Staff is lethargic, 2 breakfast burritos with burnt tortilla (see pic). Cashier greets you with a dirty sweatshirt and Hodie. When I asked for a senior discount, he was lost. Is customer service gone. Please train this lethargic staff. And dont burn the burritos.

So, we go to this tacobell all the times and first time we went at 11:42 and this rude guy taking order telling us that he cannot grill our tacos because it messes the grill and people complaint about it. He didn’t greet, his attitude was so high, Asked him question we come here all the time how come no one has told us that? Never going back there. That dude needs to fix his attitude or go get job somewhere else if he is not happy.

All the Food was terrible. Ordered 3 trios with crunchwraps and doritos tacos... tortillas were over cooked and everything was half filled..bean burritos were dry with over cooked tortillas and they forgot part of my order...5 other order from other costumers one after the other were messed up. So not be eating here again.

This location beats out all Fresno ones. The service is great. The staff is friendly and courteous. And the portions/quality of the order was spot-on. Every Trader Joes runs, this is the lunch stop.

I got food poisoning last night eating their Mexican Pizza at this location. I had to miss my sons first soccer game and my daughters first volleyball tournament. I am beyond upset. They need to make fresh food vs keeping it under the warmer all day. When serving bad food not only gives you a bad review but also harms peoples lives too.I never leave reviews but this one I had too.

So i ordered two bean cheese and rice burritos, i specifically asked for no cheese in either of them. i just got home, and both of them have cheese. you had one job.. this is kind of frustrating. i’m going to give two stars because the woman working the window was very nice, but it’s just frustrating that something so simple couldn’t be done. and it was 11 pm so it’s not like they were overwhelmed with orders and forgot.

I rarely eat at this location and I will not be going back anytime soon. I ordered my food and watched 6 other people who ordered after me receive their food first. When I approached on of the workers I asked how much longer for my order. He couldnt find my order in the system and I watched the mass confusion as they tried to figure out what to do. I finally received my food 35 minutes after I placed my order. 35 mins, at a Taco Bell. I thought this was fast food, not slow food. Nothing was done to compensate for my familys wait yet the woman before be complained enough and received a gift card. I was kind and appreciative towards the staff and I received nothing. Oh well. If you can go to a different Taco Bell, do so.

Graduation just let out at Buchanan stadium on 5/30/23 @9:30pm. Jimmy was working the drive through. He was just such a delightful and friendly person. I had a rough night working the graduation as a staff member and was super grumpy, but he really turned my night around with amazing customer service and upbeat positive attitude! Thank you Jimmy!

It’s Taco Bell. The food is pretty consistent. Service is on par with other fast food restaurants. Food tastes pretty good. I’ve been pleased with the end product most of the time without any complaints.

Stopped by for lunch today and the counter top and tables were absolutely filthy! I could even see greasy shoe prints on the top of the food counter. I mentioned it to a young lady who was wiping the walls down and her snide reply was that it was just water marks. I ran my fingers across the counter and I could feel a gritty, greasy film across the entire surface. it looked like it had been wiped down with a filthy, greasy sponge. Once I got my food I looked for a table to sit at but every table in the dinning room had food crumbs on them. I just took my food and left the store. I have been going to this Taco Bell for many years and I can assure you I will never go back. it was absolutely disgusting!

Consistently gets my order wrong. This is to the point where it is expected that something in the order will be wrong nearly every time.I just ordered 3 tacos with shredded chicken instead of ground beef. We ordered a taco salad to go, got home and took a bit out of the shell and literally threw up. It was so rancid and beyond Stale. When we contacted the store to let them know they told us that if we wanted our money back, we would have to be there within an hour. The person never even apologized for the product. We drove all the way back to drop off the taco salad and they made it very difficult for us to get a refund for it. Not sure they understand a good customer services, but at least give us an option of what we wanted versus demanding that we must return to having taco salad for a refund. I don’t think will be returning to the Taco Bell again.

