Got my nacho “grilled” fries and lost my appetite. Cheese was still cold. This is not the first time the late night crew has done me dirty. I’m sorry I work in the day and I’m stuck ordering from the night shift but damn, you really not going to give me any forks? The lady at the drive through was cool tho, made my drink the right way! Hope she enjoyed it!

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to, no one ever and I mean ever answers their phones at this location for you to correct your order; not the first time they have messed up my order. You have to drive all the back to this location to get anything fixed. $20 dollars an hour come April, earn your money the old fashion way and you can’t even make orders correct when the store is clearly not busy.

Daughter had a interview there looking for her first job they called her back for the same type of interview 4 times kept saying she will get a interview with hiring manager every time they called her back they thought it was her first interview so I took her there 4 times in in two weeks and never got called back to interview with hiring manager. The last time she went they said sorry all the applications were thrown away .. so yeah no communication between managers and shift leaders I would recommend putting applications at this Taco Bell on Akers in Visalia very poor communication was a waste of gas and time

I think that all the workers are heavily hard-working and I believe that the Taco Bell is a very wonderful atmosphere. I enjoy going there all the time. Thank you so much Taco Bell for my wonderful experience.

They messed up my order three times they didn’t wanna help me. They said I had to wait then the girl chased me outside to give me my food. She was very rude and they helped all the skinny people first before me. I will not be going back I am so disappointed in this Taco Bell. That’s why I’m sticking to the one on the north side.

Ordered on the mobile app, it was pretty busy regardless my food was ready. Will all my sauce, straw & napkins! They even wrote my name on one of the sauces that said I like bunny ♡ very cute, made my day. Everything was perfect got my extras, expect I ordered a crunchwrap they forgot to put the tostada in :(

Pick up Uber eats deliveries there the services pretty good but they lost an order so I had to tell the customer that they didnt have it and then before I left they found it after I told the customer that they didnt have it. So I dont really know what the problem was with that but all my other pickups have been okay.

I ordered five crunchy tacos and when I got home and opened them they were only a quarter full, hardly any meat a little bit of lettuce and no shredded cheese. I also ordered nachos (chips and cheese) and all I got was the melted cheese. No receipt showing what I ordered. They did get the drink right, I also had plenty of hot sauce more than I needed. I will plan on going to another taco bell.

Got my order wrong and forgot 2 items. Made the replacement order wrong and forgot the same 2 items again. Skipped me on chicken when I paid for extra. Its like they dont even read the orders here. Too expensive for so much to be screwed up. Not worth eating at this location. Makes the brand look bad. Taco Bell should shut this location down to save face.

Absolutely wonderful staff wholl go out of their way to help you fulfill your order to the fullest and when they are out of stock of certain items on your order, they dont hesitate to make it right. In the same breath, they are also easily overwhelmed by high volumes of orders and begin to display signs of carelessness in the handling and preparation of meals for customers. Its Taco Bell. I dont expect restaurant quality food, but it would be a lot more appealing to have your order handled in a manner that shows some passion versus a robotic means of handling things. Chances are theyll miss items and or completely forget about your order during these times too. This is coming from firsthand experience. Things are shaping up though!

Lady in drive through gave me the wrong order and then stopped helping me on the intercom. Then at the window I asked for what I ordered to be swapped with what she gave me then she said that we cant make any last minute orders! LIkE WHAT THE **** GIVE ME MY ORDER. This is easily the most poorly managed taco bell ive been to. I ordered and paid online and arrived after the scheduled opening time and the manager refused to make my food until her employees showed up, telling me on two visits 20 minutes apart that they will be opening in 15 minutes. I get that fast food jobs are underpaid and restaurants swamp and shaft their employees on a regular basis but withholding and refusing to make a paid order over a workplace squabble is exactly what you shouldnt do in that situation. Fortunately there are 4 taco bells in visalia already.

Ordered 3 tacos and 1 nacho belgrande. When asked what kind of sauce and I responded extra hot sauce please. Literally just got home and they gave me 3 mild sauces. 3? For 3 tacos and a nacho? Its not even that its mild, but 3 sauces when i asked for extra sauce is ridiculous. Luckily I have del taco sauce left over. Dont waste your time.

I ordered through the mobile app to pick up the food in the drive-through at 9:30 PM. The lady at the window had great customer service. Normally, when we order food in the evening time, the food orders will be wrong. And customer service is terrible at other fast food restaurants. This place is a great place to go to at any hours of the day.
