Taco Bell, Me & my granddaughter came in for lunch today & it had been some time coming to this Taco Bell but we both had gotten the 3 Tacos special mine was the Regular Crunchy & she got the Supreme Crunchy with no 🍅s & a 7 layers burrito & I got a bean & cheese burrito on the side along with our soft drinks & everything was so fresh & delicious & yummy! 😋 so Thank You to the staff members & to the young lady at the counter that took our order. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐s & 💯%+ Great Job!

The girl taking the drive through orders on 9/11 12:30pm shift had the worst customer service skills. She place my order incorrectly so I went inside to give them a chance to fix it. I was nice, I get it everyone makes mistakes. She looked at my receipt, didnt apologize, threw the tacos in the trash with attitude and told another worker to make the correct tacos. I had to ask for the price difference since she charged me more and with the most annoying look went and consulted with another worker. Never apologized once for her attitude, mistake, and the inconvenience she caused. Terrible customer service....

Normally, for decades now, this location runs great and deserves the 5 stars. However lately, late at night ordering in the drive-thru Ive been getting savagely burned on napkins, utensils, and hot sauce. Who eats nachos without a fork and napkins and hot sauce? ..Savages do.. Im just sayin its like over an hour from closing, Im the only order, what could you possibly be so preoccupied with that you cant be bothered to include these basics, especially the hot sauce considering you asked me if I wanted any and even had me specify how many. What are you busy creating a new menu item thats going to replace the taco? What are you doing in there besides your job? -This rant was typed to hopefully get noticed and help make the word a little better for everyone. 😊🌮🛎

Went there 30 min ago, staff was not the best, they gave me my food, and rhe lady ignored us and walked away, she had glasses. Took like 5 min to get there attention to get our drink, and then when we get home every hard shelled taco we got was smashed into pieces. Literally had to be intentionally done. Disappointed that people have to be so spiteful just because we came an hour before closing on July 3rd.

The family wanted taco bell for dinner so we decided to try out this location. Its not bad but not good. We placed an online order through the app & went inside to pick it up but the order still wasnt ready. They werent packed so they shouldnt have been so slow at getting the food out (especially for an online order) or at messing up the order but somehow they were & they did (definitely a disappointment for a fast food chain). We gave the new come back limited time Enchirito a try & was pretty disappointed. Its a bit smaller than it used to be & it was pretty flat, more tortilla than the filling.

Tonight we are thrilled! We found a Taco Bell that makes the elusive Enchirito. I took a gamble and asked at the drive thru, and it paid off. Its larger than the original and smothered in sauce and melty cheese. It was amazing. THANKS Taco Bell.

I completed my breakfast burrito combo order when another person who didnt take my order started speaking. They didnt introduce themselves like saying this is a manager or anything, they just said, we are out of breakfast food, can I get you anything from our regular menu. I said no and they gave a very unapologetic sorry about that and that was it. Never have I been delt so rudely or felt so unwelcome. I am never going there again and I am asking everyone that I can not to either. Worst customer service ever!!!

I was very unhappy with the food herethat day .I order the Chalupa meal because the shells are Normally very soft . These were hard & cold . I went in to tell them and the person I spoke to claims they were fresh and did Not offer to exchange them for fresh ones . Ill never go to this Taco Bell again. It was very disappointing.

Put in an order on the app, claiming my free reward and adding a couple other small items. Order total came to $4.13 but for some reason the charge from my bank came out as $6.03. After arriving at the restaurant and waiting about ten minutes for my order I showed two employees both my email receipt and the charge from my bank but they refused to make me my food saying I still owed another $3, even though I had just PROVED that not only had I already paid, but Id been overcharged! These were the most unhelpful employees and worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Ive gone to this Taco Bell at least once a week for years but never again after this.

I arrived at the restaurant on 10/07/22 at 8:25am with the dining room completely empty and I was the only one at the counter, awaiting to have my order taken. I was not greeted in any way, just told once the gentleman noticed me that it would be a moment. A moment turned into a few minutes and i was still standing there waiting while another person came in behind me. Still not being helped after 5-6 minutes, I did see the drive through was being prioritized and the drive thru worker completely ignoring us. When the gentleman behind me was asking what was up, the gentleman working looked annoyed and told us someone would be with us, (nobody came) and if we didnt want to wait, we could use the kiosk. Now, I work in food service, I know how it can be. But they were NOT THAT BUSY, even in the drive thru. When I walked out because I was going to be late for work, there were ZERO cars coming into the DT. That WOULD NOT fly where I work. I get it being understaffed, but like I said, there were NO ONE in the restaurant when I arrived and the DT had no line. There was NO REASON for this terrible service. (Or non-service).

The employees always have my food ready on time or even wayyy earlier than expected. Today as i walked in to pick up my order, this man was just roaming around the store and just disturbing the peace and bothering everyone, myself included. I normally always do mobile order and wait to pick it up at the counter. This said man was wandering by the front counter and just stole my whole box as it was being prepared. Management and staff attempted to get him to leave it but he just ran off with my food. Staff was kind enough to remake my order within 5 minutes which blew me away a bit since it was the 4 burritos and 4 hard taco box. Im assuming the manager was the one who was even kinder to give me 2 free drinks for the inconvenience.

