Horrible customer service today Saturday 7/8 at about 8pm from the girl working the register/drive-thru. I ordered here last time and even though she gave me attitude for asking for hot sauce last time, when supposedly they were out, then magically two customers later I see her hand out hot sauce to another customer who ask, then wants to drop it in my hand. I let slide, because everyone has there days, but then again today. I walk in, order off the app and wait for my order or name to be called just like last time or anytime I’ve order Taco Bell off their new system or off the app now. There wasn’t a red flag until I watched this lady come in after me and order for her and her kids and get their order before I do. I go up and ask if my order is ready and she turns around and the order that has been sitting there for at this point I don’t know how long, just so happens to be mine. Of course, then of course she didn’t put any hot sauce in my bag even though once again I added it to the app. She wants to give me an attitude for asking for the hot sauce, then she drops it in my hand, and then purposely I feel adds ice to the tip top, like if I’m not going to notice or something. Good thing I was eating there and just dumped the drink out and refilled it, but this is the worst customer service I have had and that’s saying something for a fast food location. My expectations are not that high. I would never visit this location and I would warn others to never visit this location as long as she is working the customer service counter. Do better Taco Bell please.

The problem with this tacobell is the employees will ignore you like you are not standing there waiting to place a order. They want you to use the kiosk instead, I was paying cash btw. They never asked me just Ignored me. I ended up walking out after wasting 10 mins of my lunch time there.

Went through the drive through tonight. Food was not warm only the tortilla was. Not sure if were going to get food poisoning but our stomachs hurt just 5 minutes after eating it. Also the food itself was lacking in ingredients, mostly consisting of sauce. Definitely will not be back to this location. Only positive was the drive thru cashier who served me was not only nice but got me through the drive through within minutes

Remove the kiosk and start making them take orders. They have 5 employees in the kitchen and not one of them in the front.I waited for 15 mins for no reason I had to leave to find somewhere else to eat.They are relying on the kiosk when some people are paying cash they dont ask just ignore you

My grandson and I bought about 7 taco supremes there on June 20th 2023. After eating the tacos I started getting an awful stomach ache. I could not sleep so I took Tylenol PMs which helped. I called my grandson the next day to see how he felt. He says he got a bad stomach ache too. I will NEVER eat there again. BEWARE!!!!

Today I ordered the beef chalupa but when I got home (20 min drive) I noticed they gave me the chicken chalupa. I’ve been calling this location and they aren’t answering the phone and I love too far to drive back up there for a $5 item.The bathroom soap dispenser wasn’t working in one of the restrooms either.I’ll be calling corporate on Monday since this location isn’t answering their phone. Taco bell use to have really good nachos. But not anymore. They have been cutting way to many corners and the food has gotten worse. I ordered the nacho bell grande anc got no meat or tomatoes whatsoever. All beans with some sour cream and a little bit of nacho cheese. This is after they gave me the wrong order. I wont be returning anytime soon.

I get back to my office, and the pizza has a few chunks of meat on it. How difficult is it to follow clear instructions? Upon entering this location The shift lead acknowledged us only to point us at the digital ordering kiosk and then walked out of sight to drive thru. Of the 2 kiosks only one operated correctly and one of our friends was paying cash. Nobody came to assist us with cash payment and nobody ever came to accept the cash payment and so that friend never got their order, we chipped in and gave our friend some of our food so he could eat. Later the lead came out to the seating area to chit chat with another employee who was on their lunch break, the lead gossiped and gabbed for 5 minutes beforei brought up our friend still wanting to pay in cash. The lead immediately apologized and walked back out of sight. Terrible service... The lead was not wearing a name badge or else I would list her name, she has no shame in her lack of customer service.

Ordered 3 burritos one was fine but the other two were BCR burritos, I ordered them to add beef with sour cream and chipotle ranch. The guy taking my order was nice and did his job correctly. On the other hand the people making the food failed to add the sour cream and chipotle ranch. This is upsetting since you pay extra to have something put in and it wasn’t. Guess they thought ehhh the beef is good enough he’ll like it. There is a screen that shows you what to add, be terrible at a different job. The time i came before this one of my tacos barely had any ingredients in it, it was mostly shell. Im done with this location.

