DO NOT GO to this location. I waited like 40 minutes and ended up leaving witout my order. This locatios wasnt busy, I was the only one inside waiting for my order to be ready, but employees were talking (they were like 5) . The line in the drive thru was not long, there were like 4 cars only, but employees were not focus in making the orders. 20+ minutes after ordered, I went to check if my order was ready, but it wasnt so i kept waiting like 15more minutes and then I went to check one more time, but nothing was ready, so I requested my money back.While I was there a costumer came inside because her order was not right.

Quick service and pleasant staff all over. I never had any complaints about this location. But recently, when we got our food from the drive thru window. The lady just swiftly gave the food and closed the door and I thought whatever, but, when we got back home and checked the order, multiple items from the order were missing. It was a bit annoying, however like I said earlier it’s been fairly good in my experience.

Lived in the area for many years and why we continue to go to this location is beyond me. Made an order online last night and as I walk in to pick it up Im told that they are not selling one of my items ordered. I asked for a complete refund and was very rudely told You have to do that on the App. The girl left me standing there for several minutes before asking me if I would like to replace said item. I replaced the item and had to wait even longer. This does not surprise me as I said we have had issues with this store in particular over the years. I supposed I havent yet learned my lesson.

This location is horrible. A few weeks ago I went through the drive thru, waited 15 mins in line. No cars were moving so I decided to go inside and order. Turns out everyone was in the back (including manager) messing around with no headsets on. Only reason why I still ordered was because the girl was being friendly. I spent $30. As I am getting my drink I see roaches around the area where the drinks were. I was disgusted! When I got home I lost my appetite. My husband told me the chalupas were old and nasty. Horrible quality. I called to speak to the manager the next day she did not seem to care at all. I live near the area and from now on I will spend my money at Del Taco. This place had a roaches 🪳 bear the drinking station 🤢🤢🤢

Ordered a usual meal, crunchwrap supreme add potatoes. I received a hard tortilla and hard tostoda in side with potatoes and meat and lots of red sauce, which doesnt come inside. NOTHING ELSE no toppings or cheese sauce. Oh ya the forgot my taco too because they were shoving my food out the window with my card almost in the bag.Came here before midnight on April 12th. I got there at 11:30 am. After traveling for 3 hours I got to the order area and I stood there, and stood there, and stood there and the people in the back knew it. The young man at the register told me to wait, he took off outside leaving the register unattended and me standing there for a long while. Taco Bell always gets our orders wrong, always! I wish they would listen, they need to hire better people that actually listen to your orders. Bathrooms were filthy, every Taco Bells bathrooms are filthy, just like McDonalds. Some of the dirtiest bathrooms.

I’m disappointed that they removed so much from the menu, but Taco Bell remains my number one go to for fast food. I just wish they had a larger value or dollar menu. Happy hour is this girls best friend especially with the new blackberry slush. It’s so good! Best flavor yet, hands down.

Looks like shrinkflation has hit the taco bell. Bean burrito now officially contains half the beans that it used to. I mean, really? Its a BEAN burrito guys, thats not the thing to skimp on. When I unwrapped it I thought that they must have sent out just the tortilla since it was so flat and deflated-looking.

If I could give them negative Stars, I most certainly would. My daughter and I went there and my daughter went inside, there was one small family ahead of her, she placed our order, no one was in the drive thru, but I began to notice that as she was waiting for our order I noticed that six vehicles came through the drive thru and were getting their orders AFTER my daughter had placed ours but was still waiting. I cant believe they are this horrible with getting orders out but what was I thinking, its taco bell. I would not recommend this restaurant to ANYONE. It is the absolute last time my daughter and I will be getting anything from them.

I dont go here too often but everytime I do, they either forget an item, or give me the wrong item. I worked fast food when I was in high school and I know it isnt rocket science to prepare this food correctly. You look at a screen and it tells you exactly what is on the order and how to prepare it. There are a few solutions to the issue: 1: Give better training to your staff and hold the ones who keep making the mistake accountable because it is taking money from customers. 2: Have a better screening process so you can hire people that are better suited for the job.3: Hire managers that know how to train & lead a staff better. Just an idea.

