Fast mexican food on a budget! That is still one of the top reasons we all come here. I personally like the fact that food can be prepared vegan style, black beans, rice, sauce, lettuce, Pico de gallo, enough said! Ordered the spicy potato soft tacos and was the worst. Potato was like day old potatoes and the tortilla was very cold. Not even warm food. Food not cooked correctly can build bacteria. Taco bell should do surprise customer orders to see that there is an issue at the West Covina taco bell.

I always have Taco Bell when I was in the east coast. The burrito and tacos are done right, and I never had any issues. However, this is my first time going to a Taco Bell here in the west coast and I am disappointed! I ordered a Steak burrito and it does not even taste like a steak burrito but beans and cheese, and it was cold. I expect more from this place. What a waste of $9. I could have gone to a neighborhood Burrito place and got a better Burrito than this. Don’t mess up your reputation. Do a better job at least.

I wont eat at taco bell anymore. I ordered a black bean crunchwrap supreme a few months ago, and after eating half of it I realized they gave me the wrong item with meat in it. Im a vegan so this is a huge problem. I ordered it again yesterday hoping it would be an accurate order and again after taking a few bites, it also has meat in it. The black bean crunchwrap supreme doesnt come with any meat so this is a huge disappointment and I will no longer be supporting taco bell by eating there.

I usually cone here with my family after a softball game 9pm and on and the always get my order correct and it tastes great. Everything we order is always done correctly and I have kids who don’t like specific things so it’s always one of thoseOrders with out lettuce and tomato’s and things with them on and they always get it right. Received the wrong order so had to go through the drive thru again because the doors were locked. I had to open the bag to see what was inside because it was too heavy for just 3 tacos. When I got to the window and gave them the wrong order, they just put it into a new bag and gave it to the customer. Not very hygienic to take an order back and give it to another person.

A group of friends and I ate here while passing through the town on a movie shoot. We decided to try out the kiosk and it was a great no pressure way to order food.They forgot the tomatoes on my crunch wrap but it came out good anyways. I definitely suggest Taco Bell for a vegan outing.

This place is located in the South Hills Plaza in the same shopping center is Tokyo Central. Stopped in to get a quick bite to eat ordered the triple double Crunchwrap box the food was okay. Its Taco Bell I wouldnt exactly call this Mexican food but the staff was friendly the store was clean both inside and outside. They prepared the food quickly and was hot and fresh. If youre looking for an inexpensive quick bite to eat this might be your place.

One of the better locations to visit. This may be because many of my former students work here now and it seems like I am always greeted by one of them no matter what day or time of week. I ordered via the drive-thru a taco fiesta party pack of 10 tacos. When we got home, my daughter told me there was a plastic thing in her taco... it was a plastic corner from a plastic bag. GROSS!!! I tried to call the store to report it but the phone just rang and rang. After the 20th or so ring, I hung up and called corporate.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars!! I rarely ever eat taco bell and this location just sealed the deal for me. Ill never come back to taco bell again! I only got the hard beef taco and a potato taco and by the next day I was at urgent care for a gastrointestinal issue which I totally blame taco bell for!! Pretty sure they food poisoned me because by that night I had a stomach ache and by the following morning I was woken up by immense pain in my gut. Needless to say Ive sworn off taco bell for good. You may be good all the times youve eaten there but all it takes is that one time!

Ok food, but they need to work on to go orders . Train new employees that they are bagging hot food that someone plans to eat, sometimes in the car, and when you reach in the bag and pull out a taco and everything spills out of the wrapper. The Prince, long after traveling in search of the perfect Taco, And being treated unfairly at El Bukanas with those wretched non God fearing people. Was traveling south on Azusa Ave not on His normal Traveling method by horse but on something they call a BUS hmmm...At first instinct the Prince was weary of this new sort of travel Called the 280 Puente Hllls displayed in lights. Other then that he had his sword given to him by Zeus him self...And at Taco Bell named after his Grandmother he found the perfect Taco for one dollar.After He enjoyed his Taco he stoped at Marukai, Then to Rainbow Donuts to see his friend Sing, Hit the Gym with Prince Michael to work out and stoped at Subway on his way home to the Prince Woodglen Property.
