For fast food restaurant, they do take care in customer service. Although the girls that work, there are very young, they are super sweet and very kind. I have never had an order with errors in it at this Taco Bell.

What a bad experience.. order 25 bucks worth of food and they hand me a large Pepsi with 0 ice cubes in it who wants to drink a warm soda lol then I tell them can I get ice then they just offer a small cup with ice cubes which was fine.. Pepsi is flat and I’m sure they knew that.. no hot sauce in my bag.. the line in the drive thru wasn’t even packed I don’t know why there rushing like that.. it is what it is

Went to this location on the 20th of May which was a Saturday around 1130 pm and the guy that was working the drive thru was rude and disrespectful, I waited in line for 20 min after he put me on hold to order so I pulled to the window since it was a door dash order and after waiting he had me go in the drive thru again stating that I needed to specify the door dash order at the ordering window using hand gestures rude as hell after he made me and the customer for door dash wait 20 min already and all because he couldnt handle his job after already putting us on hold at the window and yet still making us go back around again and then when I got to the window it was some bigger white male that looked sloppy as hell didnt have a name tag or wearing professional attire with his shirt all sloppy I mean for fast food shouldnt you look professional then I asked his name and he closed the window and said dont worry about it. Never have I ever dealt with someone so rude looking sloppy as ever and making us wait and go around again like this worker. I will be contacting the head office and speaking to the person on top because I Definitely aint one to be rude and disrespectful to.

The lady working the late night drive through was doing an amazing job considering the fact that she was out of the items needed to make a majority of the items on the menu so to the delivery truck running late. She maintain her composure after dealing with God knows how many hangry clients and although Im sure she was stressed beyond anyones normal threshold you wouldnt be able to tell had you been there because she was still smiling and providing the best customer service one could ask for. 10/10 she deserves a raise!

The person who took my order asked for my name so I would be called when my order was ready.When the order was ready another, older woman, yells out, Number 10! I didnt know what number my order was because the first chick asked for my name. And that was what I was listening to hear. This taco bell is usually very clean. The staff and managers are polite. The new seasoned French fries are amazing!!! Only down sides are that the wait to place your orders can be occasionally slow, and its hard to move intoand around their parking lot with a big car.

It was a very strange visit for me. They, for some reason, decided on closing thier store. The app allowed me to select in-store pickup for my order but the doors were locked. I had to walk up to the drive-thru window and ask what was happening. They eventually let me in to get the food but they shouldnt be able to lock up the doors during regular hours. Also, my order wasnt even fresh or hot.

The woman working the late night shift from 2-3 was very rude and did not get more than half of my order right. I understand that potatoes are usually not available so late but as soon as I asked for the potato tacos she said” we don’t have potatoes... BYE”. Being vegetarian is my own decision and hard I admit but I am willing to accommodate in desperate situations. Out of the 3 things I asked to be vegetarian I only got one item correct. I was ordering my food but when it comes to the pay time moment the woman refused to take my $0.06 out of the $11.06 just because I gave her a credit card alongside with the 6 cents she said sorry I can only do with credit or cash and I said to myself they did this with the credit how come she cant do it. Staff was super friendly this visit and wasnt affraid to give me my values worth as my customised order was stuffed and they didnt hold back on the additional toppings I purchased for my Seasoned Beef Nachos Bell Grande Box. The meal was fast and fresh and the cook handing me my order went above and beyond yo ensure I got everything I needed to make this visit complete (sauces, soda, extras, etc.). The meal was filling for the price and I shared my leftovers with a transient onsite who was asking for change giving the impression this location is accepting, understanding, and all welcoming as they were also allowed to visit and enjoy a meal despite other local restaurants shooing them away by their looks. My only inconvenience this visit was asking for the restroom to be unlocked for me and staff not knowing exactly who has or where the key is.

Forgot to give me my apple empanada so I had to go back to the counter and ask for it.Floor dirty.Had all kinds of trash on it.Young man comes out and sweeping it when the manager loudly calls him to the counter and loudly tells him something in Spanish and he gets back on the register.She should have gotten on the register and let him finish cleaning her dirty store or better yet she should have been cleaning it.Everytime I go there the floors dirty.
