Taco Bell in Gilroy

Quick stop for quick lunch! Great service!, Very friendly! The lady who took my order was very knowledgeable and very helpful, know how to satisfy her customer with manner, fast service!

Typical Taco Bell. Wait time was minimal, staff was friendly, prices not bad. They have a new Mexican Pizza with Jalapenos that was really good.It isnt a problem to get vegetarian food at Taco Bell, many menu items are marked V for vegetarian.You can order items to be made vegan but it isnt easy to get what you ask for. Special orders are a problem. There seems to be a problem across the board at all Taco Bells for special orders. I have never once gotten a special order at any Taco Bell that was done right. This store was unfortunately no exception. Perhaps the staff needs more training. Items ordered with beans and lettuce only invariably have cheese mixed in, etc.If you are ordering standard items from the menu, they are well prepared.

Drive thru experience review.Ordered 2 Nacho Doritios Locos Taco Supremes, a beef Chalupa supreme, and a Mexican pizza with sour cream added to it.The one thing about fast food that spooks me is the potential for inconsistency between their great marketing & ads and the actual execution and delivery of the product at all the unique stores, whether brand operated or franchised.Well, this location passes in my book. My food was hot, well made, and I was given a lot of hot sauces without having to ask! Service was a touch longer because they probably made it to order as it should be. My shells were crunchy and not stale. The chalupa was soft was a hint of crispness. Would return if im ever in the area to give my business again.

Figured I would give this Taco Bell location a try today. As I drove up I could see the drive through line went for miles!! But their parking lot was empty? so I figured why not see if the walk in. Looking through the front door I honestly thought they were closed but I figured why not give the door a pull, and what do you know, they were open!! I was the only patron in their, sweet!! The inside is nice and updated, with riot glass to protect the employees from impending COVID 19 spittle.The service was really good, fast, and the server even asked if I wanted a cup holder for my 2 soda cups.The food “as much as I like to jokingly poo poo on Taco Bell food” was really good for fast food. My taste buds and tummy thank you Taco Bell, just don’t tell anyone I said that C;And yesssssss I am giving them 5 stars “just because they don’t sell a 6 oz $120 filet mignon does not mean they can not earn 5 stars “everything about this place hit on all 8 cylinders, well done guys, you earned your 5 stars”

So its like 11:30pm off 101 Gilroy, 152 west exit to 10th st. And I asked my son if there was anything to eat around here and we look up and theres McDonalds, Wendys, a closed El pollo loco (wow) and A Taco Bell. I usually dont eat at these places but I had to choose the obvious, right. So yeh, drive thru open only, of course, could you imagine, at this hour. Anyway the whole place looks clean lit up calling you over. I always order whats new so. Got the new dipping sauce box thing. Comes with chips and cheese (personal size) you wont be sharing that part but the rest, whats new about that. Folks I was disappointed. All the same ol thin just a different name. The drink was good med size. Should have been a large if they were going to do that to me. Upgrade you wont regret it. People were accurate and cool. No problem with these guys. So it was 10.00 gamble and I lost. Thats all. Order what you really want every time.

So I came in the store asked for a water cup I drink it then throw it away then I came back and asked for another because I was like you know what maybe I shouldnt have throw the cup away because I still wanted water then I asked for another one and this girl that was kinda cubby little short white she had red on her neck also she wasnt wearing a hair net by the way said no so then I asked give me your name she said no then I asked let me speak to the manager I dont remember if she said anything about that but I think she said no u could prove me wrong if u want but then I got mad because like what? So I will amit I called her a sad pathetic loser and she said you are to then I said some other stuff that I dont remember but I did say stuff but I will apologize on my part for saying stuff to that girl. but what I dont like is how she refused me severe refused me to talk to the manager and she didnt give me her name and she wasnt wearing a hat net and also forget to mention she wasnt wearing gloves on the line again u can prove me wrong if u want this all happened on 8/6/23.

I’ve been going to Taco Bell since I was a little kid I go to it less and less now maybe once a year. I don’t go for the food, although it still taste the same as when I used to go when I was a child, I mainly go there to remember when I was young and how we were raised. When I go to Taco Bell, I enjoy eating the Mexican pizza and the crunchy tacos.

I ordered the new chicken taco sandwich today and it was pure disappointment. Cant believe commercials advertise these products and make them look so good and once you purchase them it looks totally different. So disappointed taco bell.

I pick up my grandchildren from School and then we head out to their favorite place to eat,TACO BELL!!I would Love it even more if they brought back the Enchirito (Enchiladas) with Red or Green Sauce..😉
