The employees were unhelpful, told us to use the kiosk multiple times even though we just wanted to look at the pictures on the menu. They didnt give us our drinks after we ordered, forgot napkins and the tacos were missing half the meat and only a slight sprinkle of cheese and lettuce. Super unacceptable . While they were making our food, I witnessed multiple customers walk out due to the employee unwilling to help them at the register. Their excuse is that they were busy.

Pre ordered 20 packets of sauce. The last two times I have gone I was rushed and relieved 0 sauce. Threw away half 0 sauce 0 good. Btw when you order a cheesy gordita expect 0 cheese and 0 crunch sadly you can expect this at all the tacobells in Ontario california.

I have officially changed me rating to 1 star. I have been going to this same Taco Bell for 3yrs and they still cant manage to get an order correct. Most of the time I dont get any sour cream on my Soft Taco Supremes. When I do get some, it is literally all to one side. Today, I got a combo of the 2. Out of 3 tacos ordered the exact same way, how can you get it so consistently wrong?

This cannot be by mistake... I truly do believe that this Taco Bell location is on a mission to redefine the customer experience of going to a Taco Bell. The staff is very attentive, friendly, and are extremely efficient. The tables and chairs are all kept diligently clean, as well are the restrooms. Even the fountain drink machine is constantly kept clean by the staff! There are two automated kiosks that you can order from, and of course the staff is also happy to take your order. They’ll call you by name when you’re order is ready, and even offer a water cup if you did not purchase a soft drink. Little things like that really elevate the level of service at this fast food location. The condiments are regularly restocked and the trash areas are clean and do not smell. The music is of really good “old school” taste and is not too loud nor too soft. Believe it or not but this place actually has a really “chill” ambience! To boot each and every customer is given a farewell when leaving. Great work to the management and of course the amazing staff here, who unlike typical staff at fast food joints, actually look like they enjoy their job and take it seriously. They really hit it out of the park here!

I visited this location on 3/4/22. My order was wrong; I went back 3/8/22 @ 9:21 p.m. Michelle H took my order and told her what happened. she related the issue to the manager in charge. The manager apologized and replaced the order. I also ordered more items; they were really nice and professional, and you dont see this type of treatment often. They need to be recognized for the outstanding service 👏🏼.

This has to be the worst visit to any Taco Bell Ive ever had. It took them 3 times to get my order right. I order 6 items and at 1st try they only gave me 4 items and 1 of them was made wrong. They started to argue with me about it and I had to show them they did it wrong. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful but I had to get the one that could not seem to be able to follow the order board. They also had one employee visually complain how tried she was and seemed to be very grumpy. Lucky I did not have to deal with her.

I went through the drive thru, ordered nachos no sour cream. I asked the young lady before Ieft if the order was correct and she assued me it was. Once exiting I pulled over and checked, well you guessed it, there was extra sour cream. I got back in line at the drive thru, and explained to the same young lady what had happened. She apologized and had them make me a new order. Always check your order before leaving the drive thru.....😥

This isnt my regular Taco Bell however I wish it was. Was having a bad day and Jacob (I think thats what his name was) made it better by having a good sense of humor and great customer service. Idk who all was preparing the food but it was great. Like actually great. The rice was cooked well, the cheese quesadilla had a solid amount of cheese and creamy jalapeño, and my dog enjoyed the side of steak I got him xD great experience and Ill definitely try to go back to this location in particular. This is the better of the two in the area as they actually make the food right and only forget one or two items every few orders. BUT it seems ALL the Taco Bells in the area cannot seem to remember the Chicken and Rice burritos. This one at least remembered the burrito had rice and cheese ... but beans instead of chicken. Its a good thing it wasnt for my dad since hes allergic to all legumes. :/

This was THE BEST visit Ive had at Taco Bell in a long time! AARON was great! Took our order CORRECTLY, was very clear, pleasant, and up beat over the speaker, and didnt rush us as we ordered. As we got to the window I realized I didnt have my debit card or enough cash to cover the order. Who carries cash anymore?! 😂 He let me know hed hold our order until we returned. We returned, paid for our order, and upon receiving our food, he even added a FREE DRINK! For nothing else other than to say have a great night! Even gave us EXTRA fire sauce! Because you cant have Taco Bell without fire sauce! 😉😉😉 Thank you Aaron, and the rest of the staff! Keep up the great, hard work! I entered the drive thru at 7:23pm and didnt get my food until 7:51pm. When I was one car before reaching the window to pay I waited for awhile then I noticed the person in front of me was handed his food in a plastic container. The customer picked up the bag of food but didnt put it in his vehicle. I noticed he put the bag of food back in the container and the Taco Bell employee took the bag back, then I saw the customer making hand motions like maybe he was explaining something to the employee. I continued to wait behind this customer for several minutes then I saw the employee hand over the plastic container again with the customers food. Wow now it was finally my turn to get to the window. When the employee opened the window he asked me if I had ordered the Value Pak, I said no and continued to tell him what I had ordered and he said, Oh its already ready! and got a bag that was near window and soft drinks. I asked him if that was the same food he had handed the customer in front of me and he said yes. I told him I didnt think it was right that my food was probably cold and he expects me to pay for it. He asked what I wanted and I said fresh food. I want the food to be hot when Id get home. He handed the bag of food to a gal working on the food prep line. I could see from the window that they put some of the same food back in another bag. While I was waiting for my food I had to ask the employee since I had already paid $26.64 for my food if he could give me my drink and he said sure and asked me what kind of drink I had ordered. Finally I got my food, drove 2.1 miles to my home opened my nachos bell grande and the chips were too soggy to pick up the meat or beans. I had to use a fork and throw out the soggy chips. Needless to say, this was probably the worst experience Ive had at any Taco Bell.

This place used to be good, last week I ordered Doritos tacos for my little girl she gave up after half of her first taco, so I opened up the taco and all I see was the cheese melted with little bit of meat. Not even fresh shred cheese and very stingy on the products. Don’t ever come back to this place again until they change their way of business. Thanks for reading it.
