Taco Bell in Orange

Title: Impressive Service and Consistent Quality at Taco Bell, Orange, CAI recently found myself at Taco Bell in Orange, CA during a brief and unplanned pit stop, and I couldnt have been more pleased with the experience.Right from my entry, I was met with a warm greeting and a smooth ordering process via their kiosk. I appreciated the staff member providing me with the restroom code swiftly, making my short visit even more seamless.The restroom cleanliness was a pleasant surprise, displaying a high standard of maintenance that is always appreciated, yet often overlooked.Emerging from the restroom, my food was already prepared and ready to go, reflecting the efficiency of their service. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail from the server who double-checked my order, a simple chicken crunch wrap. His attentiveness extended to asking about my sauce preference twice, ensuring that my meal was exactly how I wanted it.As for the food, my first encounter with the chicken crunch wrap was a delight. It was good and would get again for sure.While the food quality was on par with other locations, it was the exemplary service that set this Taco Bell apart. I would certainly return for another visit when Im in the area. The dedication to customer satisfaction and attention to detail at this Taco Bell location was truly commendable.

Its Taco Bell. We all know what their food is. Its a yummy Mexican American fast food. This particular restaurant was clean inside. The employees on the day I went were having fun on the job, which is great especially since they had a busy drive-through.The one customer service thing missing was acknowledging me while I had to wait inside for 10 min before I could order. Yes, I understood why, but a quick glance and Ill be with you in a moment would have been nice. Thats on the management to teach thier employees great customer service not mediocre.

Everything about this place sucked they got all of our orders wrong food was cold and service was slow .

This Taco Bell is at least 50 cents more expensive than other Taco Bells but that extra 50 cents should amount to faster service and correct orders. I always have the same experience at this Taco Bell. I wait 15 minutes for 1 item and the sauce is never in the bag.In the meantime, today I watched them throw 3 perfectly good chalupas in the trash because it wasn’t what the customer ordered. Ffs, I would’ve rather taken the chalupa instead of waiting 15 minutes.

So I work across the st at the hospital, I have notice this restaurant for the most part is always empty. So I have gone maybe 3 Times since I have worked across the St. Every time horrible experience. The younger employees rude and ignore the fact you are literally standing at the cashier ready to order. Honestly I thought it was just me. But recently talking among other coworkers, sounds like pretty much everyone had a bad experience over a good one. It’s just horrible knowing they have so much potential having a hospital across the way. Maybe if they have proper training and the important of customer service. They can increase in crating more customers flow. But then again I thing they are not trying to, because they want no one to go and have a rush time and feel overworked. Anywho I rather now go to the other restaurants around like Carls JR. Pho places and the small juice place. All of them have amazing customer service and willing to help. Just wanted to share.

This location has touch screen menus. The burrito Supreme is small and will not satisfy anyone hungry. The prices are too high for the servings, not a good value.

Worst taco bell ever ... never open at 6 am .... and the workers are lazy and rude. Stay away .. Ive been over charged twice here. Wrong orders ... long waits. Not the place to come.

I strongly don’t agree with employees opening bathroom doors on customer on the toilet and telling them to leave regardless if they are homeless!! No humanity. It so upsetting hearing the female employee yelling then just opening the door and yelling you need to leave then closing the door and say he just sitting their.

I had placed an online order for pickup and the staff was very quick getting my order. Everything was accurate and hot. It was a good experience.
