before. Food is always prepared correctly with generous portions. Staff is always friendly and polite, restaurant is clean and well kept. I primarily use the drive thru and Ive never had to wait for an extended period. The staff should promote their online surveys more often as theyd get a lot of good surveys. I keep meaning to complete one for them but out of habit decline a receipt. Next time I go there, for sure going to ask for the receipt and give them a great survey.

Love taco bell. But everytime I order a rice n chicken only for my granddaughter, they add beans n hot sauce, the same with the chicken quessadia for my grandson, they put hot sauce on it even if I say only chicken n cheese. Do yous NOT offer a rice n chicken burrito or a mild quessadia

Although it is a far cry from authentic Mexican food. I do enjoy going to a Taco Bell periodically.Picking the right things from the menu because most of their older selections are consistently good while of the newer items over the years have been lacking. The servers at this facility always seem to be polite and efficient.

It was better than some. But it just seems that the love is always missing from all these fast food places. But this Taco Bell made me something that was not on the menu any longer.. So that is what I call service. Dis not complain. Food was hot tasted alright. But still there is no taste of love anymore. You know that taste when all the ingredients meld together giving you a taste you crave for more!

There is never a line at this location, the line on the other side of the parking lot for Jack in the box sucks almost all the time.Pro tip: you can order your food on the taco bell ap and go through the drive through. Makes ordering taco bell for the whole family much easier seeing as how picky and specialized everyone is these days.

This evening at 6:50pm 4/11/2021, I went through the drive through at the Clayton Road location and asked when ordering if they had the cheesy quesalupa cravings box still.. I was told no. That they only had meals with the cheesy quesalupa. I pulled to the window and decided to ask again. The girl working the window told me that they do indeed and asked the young man that took my order why he told me that they don’t. He said I didn’t order a box. I told him the first thing I asked was if you still had the carvings box with the cheesy quesalupa. That was the whole reason for me going here. Not only did I not get a box but another girl that brought the food up started telling I didn’t know what I was ordering.. I told her I clearly did if I was asking for it.. all three of the employees started arguing with me about I’m not getting a box, even though that is what I was wanting. This restaurant has sadly gone downhill in the last few months. Every poor customer service. I used to be a customer service manager, what happened to making an adjustment in price and make sure I pay for and receive what I was actually wanting to get in the first place. That is all I was wanting.. but instead all customer service went out the window unprofessionalism took over all 3 employees. Sadly I will not return. I was trying to get a quick dinner for my son and I after a really long day at work. All I got was disappointment in a bag.

I know its just taco bell, but the staff is really friendly. The young lady jada greeted me as soon as I walked in. Ive been to restaurants that hardly even notice you walked in. Not here. Fast friendly service.

Worst Taco Bell or Fast Food I have ever been to. Terrible customer service. Waited 20 min in lobby before order was taken. Drive thru guy saw 4 people in lobby but chose to ignore walk in customers. Used to go there for the last 4-6 weeks after practice but will choose another location or place.

This particular Taco Bell manages to short you on your drive through order about 25 percent of the time. You also cant tell which item is which, because even though the wrappers have a place to mark what the item is (such as bean burrito, 5 layer burrito, etc.) they never bother to mark them.

Constantly rotating staff, drive through orders are always wrong, was there last week and they didnt give me 3 quarters of my order, I asked if I should pull around cuz the line behind me, manager said dont worry about the line rolled his eyes at me took my bags and reciept brought them back a few minutes later with maybe half the order. I gave them my bags and receipt again at which time they claimed to have made the wrong order and gave it back to me, food thrown in the bag with total disregard, and i was still missing an order of those stupid nacho fries and I was given the wrong burritos.The district manager should be drawn and quartered.
