Taco Bell in Ontario

The food wasnt made very well and the service was extremely slow. As you can see from the photo they didnt even try to prepare the taco supreme properly. Id blame the busyness of the restaurant but we totaled 4 as a whole and no one was waiting to order. I had ordered more but didnt feel like taking pictures of them all.

One decent guy works here, Vincent - he offered above and beyond customer service.This taco forces the customers to order on a computer and will not take orders themselves. Very inhuman. I love humans and interacting with real people.

Stopped to check out those new chicken wings. The dining area was closed. It was still early though. Their drive thru snakes around the back. It is dimly lit from the back all the way to the window. The chicken wings had a good flavorful taste. They have more of a fried make up. Crispy crunchy outer skin. The wings were plump and had meat on them. The seasoning sprinkled on them went well. No disappointment with these. They are priced similar to your other chicken wing spots. Like the others you have to eat quite a few to get full. Since these are still a promotional item. They only come in one size.

This Taco Bell makes good food but straight up robs people… I end up missing at least one item EACH time I come here.. it has been happening for the past 2 months like this and I don’t know if it’s a new staff member or what but it’s just not okay… I probably will not be coming to this TB anymore because it’s getting a bit ridiculous… just FED UP!

I cant judge the food only service. I walked in and they wanted to use a tablet to order. When I asked the guy to take my order he said ya we dont do that. You need to order yourself. Im to tire and hungry for this.

So I ordered a crunch Tata and I asked for no lettuce. And extra tomatoes when I opened app my box. I literally got like six tiny pieces of tomatoes shoved into the side of my tostada When I took it to the counter and asked them what this was. They said thats the portion that they give us. Then proceeded to look at me like. How dare this guy ask us how to do our job? What happened to the customer is always right

Order some food, and specifically, the Mexican pizza was not the same. Didnt think nothing of it because I was so damn hungry. Now I regretfully wish I had not eaten it.Because it now looks like I got food poisoning. Be careful when eating here. That will be the last time I go there!

Been in this same spot for 10 minutes! When I finally pulled up to the window felt like my food was thrown at me and didn’t even get an apology for the ridiculously long wait. my burrito was not made right and when I went back to ask them to remake it the drive thru person was telling his coworker as the were standing there having a personal conversation he said your friend needs help and nodded his head towards me then they both looked directly at me. So is your manager here they said No and both ignored me after that. Another female employee helped me out and apologized and let me know that the manager would be in tomorrow. Service is ridiculous it’s 8pm where is the manager????

Food was delicious and exactly as described. $5 for a combo that was filling. Easy to order on self order kiosks.

Make sure to ask for sauce or else 8 times out of 10 they wont offer. N make sure u specify how much because they dont like to put a lot. N I hope u dont like the cinna-twists they have been completely out half the times I have gone to this taco bell.