This was my first time going here and will probably be my last also. We went to the drive through and only 1 car was ahead of us, we pulled up to the order speaker, (watched the car in front of us get their food & leave) we sat there for about 10 minutes or so and nobody ever asked us for our order, we said hello multiple times, even honked once! So we pulled up to the pick up window thinking the speaker was broke or something like that and sat there f[r another 5 minutes. We saw a few employees it never once did any of them acknowledge us, come to the window, or even as much as look over in our direction!! We felt pretty stupid so we just left and went to the taco bell across town.

Great location! I love how they keep it clean despite being a super busy place. Some places make excuses. The staff is really great and friendly especially an employee named Gina! Place is always packed with the drive thru wrapping around the store. With that happening, it prevents the parked cars from leaving and could cause some angry customers. Would like to see the location upgraded to avoid this issue. The inside could be clean at times but many times its always filthy with the tables being sticky or trash on the floor. The food is either a hit or miss, the food could be drenched in grease or perfectly made with not as much grease dripping down. The workers are very kind and are very patient when dealing with rude customers. Props to them because some of the customers deserve a rude response.

Very, very slow tonight long wait for Taco Bell at 9:30 @ night. Didnt get any hot sauce either. This is my favorite Taco Bell and they usually have great service. Not sure what was wrong tonight. My Biggest Beef With Taco Bell is if you Dont Check or Stay on them EVERY TIME AT ANY ONE OF THEIR RESTAURANTS IS THEY WONT GIVE YOU ANY HOT SAUCE. OR IF YOU ORDER A BUNCH OF FOOD THEY ONLY WANT TO GIVE YOU A COUPLE OF HOT SAUCES. ITS LIKE YOU HAVE TO BEG TO GET ENOUGH. Oh and theyll give you tons then of the fire one but when you want a lot of the mild they act like it gives them cramps. That just really makes me mad. Then put the damn things on the menu 10 hot sauces for so much money!!! Thats my biggest beef with them!!! Hate getting home with no hot sauce.

Food not prepared correctly followed by RUDE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!! We ordered a family pack of tacos (in the drive through) when we got home they had not put lettuce in any of the tacos and did not include the requested taco sauce (no sauce in bag at all). When we went back the counter person and the manager blamed us for their error. We added an order of cinnitwists, they bagged it and then made us wait 20 min to get our order. No apology and staff were incredibly rude!

Lately very slow drive up service, but tonight was horrible. 3 cars in front of me and it took 20 minutes. No excuse. None of the cars had big orders. Only one bag given to each car. What the heck!. Somehow I knew before going today, that they were going to mess up my order. They did not follow my substitutions listed on my online order. I did place a relatively large order too. Also, this location never seems to have the baja blast freeze. Their machine is always down but today they substituted a different freeze drink for me. In addition to this though, I knew to check my food after I got it. I was easily able to take the wrong items in and they replaced my mismade products. They also gave me a order of the cinnamon twists for free! I am always going to be disappointed that this location cannot get my order correct but today their customer service surprised me. Line was crazy long when we walked in and there was only one cashier. Waited 20 mins just to order and the cashier, who was obviously new, kept forgetting what we ordered and asked for us to repeat ourselves. So another 10 mins go by we finally order and when we get our food its wrong. Take it back up there, showed them my receipt and the manager sighed loudly grabbed the tray and flung it somewhere in the back. At that point I was so mad i called corporate and they asked for the store number and managers name. Very poor service, tables were so nasty and sticky, plus they openly mad mouth customers.

Im not sure what has been going on, but for the last week I have spent record times in the drive thru. For some reason asking for extra sauce trips them up. The girl at the window couldnt be any less of a people person. You can really tell how much she doesnt want to be there. Used to love this place, but the downhill spiral is noticeable. Also when you see someone was taking out trash and then just rinsed their hands with water alone that is enough to turn me away.

My friend ate at Taco Bell and I went to In- and Out. I like Taco Bell but the food is all the same its just in a different shape. But the food is good. My favorite is the tostadas. So far as fast food wars continue to devastate the nations land scapes, and we become a nation dependent on fast food, it is hard to beat the bell. Service varies in relation to the quality of personnel. Of all the Toco Bells I have eaten at in California, I have to give kuddos to the two on mooney blvd in Visalia Ca. They are mostly clean, with good customer service, and great food. With all the fast food that is available I always find myself at toco bell at the end of the day. For price, quality, quantity, and taste, I recomend the bell. Especially in Visalia Ca.

I 💘 LOVE LOVE LOVE Taco Bell, especially the one by COS. My favorite thing is breakfast, namely their bacon crunchwrap and the grilled bacon burrito, but only AFTER I FIX THEM UP LOL. Unfortunately Taco Bell doesnt put hardly any eggs on their breakfast foods. They used to but alas, no more. So I buy anywhere from 2-4 SEPARATE SIDES OF EGGS AND 1-2 SEPARATE SIDES OF BACON, heated up(if you dont specify heated up theyll hive UT to you cold) and I aske for salt and pepper and the breakfast salsa and Im ready to go. I put salt and pepper on all of the eggs, then I open up each burrito and crunchwrap- one at a time- and put one of each of the sides of eggs and half of the side of bacon and then fold them back closed and VIOLA! Beckys Beefed Up Breakfast is ready to eat. Enjoy!!
