Horrible service I had to go in and get my food thru the drive thru and they gave my food to someone else. And I was asked to wait 5 minutes and my order wasn’t even complete I was missing some food.

Worst of all😡... Customer service its awful.. they didnt even took my order.. I waited there for 12 min waiting for someone to take my order but instead they asked me to use an ordening self machine.. I ask why? If they didnt look busy or there wasnt any line to order but they just said.. sorry you have to use the machine 😡😡😡😡.Taco Bell at downtown plaza in Santa Ana youre the worst in service. If your employees dont want to have contact or dont want to be nice to customers get robots instead 😡😡.

They take for ever and they almost forgot my crunch wrap and when I got home this is what it looked like ... I’m guessing they almost forgot to give it to me because they forgot all about about it in the cooker and now it’s all burn . How dare they even try to pass that as food all burned . They should be ashamed of them self ..Don’t get me wrong, I still like taco bell just not that location they need to get better cooks or better training cause they space out !!!

Today it was my first time coming here and this person that supposedly is a manager and doesn’t treat right there customer I was first to come inside to they could take my order and she skip me and was helping another customer and I told her I was First on line and she gave me a attitude and backing back her eyes i don’t if you guys have favorite peoples and then she was laughing at me and I’m still going to call cooperatives what kind of manager you guys certified you really need to training her she have a horrible customer service….

Went in to Taco Bell today to get my free taco. No problem everyone was very nice and they gave me my choice of which kind of taco I wanted. I got a soft taco that was hot and fresh. I would highly recommend this Taco Bell.

Manager was completely unprofessional and rude. They talk bad about customers in front of them assuming they don’t speak Spanish. Dirty store. Horrible attitudes. Refused to provide me with my correct meal after telling them it was incorrect. She refused service after already receiving my payment. Should be shut down! Already called corporate and reported.

Even when I worked at one a million years ago, service was fast, employees super friendly. Im just passing thru so I may never be here again. But for once in my life, Im glad I stopped at taco bell.

If I could, i would rate a 0. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful to their customers. All I did was ask for the restroom. The worker was Hispanic, about 53 with black glasses and kind of thick in her early twenties. She responded with can you wait a second with a bad attitude but I just brushed it off. Maybe I was reading too much into it. And its understandable because she was with a customer so that was my bad. So I went to my car to get a charger then stepped back in and waited but even when she saw me she kept snickering and whispering with her coworker in Spanish and mind you, it was pretty empty so she had enough time to just open the door. To give someone a bad attitude just because they ask for the restroom then brush past them without any acknowledgement or concern for the customer is completely unprofessional. And this is a nice area. It was my first time but that experience makes me not want to go back. Its amazing she still has a job.

We go to this Taco Bell all the time my mom gets there in the morning wants coffee with the order of course cuz its breakfast time and then they tell her the machines broken you know thats not too unusual but when my mom asked for them to substitute it with something else they wanted to charge your extra its your business its your machine if its broken then you should provide a substitute free of charge

The Taco Bell on 1st Street never has the new item at Taco Bell is advertising they always say theyre sold out but they never actually carry the item whats up with that also in California there is a state law requiring any company that sells a gift card to cash out the remaining balance when the balance is $10 or less Taco Bell refused and my time was wasted dealing with these people are there gift card hotline and they had no idea what Im talking about and then they transferred me to the customer service and the customer service didnt even pick up the phone they just disconnected I am utterly offended by these pieces of s*** I doubt Ill be eating at this talk about anytime soon however this isnt the first time or the only Taco Bell this has ever happened at screw you guys del tacos my new home

This is a little out-of-the-way Taco Bell but I tend to drive by quite often. They always seem to have what Im looking for whether its something off their dollar menu or one of their beautiful well stuffed burritos. The staff is always extremely nice and very attentive if I have something different that I want to do to the regular me. Pricing at this Taco Bell is still pretty reasonable. One of my favorite things to get is there a meal box. It wasnt terrible but far from a great experience. Really slow service. I guy taking orders while two women stood around laughing. Two people who were in line walked out because it took so long. They even allowed a lady walking in off the street pushing a stroller with 2 more kids being in a Little Ceasar pizza. Actually sat down to eat dinner. But at least the place was kinda clean.

The food was fine until I went into the bathroom with my daughters, only to find out the water was boiling hot which caused my daughter to burn her hand while she tried to wash her hands, left her crying. I called the employee to make her check the water temperature (which was not supposed to be over 120 degrees) and found out the water was over 150 degrees. She then claimed I was supposed to be the one supervising my daughter, but who am I to know the water was burning hot as hell. Unbelievable...

Update: Continuing their lineage of the worst taco bell ever.. check out my measly little plate of nacho fries... this is almost offensiveHOW does this have a 3.8 star rating? I havent been to taco bell in a long time and decided to go back this evening and after just finishing my meal I remembered why I stopped going... the burritos are the size of Taquitos... theres little to no meat in them mostly just rice and about 80% of the burritos are tortilla... there is a taco truck 100 feet from this taco bell that has dollar tacos that are LOADED with meat... I cant believe people still go here. I am done with taco bell all together, next time I eat fast food im going to Del Taco.

Also the large number of homeless people in the shopping center its located in, makes it a less than desirable place to visit.

Ordered by drive thru and the person on the speaker was so rushed to get my order done when I had just ordered a drink and a taco with additional items but she decided to end my order with just the taco and the drink and I told her Im not done. I go to receive my food and she had this bad attitude and didnt tell me to have a good night or anything. The food was not good and I felt like throwing up but I did not.

Great personnel! Funny, energetic. The manager was a dwankie: She didnt want them to put any cold water into a McDonalds cup l brought in with me...so the employees and I had a great time when I emptied the water from the little tiny plastic cup shed provided into the McDonalds cup. She went ballistic, talking down to the and deriding my actions in Spanish ( l am white, but espanol fluentamente). I answered her in English, but proving that I speak Spanish well enough. The crew went into gales of laughter. I had originally planned to take the order out, but when she got all rude, l stayed. Im happy l did.

The service from some of the people who serve there was terrible last night I was ready to eat something there and I wanted to go to the bathroom when I asked one of the employees for the key she ignored me I asked her three times the three times she ignored me until The reason the manager saw that I shook my head negatively was that they ignored me for poor service at that taco bell. I dont recommend it.

I was there today at 8:20 in the morning and I ordered a breakfast crunchwrap... and they served me a grilled breakfast burrito... and I asked that they change it and they annoyed me because they told me that was my order... and if I They changed it but in a very bad way... Im sad because they didnt treat me well...
