Disgusting. They never serve fresh food. Tortilla are hard as a rock. I Literally got a potato soft taco 15 minutes ago and the potatoes were hard and stale. I ate half and I already have to go to the bathroom. You cant honestly tell me you did not know it was old food. My burrito even had hard stale rice in it. Taco bell gives you the shts anyway. Please take the health and safety of others into consideration.

Very disappointed visit today. First, you cannot order at the counter anymore, you have to place your order using a self computer station. Well, I saw two people walk out instead of using the order station. Listen, this doesnt work for everyone, especially for the elderly. We placed the order, but it took a long while to navigate the different screens; its not easy and it takes too long. Second, there is nothing out other than the soda machine, no ice, no napkins, so sauce or utensils and very impersonal . My as well be using a coin operated soda and sandwich machine, but no, I dont think they accept cash, must pay with debit/credit card only!!! I am not going back and I have a feeling from what I saw, others may do the same. Too bad company is replacing employees with machines and the service is taking a toll.

I got two freezes from this specific Tacobell and asked for an employee discount because I work at a local store and they told me no discount and I got the freezes but one had a hair and one had like a booger in it I was actually astonished because I have never experienced something like this before and horrible customer service.

Jennifer took my order she was outside with a tablet and a mini menu with the regular items, this menu did not offer the promotions I was looking for I was told I could not order at the regular drive thru menu. I asked the front manager girl at window and she was rude about me asking her why Jennifer had to stand in the sun 89• degrees and I could not see full menu she told me “I could get out of my car and come inside.” What if I have a disability and can’t come in. CORPORATE needs to change the way this Taco Bell is taking orders.

Newly remodeled! Love the updated look of Taco Bell, they look like the Catania Taco Bells, minus the available beer on tap, but still look very modern. Bc its the holidays (Im guessing) they have a person at the drive through physically outside to take car orders manually and earlier than you would be able to order via the speaker box. All in an effort to reduce wait times at the drive thru. I think... Whatever the reason Im down for it, especially if theyre paying them a little extra for being out in the elements like they are 🥶

It was soooo refreshing going through a drive thru with a kind and nice person on the other end. Olivia took my order at the intercom she has really good customer service skills. It was Blanca who took payment and handed us our food. She was super nice too. Both ladies were sooooooo pleasing and they made going through the drive thru so nice. Thanks ladies please continue to be kind and pleasing. You have no idea how someone’s day can be and just hearing a kind voice can make a big difference :)

I timed it. From driving up, ordering, add then receiving the bags of food, it took 36 minutes. 2 cars behind me left very mad. Very very slow service. 2 taco bells in town. This one truly takes the cake for being the slowest. Never had a problem with the other one. Very dissatisfied. Last time I came here was slow, but this time was double that time. Wont come here again. Ill pick the other location.

Just got home with my takeout and find that on 3 out of 4 chalupas had meat only at the front and back.. literally nothing in the middle.. I called back to say hey refund this, turns out they do cash refunds so regardless I have to drive back to get this fixed. Seems petty, but wow. This is like the 3rd time this has happened at this location. I don’t recommend it, on top of the drive through being unreasonably slow.

Tonight was the first and last time we will be to this location. It took 20 minutes to get through the 4 cars in front of us before getting our food. We could have left, gone to the location on Northgate Drive, and gotten home faster than we got served here. When we got to the window, it was obvious the staff was more focused on conversing than serving their customers. When finally given our food, it felt as if the woman was shoving it towards me and I barely grabbed the boxes and bag before she shut the window on us. No explanation for why it took so long, no apology for the delay, and no thank you. I understand that it was a holiday today, and perhaps they were short staffed, but thats no excuse for the half-assed service we received.

This tacobell is lacking. They can never make everything on their menu because they dont carry all of the ingredients to make everything. Be sure to check your bag because they always forget items. This is the only tacobell around that doesnt season their nacho fries because they dont get the seasoning. This is hands down the worst tacobell Ive ever been to and the worst restaurant for fast food in this entire town.

I came through the drive-thru and had ordered a chalupa box and wanted a fiery Taco in a cool ranch taco with it because I saw a sign below the menu for those flavored tacos. I was informed that they didnt sell the fire tacos anymore, even though they still advertised them.When I asked for no lettuce on any of the items, the women on the mic started saying are you serious and come on as well as sighing very heavily, she had an extremely bad attitude and was very unprofessional and rude. I canceled my order with her and parked the car and went inside to order from somebody else. I talked to the manager and she did resolve the issue with the sign and gave me my food. She tried to assure me that the woman in the window was talking to her co-workers and not me, but I do not believe that, and even if she was talking to her co-workers, it should not have been in the middle of my order well she was supposed to be conversing with me or where I could hear it come through the speaker.Now I go to El Pollo Loco instead because they give me much better service.I still gave three stars for the manager trying to fix things and the food being hot and good as well as accurate.But I will not be back because of that employee and because the manager tried to cover it up instead of having the employee take responsibility for their actions.

So far the service has been horrifically horrible I brought my sisters best friends dog walker who used to be my second grade teacher for a taco lunch. She got into an argument with the cashier lady because well Taco Bell in Manteca is unbelievably disgusting she told him to wash the floors tell them to wash their butts told him to wash their hands. We begged and begged and begged for hot sauce it wasnt like we told him to go next door and buy a bottle of something that actually tastes good we decided we wanted their crappy one.. This is one of the Best Taco Bells all around! We are from Hayward. We were camping & just set up camp & had to run to Walmart. It had gotten late especial because we had a late start setting up camp. We did Drive through. Ordered party pk taco & chalupa box. The Lady at the window is so FRIENDLY! She has been working there for almost 30yrs. That says a lot right there. She listened to what we ordered & what we wanted. While our meal was being prepared She socialized w/us keeping us intertained & the time passed by. The Tacos were made perfect! Some skimp on the lettuce. Not here. Some places the Tacos stick to the paper. Not here. We could tell the Tacos were placed in the box, Not slammed in the box. Gave us enough sauce for all our tacos & chalupa. Hate to run out when miles away. If we went back to camp there we would go back. We did not enjoy the camp ground as much as we enjoyed Taco Bell & Staff!

The kids from Manteca high they allow to go in there after school have no respect for other that are there to eat. They all have very fowl mouths, management does nothing about it. I am also a paying customer just like they are, management should make more of an effort to keep the cursing and inappropriate behavior down. Average food for this location. I wish Taco Bell would actually put beans in the burritos. They have slowly gotten smaller and smaller over the years to where they dont want to stay up when holding it. Mostly tortilla now and thats at most locations.
