Came here with my family. For some reason their $5 cravings box is missing one item. They also dont have anyone working the register so you have to order from the kiosk, and when I said thank you the people flat out ignored me. The sweet tea dispenser is broken or something and the burritos are tiny and overpriced, almost $2.50 for these is ridiculous (see attached photo). There are also flies flying everywhere and bad water damage on the wall which I would assume can cause mold? Which is a health violation? Overall, not a very good taco bell experience.

This is the second time I’ve been to this Taco Bell and it will be my last. The employees are so rude and they literally didn’t put any food in one of my tacos. The food was not wrapped well and it looked like they just threw the food in the bag. The girl on the 9pm shift 01/13/2023 tossed the bag in my hands when she brought the food to my car. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location if you want a decent Taco Bell meal. Taco Bell management should take immediate action especially with the night shift. Two thumbs down from a true Taco Bell fan!

First time for doing 2 1star ratings in 1 one night but Rohnert Park fast food joints need to get their act together. This location also closes earlier then posted hours and the employee even told me theyve talked with the manager about but the hours are still wrong so another big late Friday night munchies order down the drain and more wasted gas. This makes everyone involved, uber eats and the restaurants look bad.

The person taking the order was quiet, but they got the order right according to the screen. Tasts just like other Taco Bells, which is nice to not get things made differently. They made the food fast, and i was on my way quickly. I liked that they used two cups for the nacho cheese since it gets super hot right out the window. I got 3 tacos, two nachos, and chips, a bean and cheese burrito. They didnt hesitate when I asked for no onions or red sauce on the burrito, which was for my picky daughter.

Drive through, about every 2 years I get a craving for Taco Bell. The people are always nice but the food is not so much. Over processed, over salted, and probably over fatty, food. Their commercials must be working to get me back there again. My son loves that place.

Its Taco Bell.So when you go in, you get to figure out how to use aComputer generated menu! Oh Joy! No interaction with a human until they call your name and slide your order across the counter.This new way of doubt things doesnt help or improve on the quality of the fast(?) Food.I wont be going inside again.Ill stick to eating in my car.LMaO.

Service was quick and staff was friendly. Lobby needed some sprucing up, though, I understand staffing is always an issue when it comes to fast food joints.
