This Taco Bell is always busy. So its understandable that the workers can get very busy but they keep the pace and serve food with kindness and respect.Unlike other taco bell location this one is more professional and the vibe is much more brighter and positive.Makes a customer want to come back.

THE WORST TACO BELL IN THE INLAND EMPIRE. Horribly managed. Never have chips. Ran out of meat several times. 25 minute drive thru wait time just to place my order to find out I must have exact change. I will never go here again. Gas Is 7$ a gallon and I will drive longer to go to the one on central.

Everything about this Taco Bell says it opens at 7am. Went through the drive through after waiting in the parking lot for 15 min till 7am just to be told they open at 9am. The service from the employees was great. The food was amazing. The female employee that helped me at the register was very friendly. Everything about the store was good. The only complaint I have is the kiosks where can order from need work. Its great that you can order your food and modify the meal to what you want. If you want to pay with a card the card reader always says error and I never put my card near the machine. That has happened at 3 different stores. They need to get somebody to fix that issue or take out the kiosks till it is fixed.

20 minutes for 5 regular menu items. Person just literally THREW my order on the table after announcing my name for the order. Hard shell tacos were crushed, nacho fries had 6 fries in the box, among other things with our small order... and they forgot our drink (non fountain so they had to pour it),... just a HORRID experience. Probably didn’t help that the staff seemed to be angry with each other as they can be heard raising their voices at each other. I only went to this one because we were craving it and it super close to home. NOT GOING THERE ANYMORE... too bad there’s no NEGATIVE star rating because that’s what I would have given. Maybe they were all having a bad day, who knows. When you work in customer service, you shouldn’t show your frustration when customers are around to see or hear it.

Lousy service and untrained employees. I was ordering Cheesy Gordida Crunch without meat, substitute with beans. The cashier taking my order in the drive through rings it up with add beans option so the price is $0.77 more. I questioned him as to why am I paying more if you only substituteing the beef with beans. His response this is how we always ring it up, its additional charge. I told him that I have ordered this before and they ring it up as substitute beef with beans so there is no additional charge, can you ask the manager. He tells me the manager also said its additional charge. I ended up canceling that item and instead ordered bean burrito. I dont think Ill be going this location again.

It is close to my house. I started using their app to order ahead so my husband wouldnt have to go through the drive-thru. Since they make mistakes or leave food items out. And my husband gets mad if he has to drive back to let them know they forgot something. This time I ordered Supreme crunchy taco box and supreme soft taco box. Because on the app you cannot do a box half crunchy and half soft. So I paid $25 per box. My son went and picked it up and it was ready when he got there. He comes home and unfortunately I did not find any sour cream on the crunchy tacos. So I take it back to the store and of course they are short staffed oh, so I stood there waiting about 5 to 7 minutes, then the young man doing the drive-thru ask me what I needed. I told him so he took the bag because they were out of boxes and went around the corner and told somebody the issue. He then went back to the drive-thru. So the lady that was on the line preparing food comes over and tells me there is sour cream and shows it to me. So I explained to her that I opened two at home and there was none. So then I open a bunch more and showed her the person doing the sour cream have fallen asleep, otherwise how do three tacos get sour cream and the other nine do not. So she makes me a new order of crunchy Supreme tacos and tells me I can keep the original 12. It was just frustrating because my family was eating at home why I was standing inside Taco Bell waiting. It took 25 minutes for the whole thing. So then I get home and my husband told me the soft tacos had sour cream... Frustration level just reach 10 when I open the soft tacos and find some of them are missing sour cream. My younger son asked if I was going to go back and I said no because you guys had already ate some of them, and I was done for the night I had a headache wasnt feeling good all day I did not want to deal with Taco Bell anymore. I think this is going to be the last time I go to that place

Nice place! Have gone about 2 times and love how they are being so careful with all precautions during this pandemic, COVID-19 great teamwork, they do a wonderful job! They have 2 people one to hand out the food and another to take orders and deal with cashier, they don’t touch money they give you a cup to put it inside and they also use the cup to hand your change. Also they use a tray so you grave your order/food, nicely done! 👏

Probably the worst taco bell Ive been to.. They constantly dont have half then menus ingredients. They seem to only take cash an oddly large amount of times. Makes me wonder if the workers are lazy and dont feel like making food so they say the card machine is broken. Id say more times than not they have made the food completely wrong and failed to read the receipt, which says no tomatos, no etc. On it. Only reason I give them more chances is its super close to my house. I think Ive had enough tho. Save your time and money and go to the one on central.

I ordered and got my food quickly. No ability to pay cash with this crew and absolutely no interaction other than to call my name twice and slide my food on the counter and walk away. I am usually a pretty big taco bell fan, but this one seems to be a little less than. The food is still good, but the service is kinda down. We were the only people ordering from the counter and it took a good 15 minutes to get our food out. I have been in there before where there has been a bad problem with Flys, just overall good food bad place.

While the food at this location is up to taco bell standards, the employees here are rather rude and seem like all they are trying to do is get you out of there face. They act like doing there job and at least pretending to actually care about it is something hard to do. I usually never eat Taco Bell, but recently drank a Tequila with the Baja Freeze at a friends and fell in love with it.The customer service was fantastic. The girl at the window was so refreshingly polite, not in that fake my pleasure B.S. I get at Carls Jr. Either. I even filled out the survey on my receipt to compliment. Drive through. 8 pm weekday. Was told at the speaker they are out of tortillas and most drinks. Worse delivery ever(in exception of the delivery driver)! We recieved not 1 napkin; ordered about 40 dollars in food and not 1 packet of hot sauce was provided. I called taco bell and Erica(Manager) stated I had to order hot sauce at check out which I was not prompted to do so. If there was a step I missed I feel there should be a reminder before checking out that you did not order condiments and none would be provided if not done so(in most common sense situations why would any restaurant not provide a minimum of napkins and condiments). She also said it was Grub Hubs doing and that grab Hub was responsible for entering alerts at check out. In our order, there was an order of double beef nacho bell grande which had barely any toppings and about a tablespoon of meat. She then proceeded to tell me I can go to any taco bell and pick up any desired taco sauce packets(defeats the purpose of ordering delivery). I am beyond upset and couldnt even eat; tasteless food with very low servings and horrible customer care. I will never come/order from this location and possibly any other Taco Bell ever again. I will also add my reviews on google, Facebook, Yelp, and grub hub in hopes that no one else has to go through this horrible customer service and food quality.

About 3 weeks ago in the evening time, I took my family through the drive through about 9:30 in the evening to get something to eat for the 6 of us. The order wasnt correct and the manager Yvette was giving the clerk at the window a hard time telling him that we received our orders already and if we wanted anything else we had to pay! The Clerk was real nice and embarrassed but we could hear the manager in the background arguing with the clerk. It got to the point that the manager told the clerk to tell me to pass up all the orders back to the window to find the missing Chalupa! REALLY I said? My kids are eating right now and you want me to take the food from the their mouths, pass it forward so that you can find your error in a $65 bill? I told them, I dont think so! I asked for them to just give me another Chalupa. The said no ! So we sat there allowing the line to grow to 20 cars until they had gave us our food! Updated and nice interior, food is typical of Taco Bell, no complaints. I alwsays go for the taco and burrito supreme. I love Taco Bell, and I dont care what some Mexicans say about Taco bell not so authentic Mexican food, I love it, and I can eat it over and over again. My favorite is the bean burritos and Nachos Bel grande with guacomole! They always get me through the drive thru fast and always have a friendly demeanor. Helps that its right down the street from work as well. I stop in frequently for happy hour drinks. Great value.
