Big plus for being open till midnight. The place was crowded for drive through in late night but dine in or takeout was quick. The staff is courteous and liked the menu options, its increased for good (veggie options as well). Taco bell is grab and go so was not expecting much but this place impressed me.Service - 4.5/5Food quality - 3.5/5Cleanliness - 3.5/5Value for money - 5/5Should definitely visit if nearby.

Out of every Taco Bell on Merced this one is the best. (food wise) Had a situation with a worker though when I was ordering food with a friend. My friend wanted to turn in a resume to work there specifically so as Im getting my food I ask the lady if I could hand the resume to her to give to her manager. She gave me and my friend the ugliest look ever and goes Really? Through the drive through I mean I guess its kinda dumb giving a resume through the drive through but like it was kinda rude. She took it and like kinda threw it back. Me and my friend drove off and I told her Yeah she threw your resume awayWe joke about it still but at least the food is good.

Taco Bell. Nachos are not this franchises forte. Lets begin with the positive - the cheese is delicious and so are the sliced jalapeños the beans are also good. Here is where they failed for me. The chips were very soggy when I got home and I dont live very far from Taco Bell. A lot of the chips were very small and served no purpose. Here is the worst part for me, I had a lot of chips that had no cheese, chicken, or beans. Does flavor out weigh the negative on Taco Bell nachos? In this case the positive is slightly better than negative. The perk is the customer service. This review does not take that into effect but the gentleman Mr. Quincy is an absolute professional.

I went through the drive through so I dont know the atmosphere. But drive through was efficient with a nice young man standing in the drive through taking your order and my food was ready at the window with the nice young lady telling me thank you have a good day and smiling. Their app never seems to work it took my money off of my gift cards ($17.00) and then never put my order through when I went to pick up my order they said they didn’t get any order and all the manager said was that they have no control over what happens on the mobile app and I have written them countless emails trying to get my money back and have still never gotten any response not even an email saying we hear your concern or anything like that I mean it’s only $17.00 but that is a lot of money to just give a restaurant and come out empty handed

Forgot My Tacos wt$&#?. I usually check my bag because the drive thru is notorious for messing up your order. Im thinking they should bring my order to me l, since they messed up. They were all to busy talking to the car in front of Me. They acknowledge by giving me coupons for my next visit. Although it didnt bother me at the time, but when I found that they had Forgot My Tacos. Yeah, I was disappointed but not totally surprised. Nope, What is it with fast food by the freeways? I love and appreciate the service that this Taco Bell provides - they have excellent customer service and the food is made correctly (not messy) I spend very little money and get more for the price I pay. My favorite is the grilled breakfast burrito - fiesta potatoes - its potatoes with scrambled eggs I ask for no tomatoes and I switch it up with just regular shredded cheese instead of nacho cheese - it works perfectly with my stomach and I get a bottled water - I think I pay less than $4 - and Im in and out of there quickly. Best deal and with excellent customer service.

The beans were delicate, yet full bodied. The tortilla, soft, supple and warm. The server graciously substituted green sauce in place of the red. The onions crisp and finely diced. And the cheese sprinkled ever so gingerly, as to play with the flavors of the dish.

Gonna have to start off by saying to come by during happy hour. Great freezes over here. The perfect balance of blended ice and sweet syrup to hit that summer hot spot like no other. And at only $1? You cant lose. Unless you become addicted and cant stop drinking at every hour of the day, in which case you can lose... Yeah, but its a good deal on happy hour.The boxes are usually a super easy and great combo too, you get drinks, special items, and now you can even opt out the items for different meat choices or choices entirely! Its super easy on their new automated order machine. Just swipe your card when youre done and theyll call your order. It takes just as long as ordering in person, but you dont have to be embarrassed when looking frantically at the menu for 5 minutes even tho youll pick the same thing you usually order.Its a no pressure decision! At least on where to go for lunch/dinner (and or breakfast) You got this.

This is a great Taco Bell location . Usually my orders are made quickly and correctly. I come to the drive thru a few times a month and never have any issues . The drive thru itself sometimes gets very busy and a bit difficult to get into line . Other than that, I have no complaints .

My friend and I entered Taco bells flabby. The nice Gentleman that took our order. Went above the standard that you usually get at a Fast Food joint. I was unsure about liking there slushy? So he offered she a little taste test. Which is never done, when dealing with fast food. I was very surprised & pleased and took the taster. I didnt like it. And was GLAD I had the opportunity of tasting it. Instead of wasting $ on something I didnt care for. Sorry, I dont know his name. But he deserves a raise!👍🙂 and the food was great too!

Mike at this Taco Bell was the nicest employees Ive ever had the pleasure of interacting with. He opened doors for customers and also gave us hand sanitizers with our order. The restaurant and bathroom was super clean and well kept. The chalupas are good at TB but this location in particular is one of the best Taco Bell Ive ever been at!