Very disappointed...ordered 2 bean burritos and they were the size of my cell phone...hardly any beans and maybe a pinch of cheese...folded in a rectangle smaller than my cell phone...and a small drink is $1.99 and its really small...The burritos use to have a good amount of beans and cheese and onions and be a decent size...now its just an insult to the customer...and the size of the tortillas are smaller than when they had some substance...so disappointing...very disappointing...👎👎👎👎👎

Employees dont know how to read orders. They messed up my order twice in the same order. The first mess up, I had to go back through the drive thru. When I received my fixed order, I checked it right away and it was wrong again. The cashier was nice at least and gave me a couple of coupons for the hassle...still annoying though.

This place was great. Kelsey the late shift manager was pretty awesome. My husband and I had less then 12 dollars to our name due to my debit card being blocked until fraud prevention could let it swipe again. She helped us get what we could for under 12 and threw us in some drinks. Our food was fresh and hot and we were 5 star satisfied. Thanks again for the good service!

I tend to go here since its close to my job and home. Well, lately it has been terrible. For the last month or so my food is also cold, messy, and gross. It is fast food, so I really dont expect too much other than hot food at least.Well today I ordered a meal through drive thru. When I came to the window the cashier informed me they were out of large cups (which comes with the meal). She then proceeded to tell me that they did not charge me for a large cup though. When I finally got a chance to look at my receipt I found that they did charge me for a large cup.I do not recommend this place since they steal money.

Out of 5 stars I would have to give them 1/2 of a star. Whoa they really need to get it together. Last year this was a great store. What happened? Im not going to get into details because every aspect of this visit was absolutely terrible. 15 minutes for two items, no drive through traffic. Only reason it was busy was all the customers coming back in because of screwed up orders. Put some sort of non vegan sauce that dosent enemy come on the cheesy bean and rice burrito that I ordered fresco style.

I come here to eat often during my breaks from work, or when I have time between my classes. Service is okay, not the best, but also not the worst. There has only been one employee that has annoyed me. There was an instance where I dropped one of my tacos, and one of the employees wanted to make me another one, but I said it was still edible so it was fine, that was a kind gesture from an employee though. And this might sound rude or heartless, but if youre going to dine here be prepared to be approached by occasional homeless person often. They are the rather rude homeless people that wont leave you alone until you give them something, whether it be a couple of cents, or a bite of your burrito. Today, I was approached by one who wanted me to give him change, I told him I use a debit card, and then he proceeded to ask for an item on my plate, which I eventually gave him, and he simply walked off, no thank you, or even a gesture of gratitude. Now, Im fine with that. This whole area in Bakersfield is notorious for that. But, when youre trying to eat out to get away from people, it can get really annoying. I believe only dining customers should be allowed inside, after all we are paying customers, and should have the right to be left alone if pleased. Granted, this has nothing to do with the employees, staff, or food. Food is usually always accurate, but the drive thru gets clogged often, making it hard even for the dining customer to park in the cramped parking space. Overall, I like the Taco Bell on Oswell a little better for the fact that it is usually emptier, but the one on Vernon is the one closest to me.

My son drove through the drive through and ordered 3 Supreme Tacos with onions... I got 3 tacos with onions and no sour cream. This is not the first time this has happened. Kind of hit and miss at this location. Depending on what time you go, you either get your order EXACTLY as you ordered or they completely mess it up. Make sure to ask for extra napkins since they normally only give you 2. No matter how big your order is.

No front counter person to take our order. Some guy came in (out of uniform) and took our order, which was wrong. I bought a burrito for my grandson and the tortilla was so hard that he couldnt eat it. I went up to the counter to complain but was not helped. The people working on the line and drive-thru completely ignored me. Then I realized that the guy that had walked in and yook my order was only around to make himself food to take home with him. At least the dining room was clean, cause guest service did not exsist in this store today.

Only 2 stars because this Taco Bell kind of sucks in every way! I have given them so many chances to “redeem” themselves in my eyes but NOPE they always seem to screw things up! I understand sometimes I can have a special order that would simply require the employee preparing the food to think about things. For example if I order a bean burrito with extra cheese and add sour cream, that’s not that difficult right? Well it seems to be a challenge for Taco Bell on Mt Vernon! If I’m paying 60 cent extra for an item that only costs $1.29 I should get extra cheese, that’s almost half of the cost of the item! But NO! I have pretty much given up on ever returning to this Taco Bell and I assure you it’s not just screwed up orders that keep me away. The customer service is desperately in need of improvement! Especially the morbidly obese hispanic looking dark skin guy thats a manager there. He will literally stand there with a smirk on his face while your complaining. That guy is even rude and disrespectful to his coworkers as if hes entitled to be treated like royalty.