While 95% of the time this place does great... this time however, was not one of those times. I got a chicken burrito supreme, no hot sauce on the inside, because I dont like hot sauce every single time, the hot sauce would have been the only thing hot in this burrito. My iced drink was warmer than my food. I had to heat it up in my oven while I was taking a shower to get it anywhere near an edible temperature. But foul this time guys. Ill forgive this one.

I know most people dont like Taco Bell, but I love it. The hot sauce is some of the best Ive ever had, and the Beefy Frito burrito is an amazing value. Its a dollar for a huge serving of beef and nacho cheese. Taco Bell is awesome despite what others might say.

Not sure how any of the employees here for a job in costumer service, especially Mia M. I ordered a meal here a week or so ago and asked for 2 water cups. Mia forgot to give me some so I came back up to the counter to get some and for some reason she acted like I wasnt standing there. She walked away a few times to chat with some co-workers and during that time I made eye contact with about 5 other workers and none of them stopped to ask what I needed. Stood there for about 6 or 7 minutes before someone acknowledged my existence and gave me the damn water cups. If its that hard to get your attention you shouldnt be working in costumer service

Literally the worst Taco Bell in Fresno they do this all the time. I drove all the way over here on a Saturday it says they close at 2 a.m. I literally got in the parking lot at 1:51 a.m. on June 1st 2019. lady says order when youre ready right when Im about to put my order and she goes actually sorry I cant take your order were closed in the rudest voice possible. Then Im like you guys dont close for another 10 minutes and she literally turns off her mic and doesnt answer me I said hello probably 10 times. I left a recording if you guys want to watch it I posted it on the Yelp page and Google . I literally hate when restaurants do this I understand you want to get out and youre cleaning your grills but you should start cleaning when the restaurant actually closes. It saves people like me the hassle of driving all the way the hell over here for no reason. I could understand if I arrived like 2 minutes before but I literally got there 10 minutes before closing thats pretty early to start turning off your equipment. Seriously needs to train their staff better bunch of freaking idiots working here !

Great authentic Mexican food. What more can you ask for? I remember visiting my Mexican friend one day. His mom was making tacos that night. I tried some. It was delicious, but didnt look or taste like taco bells crunchy taco... i dont think his mom knows how to make Mexican tacos..

Great Prices and really cool deals, sometimes when my kids and I are stuck running errands we are all hungry dont have that much money we love going to Taco Bell and getting the meal pack it comes with 3 items burritos and tacos a cinnamon twist and a drink for less then $6 bucks my kids only water waters so I add 2 free waters for them I get the soda we each have our favorites and its also very very yummy and filling which makes me not feel so broke when my family gets fed and full all for such a great price, Thank you

I ordered a crunch wrap supreme subbing black beans for meat and without cheese or sour cream. Ive never gotten the wrong order before... The first time I brought it back it had sour cream. The second time I brought it back it was remade with refried beans. The third crunch wrap supreme had cheese, I just ate it. What a weird experience for everybody involved.

I got food poisoning, since this was the last meal I had, I will notify myself to not here ever again. Since I wanted to try something from the dollar menu, I notice the tostadas smelled wierd, the shredded quesadilla came out all soggy and messed up, and the mini Cinnabon didnt even have anything in it, plus it smelled like chemical. I know customer service was great and all, but probably they need to change the manager or something. Cause I used to know this place was the best, but what the hell happened.

Seating is a mess, you have to work in & out of others eating to get to a seat of your own...if you can find one. Lousy set up of any Taco Bell. Food had a blah taste. A worker came in early got a drink sat at a table popping his pimples. So unappetizing, we didnt eat & just left. Im sorry he has a severe case of acne. If you feel you need to pop, please stay in the restroom. Coworkers are talking about personal and inappropriate conversation behind the counter. This is very inappropriate and offensive to customers.My bank card specifically says Check ID on the back next to the signature line. According to State Law, the cashier is required to ensure there is a signature on the back and/or ask for ID. The cashier did not ask for ID, and I was placing a large order!

Alright so we went to this taco bell and ordered our food and everything was going great until my nephew opened his quesadilla to put hot sauce in it. There was no meat and no cheese in the quesadilla. We took the quesadilla up to the counter to get a new one and the guy that goes by Abram said he would get us a new one.
