The people here are really nice. The ear splitting beeps they are subjected to eight hours a day will for sure cause hearing loss and tinnitus. I have to stand outside to wait for my food. No human being should be subjected to that inhumane shrieking buzzer system.

This Taco Bell is very well situated on G street in Downtown Davis. The staff are very nice and the food is as expected from any Taco Bell. There is no drive-thru!The establishment was clean and well taken care of, definitely recommend if you want some Taco Bell.

It’s mainly because it’s ran by a bunch of kids that there are so many mistakes. Although I’m displeased with having my order ruined 3x you can just tell that everyone there is young, dumb. However I still hope they get better. Terrible service, filthy restaurant and constantly late with orders/including Doordash and Uber eats.

Took 27 minutes for my order of a combo box and a drink to be made with only 3 people in the store ahead of me with doordashes and deliveries being prioritized at 11pm. I don’t want to be out that late for that long. Terrible.

I generally like Taco Bell enough to give it at least 4 stars but this location seems to possibly have a cleanliness issue? Their soda machine has a nozzle that dispenses 4 sodas each, no matter what choice you make it will taste like all of them. On top of that my food did not appear to be charred but smelled and tasted strongly of being burnt. Staff were friendly and quick and all my food was accounted for.

Always love the Bell.Update 03/10/2022: Super big fail. Missed an item in our order. It was only a taco, but when you only order four items and they miss one thing, that is a 25% error. Also didnt give us the taco bell sauce we asked for when ordering through the kiosk. I guess that will teach us a lesson...CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!Tried a new item, the Crunchwrap Supreme. It tasted good, but the outer tortilla seemed stale. Not like it had an opportunity to sit around for a couple of hours getting cold and chewy. It was only a few minutes.Also, the music in the lobby was so loud, couldnt have a conversation. I guess they were trying to drive customers away. Dont get me wrong, I love music. But when you can barely hear your name called and you are standing 10 feet away, it is a bit too loud.Order Fail. Restaurant disaster.Update: they still have green sauce. Excellent choice when ordering a regular bean burrito.

I have never been to a fast food place with such amazing nice people, so long story short I got caught in a rain storm separated from my husband waiting at Taco bell for hours !! The staff was so dang nice and kind making sure I was ok offering me anything they could, twords the end of the evening as they were closing the manager even offered me a Lyft to make sure I got home safe!!!! I never ate the food here so I cant say it was good or not but the service and human compassion were impeccable!!!!!

No drive-thru, and not a particularly special Taco Bell location except that I have fond memories of going there in junior high with my friends.You know what youre gonna get with TB. I hadnt been for a while.I like the mild salsa best (I need approx 6 packets per item) but hot and fire are okay too, and my son enjoyed the cinnamon twists as well as helping me order on the touch screens.

Almost always messes up the order. Forgets to give 1 or 2 items and we have to ask for them. For example, We ordered diet soda with our meal, instead of giving us empty containers for us to fill out, they gave us someone elses already filled out glasses of regular soda. We had to throw it away and and fill it up ourselves. Unacceptable really bad services.

This is the 2nd time that my entire 1/2 hour lunch break was taken up waiting in line, and I mobile ordered ahead to prevent this! After waiting about 15 minutes, I saw my food ready behind the counter. I waited another 5 minutes until I finally said something and asked for my food (which was only 2 items). Super disappointed. I hope they might be able to hire more staff in order to handle doordash orders which I believe is the reason I waited so long.

At 10:03 a.m. on 5/23/22 both dining room doors were still locked. When an employee finally unlocked the door he displayed a condescending attitude. I had a chicken quesadilla, but it was way too spicy. I won’t be eating any food items ever again!

Either the staff were very overburdened, undertrained or poorly led, but in any case performed poorly in my humble opinion. Send them to In and Out Training school and their manager as well. Final analysis; the manager is responsible and needs to be held more accountable than the individual staff. To be fair, the staff seemed to be making a good effort, but their manner needed refining. Place was based on appearances; clean enough and the food once I actually got it was edible.

When youre on a budget and want to eat some decent food, taco bell is the place to go. I usually go around 2-5 which is when they have the happy hour which is any medium drink for $1. The drinks are actually good here so its actually worth it. The food can be hit or miss, I like the triple melt burrito and the mini shredded chicken quesadilla which I usually get. Its fast and although they are usually short staffed they are quick and friendly. I left a start off because sometimes the employees can be pretty rude but what do you expect, its a fast food restaurant. Other than that, its pretty much good and I have no complaints.

The boys were watching the super bowl game instead of paying attention to my food. One of my tacos wasnt even wrapped it was open and spilled in the bag. They gave us a bag even though we said for dine in. They left my tomatoes and extra lettuce off of all 3 of my items and then had an attitude when all i said was this isnt what I ordered, the extra toppings and tomatoes arent on it. Multiple homeless come in and charge their phones wich is okay except for the fact they stare at you. Some even try to pick a fight and the employees do nothing. I rather not waist my money on bad service and enviorment.

Ordered food, had my dogs in the car. Went to go sit in the car and eat with them so I dont leave them alone. Not too long after tow truck shows up, guy looks into the car with a flashlight. I roll down my window and ask do you need me to move? He responds by saying that hed been told my car had been parked overnight so it would be towed. Fast forward to when I call to complain about how I was almost towed. Basically get told that an employee saw a similar car parked there overnight but somehow no one told the tow truck that. He just magically knew the same info. Long story short if Id decided to eat inside because of the employees incompetence my car would probably be towed away instead of me driving home because employees confirm if its the same car apparently based on color or size rather than oh I dont know a number specific to a certain car called a license plate.
