Taco Bell in Irvine

Today I went to the drive thru and ordered a nacho bell grande and a frozen drink. As Im eating my food, i feel something hanging from my mouth. It a freaking strand of blondish hair. 🤮 🤮 If I could give 0 stars I would.

Taco 🌮 Bell 🔔 is always great 👍 light food 🥘 on the go. Good Taco salad 🥗, great nachos, and tacos 🌮 of all types. The Doritos locos tacos 🌮 supreme are very delicious. The nachos supreme is always a favorite. The mild sauce is out of this world. Stop 🛑 They only serve through drive through in the evening. However, you can still take your order and enjoy the nice outside seating facing the all time busy; In&out

Took 2 hours for a drink and 2 burritos. taco bell shouldn’t take that long for a drink and 2 burritos. could’ve went to albertsons and made the order myself before they gave me my food.

Says the drive-thu is open till 3am but they put a cone in front of it at 12:30????

I hate the idea. I have to order myself on a kiosk, and if I have any specific questions, I have to wait until an unobservent worker is kind enough to help me while I wait at the service counter. On top of that, this place is supposed to have the GELATO which they ran out of. Multiple people were there waiting today confused as to why they couldnt order or how to order the new item. Finally, after getting the attention of a worker, they told me they are completely out. Which is fine, but at least put up a warning to let people know before going inside, trying to figure out the whole kiosk and trying to find the item.

I have been to Taco Bell several times, and I have always had a good experience.The customer service at Taco Bell is excellent. The employees are always friendly and helpful.I have noticed that the door handles and order screen are not always clean. This is a minor issue, but it can be off-putting to customers. I would recommend that Taco Bell clean the door handles and order screens regularly to ensure that they are clean and sanitary.Overall, I think Taco Bell is a great fast food restaurant. The customer service is excellent, and the food is good.

Service at this Taco Bell is the slowest in the history of drive thrus. It takes FOREVER to get through the line, even when the line is short. It takes longer to get through this line than it does the In n Out in the same parking lot. Today I went and there was one person ordering in front of me when I got in line. It took 15 minutes at least to get my food and drive away. The 15 cars that would have been in front of me if I had gotten into the In n Out line were long gone before I got my three tacos. Its been like this all three years I have lived in the area. I dont know if they are chronically understaffed, poorly managed, or just have a poor work ethic, but there is some kind of ongoing systemic problem at this location.

When you need a taco bell fix this place fits the bill! Keep in mind this is next to a University so it gets very crowded at lunch. Best bet is to get there by 11:30am. The drive thru can get very backed up so sometimes it is quicker to park and walk in. Parking can be tight around lunch and late afternoon. The time limits for parking are strictly enforced so if you are going shopping after you go for lunch you might want to move your car. Be careful when leaving for the no left turn sign between noon and five. I have seen lots of people pulled over by the police for ignoring this one.

Juan.P ..at least thats what the reciept said. You freaking rock!! Seriously the best most friendly drive through service ever. Normally when I go throw a drive through the people are boring and RUDE. Tonight wasnt the case, this dude made my summer! 😩❤ and the new steak nacho box is BOMB.. hold up, today taco bell crushed my soul. The chili cheese burrito was back on the menu and yet after I placed my order I was told they no longer carry it.

Quick service expected, but they forgot my order and had to remind them.
