Food is often lukewarm and 80% of the time they dont give you everything you order. Went to the drive-thru about 20 minutes before closing and noticed something was missing from our order. We went back to the window and they shut off all the lights as if they were closing. It was 10 minutes before closing time! After sitting there for a few minutes we honked the horn and we were ignored. We knocked on the window and we were ignored. We called the store multiple times and finally somebody answered. It was like pulling teeth to get the manager to come to the window and speak to us. We explained to her that we live out of town and so we were trying to find a solution before we left. She was rude. Told us that they ran out of certain items and thats why we didnt receive them in the bag. We asked for an alternative item and she said that everything was shut down.We finally just asked for our money back for that item and she reluctantly gave it to us... Save yourself some trouble and dont go here!

Order was quick and efficient. As usual, I ordered extra cheese for my taco. This was a rare occasion where there was actually plenty of cheese. My taco and nachos with cheese were fresh, hot, and delivered in a timely manner. The gal at the drive thru window served me with a friendly smile. Way to go Los Banos, CA.

I was driving by and saw this taco bell. Me and my family decided to eat from here. This is the worst Taco Bell I ever in my life ate from. The customer service was terrible, so was the food here. I placed a big order almost close to $100 but after getting my order I felt like that the worst place I ever spent my money. We didn’t like anything and had to trash all the food. Half of things that are suppose to be inside tacos, burritos, etc was missing. So I suggest not to eat from here.

In 95degree weather this place does it right. I took my daughter here to get out of the heat. Within 10 min, she was cold and we took food to go. Just what we needed to cool down before getting on with the day. ALSO, Sabrina, our cashier, was very nice and attentive. She got our order right, was very friendly, and my 5 year old had a blast talking to her. 5/5 stars! this is an example of what I wish every Taco Bell was like.

A good stop. Food is good and service is friendly. Inside is clean. The only reason I left off a star is because the restroom didnt have a mirror. This is the 2nd new Taco Bell where the restroom didnt have a mirror. It just feels weird and low end for some reason. Also, the blower for hand dry was old and low power. So overall great, but restroom could be improved.

The most messy and poorly prepared Taco Bell food I have ever experienced by far! And the standard isnt very high to begin with for Taco Bell in my book. Food was made so messy and ingredients so poorly distributed it couldnt have been done that badly without actual effort being made to do so! Go down the road to the other Taco Bell in Los Banos!

Wife called them at 12:05 and they said they close in 10 minutes which is weird cuz no store or restaurant closes at 12 15 special because they said theyre open until 2 in the morning I went down there real quick see if I can order the food that we were going to get it and they said that they were closed already and I was like you said you guys are open till 2 and then she said were closed early today and they always close early they never been open during any of the times that theyre little signs or online said theyre open theyre always closing early....they do it everyday...and all this and their attitude they have when u call and ask what time they are open till or when u tell them that their sign and online says they dont close for at least another hour or two...wasting customers time by lying about when they are open

I did a mobile order and ordered 3 combos but only got 2 drinks. I also requested 10 packets of fire sauce and only got 1 but I got 10 mild. People need to start paying attention to whats ordered and not to whatever is convenient for them to put in the bag. And to top it all off, there were no napkins in the bag!!!!!!!!

It would have been a great place to go to but the servers the cashiers and the preparation people were using gloves take money then go prepare food without changing their gloves prior to that washing their hands and then placing gloves on new ones. As an infection control nurse this is really really bad they need training and if they feel thats though they got upset because I questioned them to put on the gloves I got treated poorly the food was pretty much in the bag that was kind of tossed at me then when I looked inside the sandwich at Celtic Taco there was barely any feeling I reported it to the manager at the time he didnt do anything he sat there talking to a friend. he became annoyed and finally went to the back Im not sure what happened

I remember why I dont go to this taco bell. Most the items they screw up on. We used drive thru. I always stop and check my orders (I missed the tomatoes n sour cream though) in parking lot because fast food service is very weak. 2 chalupas we asked to add nacho cheese. They failed that. I went inside to get the cheese since I paid for the add on.They forgot the tomatoes and sour cream on 2 of our other chalupa supremes. And I swear they dont know how much of each ingredients to put in since they were all different sizes and lacking meat. Use the scale kids, until you get it. Im happy to drive to the other side of town where that taco bell hasnt screwed up AS MUCH as this location.

My daughter loves their soft tacos I swear she can eat all 12 of them if I let her LOL. Their breakfast burritos are the best fast-food burritos I have ever ate in my life and I definitely recommend people to visit this Taco Bell. They are fast friendly and very clean and if they mess up on your order they fix it with no problem and sometimes if something is missing that you ordered but did not pay for depending on the manager its on the house

I tried the 7 layer burrito and it was bland and not very tasty at all and it kept unrolling so it got messy towards the end. A big disappointment after the previous 2 visits when items I ordered exclusively off the dollar menu were so good. No more 7 layer burritos for me. Ill try their version of a breakfast burrito tomorrow, assuming they have a breakfast menu

I called to let them know and a guy answered the phone very rude stated he had nobody go through drive thru for 2 hours which was a lie. Didnt let me finish explaining and hung up on me. The lady in the drive thru was rude and wasn’t wearing her mask over her nose properly. They didn’t get the order correct. We asked for a cheese quesadilla with creamy jalapeño sauce. There was barely even any cheese in the quesadilla let alone any sauce at all. Asked for mild and fire sauce. We got 6 fire sauces. A drink without a straw. No napkins.
