Solid place. Never had an issue here specifically. Inside is nice and clean. Drive-thru is easy to go in and out of. Of the 9 years Ive been going here, havent had an order messed up once. Either the Im lucky or the people here know what theyre doing.

Waited more then 45 minutes for one item after them messing up 3 times. Even paid for the items and still not right. Will not return to this taco bell. Tried to ask about my item after waiting and a young man at the register was very rude and disrespectful to me. He also was not listening to his leader and was being rude and disrespectful to her as well. Even another customer approached us at the counter and witnessed the conversation of the team member being rude and arguing with myself and his leader and refusing to listen or make things right. The leader did an amazing job at handling the situation. The team member needs training, not just for the job but how he should talk to people. Especially when people are people are paying and waiting. The team member should not be representing Taco Bell. He made a simple situation turn into something it shouldn’t have. Good luck to you buddy. You have a lot to learn.

Food was good except that I like sauce and when you ask me how many sauces I want and then give me none after sitting in line for 15 minutes its a little irritatingIm bumping them up to four stars they got everything correct and it didnt take long st all.Would have gave five but they were out of Mexican pizzas. Come on people you cant be running out of such a simple itemAll was good.Well today was not good for the drive thru I’ll go inside from now on and check my order before I leave,I ordered 2 Doritos taco locos Supreme’s and got this and the paper wrap was tucked nicely INSIDE my taco REALLY! Taco used to be one of my favorite fast food places but now they are just ok they dont taste the same anymore Its a hit or mess with them but the one thing that i do love there is there nacho fries and there fiesta potatoes also there are five layer burrito is pretty good.. And there nachos are always good to and there bean and cheese burrito..

Never have had a problem with this location along Bridge St. The only thing during this pandemic are the long lines in the drive thru, but that is to be expected with a majority of customers not wanting to enter establishments without a real need to. I like the fact they are open until 1 A.M. just in case one gets an urge for the Taco Bell. The majority of the order takers of the drive thru are very friendly, except maybe one or two. They are not rude per say just not as friendly as the others.Update: During one very late night outing, almost 1 A.M., to this Taco Bell I ordered a crunchy taco and a burrito Supreme. I was surprised about how little meat product there was in the taco. Please see the photo. Nothing to complain about the taste but just the lack of product, it seems I received what was left over for the night and barely got enough to fill the taco shell. Next time I wont wander out so late because I just might get what is left for the evening / morning 🤔.

When I went to Taco Bell at 11:00 at night there were 11 cars in front of me and seemed like a busy night. When I finally got up to the ordering it had been an hour of waiting in line. After I received my order and got home none of it was right. Usually Taco Bell is busy especially at night. The reason for the long wait the person at the window said was people were having large orders. Our order wasnt even half correct most of it was missing we called after I got home and let them know and they said that they would give us a break next time we come in whatever that means.

They did have someone out at the back of the line taking orders but the menu board was too far forward to see from where their order taker was, I understand that most of the time people know what they want when they get in line for the drive through, but when what I want has been discontinued I need to have a chance to figure out what I want.

Two stars because the cashier was super nice and worked with me to get what I wanted. So I walked in about 8:40ish trying to get a burrito. Now the one I wanted they dont make till 11:00. So the sweet cashier ordered a breakfast burrito but the style I wanted. The lady that was making my burrito got MAD at the cashier, why did you take that order that burrito isnt supposed to be made till 11:00. So what if you had to bend down to get some lettuce to make that burrito. I wanted it the way I want my food. I ordered what the menu had to offer with a little twist. Dont get mad at the cashier. The cashier did her JOB right I was a happy costumer till I saw the way you were throwing stuff on the burrito with a mean face. And honestly the burrito doesnt taste that good. She did a horrible job making it. Cashier you get 5 🌟 in my book. Its not your fault its that lady that made my food.If I go back thank the cashier Taco bell....and have nicier people that make the food. And these guys are always out of everything seems like. This place sucks, we’ve ordered here about 3 times and all 3 orders have been wrong. My girlfriend has horrible lactose intolerance so she asks for no sour cream + other things off of their items and they never remove it and take forever to get it changed when they aren’t even that busy. Also they will just forget items. I wouldn’t ever recommend this specific Taco Bell to anyone, go to a different one. ITS NOT HARD TO READ A SCREEN.

Huge lines inside and out. Several people had been waiting 30 plus minutes when I got there. I waited 35 minutes for my online order. One lady had been waiting 40 minutes she showed me her receipt finally she Said cancel my order. The manager was very rude about it. Then the ladies food came and the manager opened the bag and dumped it in the trash in front of me and the guest. So I went in looking at the menu and thinking I had to spend $8.00 or so. Instead, I got a Crunchrap supreme with a Doritos Locos Taco and a drink for only less than 5 bucks. I slid and scraped my ankle under a counter as I was grabbing it. My feet were sliding around as if I was in a cartoon. There WAS a wet floor sign, I was just too tall to see it LOL. But the staff were apologetic and cleaned up the wet floor. I gave them a break on it because of the stormy weather. Speedy service, good quality. 5 stars.

