Taco Bell in Hemet

I love the Taco bell in hemet. Always friendly staff. Great service. This one has easy access and good amount of parking. Nacho fries are back!

My only complaint here is that when I went, (pretty early in day) they had ran out of ground beef, coffee, one of the sauces to make some of the breakfast items, etc... the staff was nice enough about it, but apparently management is subpar. There is no reason that a taco place should run out of ground beef. That other stuff ok, pass given, but to a major menu item? Thats unacceptable, and if I was upper management, Id be having a very serious discussion about company standards.

Check your order before you leave, dont call and let them know they messed up, the rude manager named Roxanne or something I believe will just hang up on you over their mistake that cost you more than she makes an hour. I get it, you work at taco Bell, you made the best decisions in life. I paid you for a service that you and you staff couldnt perform, I wont be back.

Someone should really fire this Lady at the drive thru!! Upon ordering my food Im asked if I would be needing utensils. Ive been to this location many times and never had I been asked. Im thinking spoon and fork for Tacos, I replied no Thank You. When receiving my drink, this Lady literally shoves the drink into my hand. I receive my food and notice there is no straw or sauce, straw was always in bag previous times, sauce which I had asked for while ordering my food. I waited for the lady to open the window to get a Yes!! I asked for a straw and sauce and get a Next time you order dont say you dont need utencils, Its the Law!!I replied Sorry, Spoon and fork are utencils for me as she slams the window shut.BAG MY FOOD AND POLITICS SEPERATE!!!11/29/2023 12:41PMCashier Salvador H Order f29b27

Always good service every time I go to this tacobell . The man at the drive-thru was well spoken and professional. I usually keep it simple when ordering I usually get 3 Bean &Cheese Burritos with no onions and 2 nachos and a small drink came out to under 14.00 dollars.

The inside was closed and the drive thru was backed up and the line was split into 2 different lines and people were sliding in and cutting people off... So I left and went to Carls Jr. where I got better service, better food, better atmosphere, the inside of the store was open, and my insides reception was very inviting!!!

Taco Bell 039852Order #405606I had ordered a chalupa supreme, black bean crunchwrap supreme, and a chicken burrito over drive thru.The cashier became abrasive, saying that I originally said that I wanted a black bean burrito and not the crunchwrap.Secondly, the manager takes over and yells over the drive thru speaker that I made the mistake and not them.Thirdly, when I get to the window, the cashier violently snatches the card off my hands and then drops it on the floor.Fourth, I asked the manager for the cashiers name (the cashier is talking over me and yelling at me in the process, too) so that I can write a complaint. She refused to give me that information, shut the window and yelled go ahead and call it in, nobody cares!I got home and saw that my order was wrong. I was given a regular taco and not the chalupa supreme.

Went through the drive thru for 2 Mexican Pizzas and a Chicken Burrito Supreme. The service was fast and the food was good for what it was

Nice brand new store! Staff greet you as you walk in and help you with the new self serve kiosk. Friendly staff.

Price higher than Menu. Number 2 (3 taco supreme) rang up $.50 higher than menu price. I caught it and they had to “discount” the price.Also, apparently a 3 taco supreme order requires you to choose “supreme” as an upgrade. Very slow service as well.And the bathroom has to be opened by the staff.
