Their prices are getting so high. The commercials advertise one price and delicious looking food. I tried the shredded beef taco they have been advertising you can dip it in two different sauces. I spent 8 dollars on 2 of them and took one bite it was so greasy and disgusting I couldnt even finish it.... waste of momey

Went in Saturday July 1st around 1:55pm, was going to eat there, cashier was helping a customer so i decided to use the restroom first, really had to go couldnt wait. Asked the young man if he could let me in, he replied with just a second I will let you in after he finished helping that one customer. Decided to tell me the manager said the restroom isnt working at the moment a few seconds later let the other customer into the restroom. So I decided not to eat there. Horrible management skills. Im diabetic and have a problem with urination had to run across to Carls Jr. They let me in.

I always come to this Taco Bell, the food is good. With customer service, I come in the day time and they’re friendly and always give me sauces I ask for. When I come at night, there’s always one girl working who has a condescending attitude when I’m ordering and when I come to pay, she’s so rude. My boyfriend asked her for a few more sauces and she said “I don’t know what that means” with an attitude. She acts like she is too good, but why work there if you’re so miserable. I wish she had a name tag so I could point out who she is. This is the reason I’m leaving 2 stars.

This place is trash. They cant ever get the order right. You ask them to take something out they never do. You ask for certain sauces they give you the complete opposite and only 2 pack for huge orders. These people are incompetent and need retraining. Trash!

We walked in with the kids and it smelt like urine. Absolutely gross. Staff didnt seem to care about badly it smelt. Even my 6yr old was grossed out by how strong the smell was and they expected people to buy and eat food. It was just disgusting and horrendous

Their portions are small...Thats false advertising when the display picture looks all piled high and fat and you order it and its all skimpy and flat,looking like somebody already ate half of it.AND this Taco Bell charges $1 more then advertised on TV.Their $5 Box is $5.99+TaxIm just saying...I like the icy air-conditioning in this Summer heat better than the food...thats the up side to it...🍃🍃🍃😎🍃🍃🍃

The food was typical, the only nasty part is that the entire restaurant had the stench of SEWAGE! It was awful. When I asked the cashier about the smell, he said that theyve been dealing with the smell all day. My question is.... if the smell of sewage is this bad, did they have a back up or flooding & theyre still open for business?

Nice ladies at the window they dont give attitude they are nice and food is good and affordable and fills you up when you need something quick. I recommend the sausage break burritos theyre only a buck plus tax and 2 of em fill me up.

With the exception of the young male manager, the employees are generally rude and unhelpful. Besides that, they are always closing earlier than time stated on maps. For example, today i drove here at 10:40 PM and all the lights were off and employees were cleaning up, no one even answered on the drive-thru intercom to say if they were open or not. Map details says they were open until 11 PM. Had to drive 11 min away to the one in Baldwin Park.

Went to this Taco Bell 1:35 pm food wasn’t ready till 1:54 pm they said they where working on fries but the food was cold!! Go to another Taco Bell I had asked for sauce they didn’t give me any I had to get out the car and go get it myself. Food was wayyyy cold especially for that wait time! Horrible service.

This location on Peck has a sewer issue and smells. Last time I was in I complained to the manager about an associate on staff. This employee didnt work to clean tables, played with her cell phone, and took advantage of the employee free drinks ( before leaving for the day, she filled 4 cups with soda and took them when she left in her car ).

Asked for one large soda didn’t bother telling me you can’t do that which is understandable if they would’ve told me before hand but instead they were rude and when I asked for ice in my soda they handed me a large cup of ice for all four because they lacked the intelligence to put the ice in the actual soda.and they also failed to give me a receipt.