What can one really say about Taco Bell! In my youth we used Taco Bell as our meeting place ..... Prices were good, food was incredible (because they used real meat) and we pigged out! I went through the drive thru so I cant comment on the lobby conditions but was satisfied with my visit. Wait times were minimal, food was hot and fresh, staff was courteous. Would have been nice if the tacos were not so hastily thrown together, and they didnt put ice in my drink as requested. Came around midnight through the drive thru and there was a long line. Not a problem for us but people were getting frustrated and leaving. The workers were trying to move as fast as possible. We ordered, waited about 10 minutes and got our things and left. Workers that night were friendly and are wearing gloves. We ordered chalupas, which were delicious and fresh! Can never go wrong with those lol and a few tacos for my kids. The food is good at this spot, highly recommend when you want some fast food and tired of burgers.

Had a friend/family member visiting from Canada and there is not a lot of Taco Bell or other fast food restaurants available, so we went a little overboard as this is a treat when they come back to the states. Our orders always seem to get messed up at these taco bells in Yuba City. Both of them. Although this one is slightly better at getting the orders more accurate. We dont have as many problems at this one, but when we added beef to a burrito we were charged over a dollar but the there was little to no meat when given the burrito.

One of the worst services I ever seen in a restaurant. I used to be a regular customer but now I am definitely not coming back here again. I placed my order today and once I got my order almost all of it was wrong. We called them and after 10 minutes of waiting, an employee shows up and we tell them what is wrong with our order and they made us wait for at least another 20 minutes before the manager (who is quite a rude person) comes and after that we asked for the replacement and after another 20 minutes of waiting we finally gave up and asked for a refund and guess what? we had to wait another 20 minutes just for them to give our refund back and even after I got my refund back, their was no apology from the manger. I know that fast food places can be some tough places to work at due to its fast pace environment but at the same time we as a consumer are paying for it and I can understand one or two things being missed but if you are going to screw up our entire order than it will be a problem. Personally I think if you want a value for your money or just need to eat a good meal, dont even bother to go here instead go to some other food places that actually cares about the customer. PS: I WISH THEIR WAS A OPTION FOR ZERO STARS.

Excellent food. Service is great. But always so long to get thru the drive thru line. Even onside the line is always awkwardly crowded and takes a long time to get food after placing the order. Out of the local taco bells I like the food taste and consistency best at this location. Just wish the recent renovation would have changed the long lines, at least the awkwardness of done in ordering line area. The restaurant is pretty now but still to small and crowded considering how many customers love this taco bells food.

The service there has been CONSISTENTLY quick, friendly, efficient, and food fresh and delicious! I rated This Taco Bell in YC, Bridge St location, a bit lower because, although food was good and fresh, it was a bit skimpier, and the person taking the order spoke quite fast and I am a Senior w/poor hearing so we had some trouble making the order, and person I spoke with was not welcoming or friendly, in fact seemed rushed or stressed...which I DO understand do to these times! HOWEVER we do have another Taco Bell in YC that I usually use because it is closer to me...so I will make it a point to use that one! Customer service is IMPORTANT!

The manager told me that too many people complained about cold food so now its their policy to wait until the online customers come to the register to start their food... We used the app to order and the drive-thru to pick up. We initially planned to pick up our inside, as you’re able to notify that your present, in the app, whenever you’d like and can give them a head-start at making your order that way. We were surprised to find the inside dining area closed at only 10pm. Really wished there was a way to notify in the app that we were present, prior to pulling up to the actual drive-thru order screen, as it then seems no different or quicker than just placing a regular drive-through order.

I love Taco Bell but I hate the wait times and I’m a Vegetarian so I don’t eat the Sour Cream of it has gelatin which is normally not an issue but when they make your order wrong and add stuff that shouldn’t be in there is where the problem comes in, I ordered 3 bean and cheese burritos and out the 3 only 1 was correct😕 one of them was almost half of a seven-layer burrito(which has sour cream) so that was disappointing and upsetting and one of them was filled with onions even though I asked them to take it the onions, all I would like to say is please a little bit more consideratel, it could’ve easily been someone with a severe dairy allergy or anything else for that matter.

We (boyfriend and I) frequent here about once a week and there has been errors on our meal for the past 2 month. I get the cravings deal which comes with nachos (which they give the cheese for but no chips) and they forget my burrito. (That is half of my meal missing). This taco bell seems to mess up a lot when it comes to my order. Im a vegan so I dont eat meat or sour cream which has gelatin. I specifically ordered chalupas with no sour cream but when I arrived home I found sour cream in my chalupas. The food preparers dont pay attention to the orders. They are careless.
