We’ll never been accused of trying to steal Taco Bell until the “manager” in drive thru, who first wasn’t the least bit manager like on my first pass thru the drive thru. Shorted me an entire meal and when I came around a second time actually tried to saw that she was sure everything was there. Told her she could check herself basically disappeared for around 5 minutes and came back to the window saying they re-separated everything and it’s all there. While supposedly re-separating it the line cool comes and is just staring at me and I am at this point laughing at their incompetence and audacity to try and think I would really want to steal their food. She keeps saying oh he is laughing, he is laughing like I am trying to pull something. So this could’ve been over with an apology but now it’s going to become something. I won’t stop until the DM and owner find out about this. Oh by the way they when she came back with my food there was a whole extra bag with food that was hotter than all the rest. So you tell me if everything was always there then everything would be the same temperature or right around it. So Ms Manager I hope you understand the way you handled this was unbecoming of a manager and I will make sure you are held accountable. Oh and keep staring at me from inside your store when I am rechecking my food is a good way to cause confrontation and a unstable minded person would’ve escalated it. But again I am no where near the person you tried to assume I was when you basically accused me of stealing for coming back around to get what I paid for. So this isn’t the last time you have heard of this and I hope it was worth whatever kick you got off trying to refuse me my food I ordered.

They are always out off beef! Today I ordered a Doritos Locos Taco supreme combo and when I got to the window I was told they are out of the doritos shells I agreed to regular shells, tacos had a little bit of beef and I am assuming they ran out of Sour cream.

I am 27 weeks pregnant and just ordered a late night chalupa because of cravings. My food tasted strongly of vapor rub. Hopefully I will not need any medical care as it was only 1 bite. My tongue is actually slightly tingly. My other concern is why employees are preparing food without washing hands and gloves on. I’m so disgusted right now

I was picking up my order i placed in the app. Idk if they are short staffed or what. Anybody goin thru the drive thru gets told to pull around and park up front. Think so itlooks like they have super fast drive thru times. Anyways, my $17 order, not one item I ordered was in the bag when I got home. Should of had 2 chalupas 2 hard tacos 2 beefy 5 layer burritos a veggie burrito 2 cinnamon twists 2 cheesy roll ups and 2 sodas. The bag had 6 burritos that were rice and fritos. I hate the stale fritos they put in burritos and would legit never order them. Learned my lesson check the bag at this place.

I went to pick up an order for someone so I didn’t eat or dine in here today. The manager Tammy had such great hospitality I absolutely had to thank her personally🫶🏽 Thank you so much and keep being amazing!!

I jus ordered 52$ worth of food and they have me waiting 10 minutes when I got the food the order had nothing I ordered they gave me a taco box that I did not order when I told them the manager said we’re short staffed it’s the first of the month jus take the bag and go I told her no I want the right order waited another 10 minutes and it was wrong again so I leave the whole staff was giving dirty looks like I did something wrong tried giving me 15$ worth of food when I paid 52$ for alot of food

Came to drive through 20 minutes before 1am closing time no one is taking my order I sat there for 10 minutes and left. I would give you a Zero star if I could.

I came here on a Saturday may 27th in the afternoon around 4pm through the drive through and ordered a Cinnabon iced coffee and it had no ice and was so watered down it tasted honestly disgusting. Also I ordered the Chile verde fries burrito and it was not that. When I opened it, it had beans and meat and I don’t eat meat. It was so gross I threw it all away. I’m pretty disappointed and won’t ever be going back here. I wasted my money and time. Also they didn’t give me a receipt so I can’t take it back or ask for a refund

This location is bad. I was waiting and waiting and they never took my order, after when the cashier decided to talk to me and told me order from kiosk,,,what if I didnt have a card. Bad service and shouldnt give any star dont deserve it but that is the only way I can post.

Honestly I dont this type of food per se, took my Father thru the drive-thru so he can by some food for his grandchildren. They loved by the way the little piglets devoured it.
