I would like to add a bit to my review. Taco Bell started selling these fabulous drinks. My favorite was the Watermelon, Strawberry and Lemonade drink. It grows on you real fast. I liked them so much I started having (2) a day. Now, while they are still advertising the product, they no longer have the product. Why do you advertise something you dont have? I am absolutely sure that I am not the only person in California that fell in love with this product. There must be thousands of customers, like myself, that want this drink restore to the menu. And shame on you Taco Bell for making this a tease fest, because now the tacos dont taste as good as they once did. I have been eating at Taco Bell since the tacos were sold for 19 cents. Shirley.

We go to this Taco Bell quite often because of the location and how close it is but today we went because we wanted to try the new Grilled cheese nacho fries but when we received the fries it was barely even full. The presentation was about a 2/10, barely any meat or cheese an about 10 fries. It looked like someone had eaten it before they gave it to us.

Everything was smashed, not wrapped correctly or not wrapped at all. It was like they were rushing to get us out of there. They were slow no one was behind us at all. Also in our Cinnabon delights there was lettuce. There was onions in burritos we asked them not to put onions in.

Drive thru had more than 20 cars in line, so I went inside bad mistake there about 5 customers were inside had to wait more than 39 minutes to get my food. Manager tried to make me happy with a free taco next time and a soda while a waited. Will just do drive thru next time seeing they are focused on drive thru orders first not walk in orders.

Always has a line at the Drive-thru (which is often many cars deep) it can actually be faster to go into the restaurant. But if ordering via the app or website, they get finicky if you do the opposite (go to in, rather than Drive-thru or vise versa).I tend to visit on Thurs, Fri, Sat evenings. The ordering kiosk staff is often cheerful / pleasant. I appreciate the commentary Taco-tastic from those manning the micOrder accuracy (in my experience) is 95%+. Ive made a lot of custom orders and they rarely get it wrong. Also, Ive yet to get food poisoning from this location (after 2 years), so its probably one of the better ones.

Honestly this is a weird place to review but I had to because the employees I interacted with were so amazing! The guy that was on drive-thru orders was so personable, I felt like he could have been a server at a five-star restaurant and still stood out as amazing! The other man I interacted with was at the window and he was very efficient and kind. Im still impressed hours later! Also worth mentioning, they were ridiculously busy. There must have been eight or so cars in front of me and from the time I got in line to the time I left was only 7 minutes. Kudos to the team on May 10th 9:30 pm!

Blown away by how polite and customer service driven this Taco Bell was. I was greeted with a positive voice asking how my day was going, spoke clearly and if they were having a bad day you would never be able to tell. Then the young man at the window was so friendly and smiled at every car he served. Just overall REAL customer service that you dont see much of anymore. The impressive part was how it wasnt just one person, it was both people i dealt with had amazing customer service. Keep up the positivity over there, it makes a difference!

Been coming to this Taco Bell for 20 years. There done a good job keeping it updated. Its one of the busiest Taco Bells in the county but the drive thru moves quickly. Negatives they mess up orders pretty regularly, always check before leaving. Its sad but so many food places are the same way. Lack of attention to detail or flat out not caring. Besides that its your every day Taco Bell.

Adrian is wonderful!!!!Went here for lunch and ordered about $30 worth of food. When we left and got home, we realized that we had been given the wrong order with significantly less food than we ordered. When we went back to get our original order, we had the best customer service possible!Adrian was the gentlemens name who provided us wonderful service and corrected the error. Even gave us complimentary Baja blast freezes to make up for our troubles. He was kind, friendly, patient, understanding, and genuine.

Ever since the new owner took over this place has really gone down hill. They are so cheap with their food. My cheese gordita crunch had no lettuce, taco supreme was missing tomatoes. I asked for no cheese and guess what it had cheese. The burrito were not wrapped properly so the beans and cheese were coming out of the ends. The cashiers were flirting with each other instead of doing their job. This place isnt even worth the money anymore.

Top tier workers at this location. I live around the corner and theres almost never an hour that this location doesnt have a line of cars wrapped around it.Im not sure what about this location makes it so popular, but the employees are amazing.Ive seen too many grouchy Rosevillains come through here, yet the staff is always friendly and pleasant.I have never even had a mistake on my order here before despite how swamped they are. This is my favorite taco bell. This location was where I worked when I got my first job at 16. Since then its been fully remodeled inside. You can now also order and pay at the inside kiosk. The only problem is that the drive thru can get very busy and have a long line. I dont mind though because of how fast their drive thru times are. Shout out to Clemente, the best store manager that store has had. Viva Gordita!

I went through the drive-thru tonight and ordered their Grande Nacho Box. And when I got home I realized it had no cheese. At all. How do you even make that mistake? Isnt cheese basically THE MAIN ingredient in nachos (besides chips)? And it has two kinds of cheese, neither of which were on it. So they forgot not one BUT TWO cheeses. Slow, and they think the solution is to have people stand in the street, blocking traffic, demanding you order from them without even seeing a menu, and partway through ordering stop, and pull your car forward 5 feet.Been going here for over a decade since its near my work. They used to be extremely fast... but then management changed and they seem to get slower and slower every month.Heres a thought - how about you spend time training additional staff for _inside_ the kitchen. Ah Taco Bell, this one on Foothills is just the same as you would expect any other Taco Bell to be. The only thing I would be aware of is at about 10pm the drive-thru is packed. You will be waiting a little while for your cheesey goodness but nevertheless still worth the wait.

Officially done with this location. Managers and employees alike have zero clue how to handle a poor situation and how to treat a customer.We drove through the drive thru and ordered $15 worth of food, when we get home we see that none of the burritos have any indication of which one has no cheese (dairy allergy). So we open each burrito and see that all three of them have cheese. We then check the receipt and see that the cashier charged us .35 cents more for extra cheese instead of no cheese. We then drive back down and go inside. When we tell them of the mistake there was no apology, nothing, just “oh ok, they’ll make you a new one”. When we say we at least want to be refunded for the .35 cents of extra cheese the manager comes over and starts to do that, again no apology. He ends up not being able to figure out how to just refund the cheese so he says he’ll refund us the whole burrito. Which we then find out not to be true when handed the recipit because he refunded us the price of a burrito with extra red sauce which is only an extra .10 cents, but at that point we were done. Especially when they bring out the burrito, put it in a bag, and toss it on the counter towards us. I’ve made one complaint before (after I had given this location a very positive review for their past service), and after today I’m going to be giving up this location all together. The food and service is not worth my time and money.