Update Nov 22. Store has been consistently open inside lately. The online ordering experience needs some work as they usually wont prepare food until after I arrive no matter how soon I check in...Very mismanaged location on so many levels. Theres a big banner outside stating theyre now open inside but theyve kept their doors locked for several months still since its placement. Their review responses indicate they are aware of this but zero action has been taken in months. I understand things are difficult right now but a pretty simple fix.

The quality here is abysmal. The lemonade is watered down, the cinnamon twists taste burnt and hardlt have any cinnamon sugar added to them and the food is sloppily thrown together. Horrible service Today March 9th at 7:40 pm I ordered at the drive through. The employee took my order just to cancel half way through saying they only have chicken for the next 20 minutes. I told him I would wait, he then told me ok. I watched him close the store at 7:54 block the drive through with wet floor signs turn off the lights and faked closed. Do know the worker is coming out with a sign and she let the car in front of me go and puts the sign up for us and says, she cant take our order because she doesnt have enough staff and walked away. If u dont have enough staff, then why did u let the car that just drove in the drive thru at the same time I did go. AND I was only going to order 1 taco!!! After waiting that long, I walked to the drive thru window and told the lady about how I ordered and didn’t received the food. The. The lady comes from the fort and tells me to go in the drive thru line and pick up the food from the drive thru lane. I WASTED MY TIME. The menu has gone back to the basics. Gone are all of my favorites. Which is fine. Ive visited this location for over 20 years with no issues. The service at the drive-thru lately, however, especially after 10pm has gone down. I have recently experienced missing items in my order, being given someone elses order, or only being given 2-3 sauce packets for a 10 item order. Because of this, I have had to peel open wrappers to visually inspect the product prior to driving away. This in turn holds up the line and actually angers the staff at the pick-up window. Its not my job to ensure the quality and the correctness of the orders. Come on, Taco Bell. I know we can do better.

Drive thru was very long so I tried walking in to order but the doors were locked. they should at least have a sign on the door saying no entry allowed. drive thru orders only. i had to go back tot he end of the drive thru line.... I ordered their dragon fruit slushy only to learn they had the syrup but were out of the fruit. Customers service was great. The breakfast burrito was great. But the coffee, the ice coffee was terrible. Coming to this tacobell for ice coffee is like going to a hooker and asking her for a hug. You just dont do that here. Its like they forgot to put the coffee in the machine and they just let the water run and then they get a cup full of ice and pour the hot water in it. Then add creamer and sugar to it. On a side note it makes a perfect mouthwash.

I live down the street I always catch them giving me fire sauce instead of hot or a mixture of the 2, I have to go back and return the fire sauces for the hot. Staff is otherwise nice but maybe management makes them do that or idk why else they would. This place was ok. Just like any other Taco Bell. Location was easy to find. Right off of Foothill Blvd. Close to freeway so it was easy access for me. Place was a bit dirty but what place isnt. People come and go often. I know you should we down a table once a customer leaves but no one does that. So for that I give them 3 stars.

I dont need to eat at this store again. There was a member of management wearing 2+ neon pink fake coffin shaped nails working in the kitchen and at the register. While I understand you can have them as long as you wear gloves in some restaurants, I dont really know how you can wear gloves effectively with them that long. And tell me she doesnt skip putting gloves on sometimes. I wont believe you if you say she doesnt, especially when they fit like they do over nails that long.We paid cash and she took the extra effort to wrap the bills and reciept around the coins and fold it all together into a little wad. This is a HUGE pet peeve of mine. Hand the change first, then bills and reciept on top. Even better if you repeat back what the change is, or count it back.3 stars because the food was fine. Im hoping someone at Taco Bell actually looks at these because this store has a problem with management. And yes, we do the surveys on the reciepts.
