Amazing customer service @ 12:30 am.I was trying to get something like a double decker taco since they’re no longer on the menu, and ended up with a crunch wrap supreme.I ended up asking to substitute beans and got one without taco meat and came back around through the drive thru expecting to pay for another and they just gave me one with both beans and meat for free.

I just drove through at 1:10 On September 30th, and the order was correct on the screen but you guys cant make it correctly. This is very disappointing as I was a drive-through customer and now I have gone on my way and my food isnt correct. As you can see in this photo this was supposed to be no sour cream and you guys did the opposite you piled it on like I had asked for extra sour cream.

This location screws up my order EVERY TIME! the majority of those times I was missing an entire item. The other times I let them know I’m ALLERGIC to sour cream, and sure enough, every single time they poison me. They’ve been out of Mexican pizzas since they came back, and icing on the cake, they charge more than other Taco Bell’s! The next TB is a 30-40 minute drive round trip for me, so I go back to this horrible location, in hopes they have fixed their oblivious staff. But after many years, it’s just gotten worse. Got 3 items this morning, nothing else, so I was optimistic. Two bean burritos and a spicy potato taco. Got home, 1 burrito and a spicy potato taco. Kind of feels like someone is just stealing your money from me. 0stars for 0 effort.

Favorite Taco Bell. Love love love ❤️❤️ they always get it right knock on wood and they also don’t have to ask you a million times for your order. not to mention there’s never a line . It was recently remodeled they are great and open semi late 😝 so great I questioned Posting this Review just to keep them all to myself because even their rice is bomb and not all gross and hard like some other locations 🤮🤢 which is why I pay them the big bucks and in my loyalty to this location haha

Ordered online - went in. Order wasnt ready. Waited 20 minutes while 3 other customers who just came in ordered and got their food. When I asked why the other orders were filled first, the clerk said it was because the other order was smaller so he figured he would fill that one first. He could have said, hey do you mind if I fill these three other orders ahead of yours? I probably would have said sure. Tried to cancel the order but they said they couldnt do it because it was ordered online. Online wouldnt let me cancel because it said the order was ready even though it wasnt. What a mess. A total lack of customer service

Always tasty and affordable -- just the way we like it. : -) Has it changed? Yes. Less plastic booths, the lids are hard to find, and the mild sauce is MIA, but hey, the foods still good. Cant go wrong.

Customer service was good. Food quality same as other locations BUT prices are twice as HIGH! Dollar menu item is double the price. Reason given we arent part of corporate Taco Bell! Meaning....we can charge what we qant. Wont be back!

Went to the drive thru and ordered the $10 taco/burrito box. Was told that at this location, the price is $13.49. I told them No thank you, backed out and left. There were no cars in the parking lot, no one else in the drive thru and no one inside other than the crew. I think I know why!

Went through drive-through. Dont wait they long. Their was 2 cars infront of me. They women was nice and got my order right in a good timely manner. The food was hot. Taco Bell is easy to see from the steet its in a little shoping Center right on the cornor.

They messed up 8 things in my order. The manager told my husband he could come get a replacement the next day and that he would write it down in their book. He said nothing about bringing our receipt. When I went the next day, the manager(a different person) was rude and said the other manager did not write anything down. After she talked to him on the phone she sent one of the other employees to tell me they wouldnt replace my order without my receipt. I will not be returning

I give 2 stars because the food is better here than the Savi Ranch location. Seems like Savi Ranch is greedy with their stuff and always give me very small sized burritos. So this location can get my 2 stars but as far as service....no. just no. I came later in the night because I work late. When I got to the window to pay and pick my food up, the associates were playing around too much. One guy was laughing constantly at everything anyone said in there. Then him and another guy stood by the drink fountain and talked quietly, they both turned around and looked at me and then looked at each other and laughed. I felt something was off like they were messing with my food or something Im not sure. I prayed I wouldnt get sick from it. That was rude and very unprofessional.

This location has the BEST Bean & Cheese burritos (with green sauce) of ANY Taco Bell Ive been to! Whenever Im in the Placentia area, I go out of my way to go get a couple! I deducted one star only because Taco Bells prices have gone up so drastically recently, and have become very overpriced. Seriously, how can they justify $1.59 for a tortilla with a scoop of beans? The Value Menu is no longer a value at all, with most of the items over a dollar. Sad.