Phenomenal !! It was dusk, myself and the kiddos decided to take a stroll and Steal a Base, Steal a Taco. A World Series Taco Bell promotion that if anyone steals a base in the World Series-- America wins tacos. It was such a pleasure, it was somebodys 1st day at work who first served us. She was a little unfamiliar with the promotion, but was curious about it when another team-worker showed her how to enter the promo items. There was also another lady who ordered via the app & seemed delighted when she mentioned it to everyone (after overhearing the conversation) during her in-store order pick-up. The shift lead ended up handling our order, both workers with excellent customer service. Good times with the fam.

Normally everything is good I had no complaints until they Messed up on my order. when I went back in to change it (and they did ) one of the ladies didn’t even care she basically took my order back and tossed my new order back at me . I didn’t not like that especially since I walked in like normal and just simply said they messed up and if they can correct it .But I did not even show up iratated or yelling and screaming or being unreasonable even if I had to drive 6 miles there and back twice ! Given the area (MLK St), this restaurant is pretty clean and offers very reasonable prices on their food choices. Serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Customer service was average (the lady taking the order could not remember one of the items they served). Overall, I would consider this facility average by Taco Bell standards, and would probably not visit after dark.

Its hit or miss with this place, I get a 30 min lunch break so sometimes when I want to get taco bell I cant because of the huge lines, they have messed up on my order a couple times and didnt realize it until I got back to work and by then its to late to get it fixed. The food was better than taco bells back home! We are from az and drove through cali recently. The employees were nice and friendly. The food actually tasted more fresh and better put together than taco bells in arizona! There were even a couple homeless people outside at their shopping carts having some tacos and even they were friendly! (Not being pushy asking for change or making me feel unsafe or uncomfortable). I order 2 Vegan rice and bean burritos with guac and a fresco spicy potato taco. After getting home 20 miles away I find that they forgot the guacomole but still charged me for it and gave me a meat taco instead of a potato taco. Seriously? This is extremely concerning especially if someone had a food allergy. Taco Bell is notorious for screwing up orders.Update* After management agreed to replace our order, we came back the next day to pick up our replacements. It took them THREE attempts to make our order fresco style. We literally had to go through the drive through twice and then finally walk in the third time. Do they not explain to their employees that Fresco Style means NO DAIRY products?! This is scary! I just want to enjoy a cruelty free meal. Come on Taco Bell, get if together! Its fast food Mexican food. Its tasty, its not the normal hamburger and fries but its also not authentic Mexican food but its good food. If your looking for a cozy authentic meal with beans, rice on the plate with your Chile Verde or Chile Colorado and homemade tortilla, then this is NOT the place your looking for. But if you want good fast food but are tired of the same old burger place then this IS just the place your looking for. Its clean, friendly, inexpensive and has a drive thru as well as seating inside. I keep going back for more when i an in town and hungry.

Upon entering this fine establishment, I was immediately struck by the amount of transient people staring hopelessly at their delectable Mexican inspired fare. After I ordered my food, I decided to relieve myself in the always above par restroom. The powerful and pungent odor that greeted me was only eclipsed by the sight of what awaited me in the urinal. A full sized human loaf was marinating in its own sauce, for all the world to see.Now, I am a grown man, and seeing a lad log in a pisser has been on my bucket list since I was a boy, but let me say, the actual sight of it is awe inspiring. I was frozen in my tracks, and not just because my feet were stuck to the floor by an unknown fluid.I highly recommend this as a pit stop to anyone needing a break from the long commute on the 99.

Merced taco bell near 99 was a disappointment. Service was good however the homeless and young men of less then good societal stature IE non working. Were us eng the bathroom as a wash/shower room. I only recommend going in the morning and early afternoon the staff is very friendly better than any high end restaurant. The manager Maria is a hottie and very polite I had a complaint about the night crew and she handled it like a pro. Okay, first off I already love Taco Bell with an unreasonable passion, from the days of being a teenager needing a cheap meal to today when I need an easy road meal my kids can eat easily in the back seat. So this is already biased. But seriously, after having visited probably hundreds of TBs in my life I think this one might be the best. I have never been greated so enthusiastically at a drive thru, and then again when I decided to walk in (except maybe for a trip to Bojangles in Durham, NC, circa 1998, but lets just call it a tie). This location was also spotlessly clean and the food was predicably consistent with what you expect from Taco Bell. This will be a regular stop for us to and from Yosemite Base Camp.

OK the quesalupa is a joke there is absolutely little cheese inside the shell you couldnt even taste the cheese I do not recommend this product pure bait and switch with the menu item photo I mean I know food is never like the photo but i expect to at least taste the cheese inside the shell

The complaint I have is not about the food, but about the restaurant atmosphere, I went inside to eat with my family my son had to use the restroom so I took him the bathroom was dirty and smelly than once i ordered my food i couldnt find a clean table to sit in also on one table by the soda machine there was a homeless man asking everyone for money when someone offered him some food he said no give me the money, management did nothing to stop the homeless man to leave customers alone
