There are no customers inside today and the bathroom was filthy had urine all over the floor and toilet and there was no soap. I tried to notify employees, but they were acting like they were too busy to assist me. Bad customer service.

I went here with my grandma and brother and had terrible customer service. We order on the self order screen and picked to pay with cash, when we went up to the register they said no cash. We ended up waiting 10 minutes till they can back and said they could take cash. We payed and it took another 30 minutes till our food came out. There weren’t even that many people waiting but the people ho were waiting we’re having the same problem as us. Also we ordered Baja blasts and when we went to ask for them they said the machine was broken so we had to get another drink. Won’t be coming here any time soon if this is how it’s going to be.

It says take out available during corona virus. I placed my order online and then went to pick it up. Was unable to as you could only do drive thru. There was a sign saying take out available. Lies. I’m not American and here as a tourist so I don’t have a car. Ended up asking some strangers in their parking lot to pick it up for me. They were by far more helpful than the lady that walked away from me without explaining anything.I ordered three things. Two from the vegetarian menu and the third a taco but with vegetarian option.They gave me a meat taco. They got my order wrong and I had to ask a stranger to get me my food.Would not recommend to anyone.

Horrible experience! Went to pick up a food inside the store after 5 minutes nobody cameTo help me out. I decided go to the drive true because was empty after waiting couple minutes I was told To park my car and waiting 5 minutes to my order gets ready . I parked my car and went inside again and after 15 minutes my order wasn’t ready them I asked an employee which was really rude why my order was taking so long since is a fast food. First he said was a line for my order (25 minutes total) and then unitShortage of employees (were 6 employees behind the counter) no line On drive true nobody inside the store. I told him next timeI will just waiting inside my car on drive true until my order ready he said he will call the police. What’s wrong with those employees? If they are not happy why just stay homeAnd give the opportunity to people who wants to work?

I mean, its Taco Bell.This particular location was remodeled at some point between mid-2019 and mid-2020, so its a bit nicer/cleaner/newer looking than it was before, for whatever thats worth. I personally strongly prefer the kitschy 80s/90s TB decor, but cest la vie.They get the 4 stars because I have yet to encounter an issue with an item being out of stock, but are docked the last star because literally *none* of the employees can *ever* hear/read/pronounce my (not all *that* strange) name correctly when I pick up an app order.

Im a dasher and have been stuck in the drive thru For over an hour and now I get to the window and they said they already handed out the order theyre not making another one Matthew does not know what hes doing you have a long line it shouldnt take this long to make some burritos and tacos. Hes very unprofessional on how he runs things and he needs to be dealt with Because if hes a manager Im sorry your business can go down the drain. If you guys mistakenly give out an order Im sorry you have to make another one. Went for late night drive through. They could barely hear me at the drive through (one can barely see the menu from where you talk into the speaker), got my order wrong and felt they overcharged me. When I arrived to the window the workera had music blasting inside.

We go there when we absolutely want a good TB experience. Weve never had a problem. Always clean. Always dine in. Good food. We drive past two other Taco Bells to get there just so we can have peace of mind. For me, an uneventful, consistent experience is worth 5 stars.

The food was as expected. I found a new favorite in their Spicy Tostada on the dollar menu. For the amount of beans lettuce and cheese I will skip the meat. Today there seemed to be a service issue though. Only two people were working in the kitchen while the person working the register had to constantly step back to help, so the line got pretty long. Good time to test out the automated kiosk which was easy to use. But had to wait 10 minutes for the food, not common for fast food places. Hopefully next time they will be properly staffed.

I decided to go to tacobell on my 30 min break. And they messed up my order... I called about 8 times for them to answer to let them know they messed up my order so they can replace my meal. But no one answers. I asked for a soft taco supreme meal with no tomatoes, 2 hard shell tacos with sour cream, and 1 cheesy Gordita crunch. I ended up with the soft taco combo with no sour cream, And I got 2 cheesy Gordita crunches And 1 hard shell taco. The food at this Taco Bell is fine, and the service is okay. I dont care for the drive-through lane however, because it is very narrow and you have to be careful with your car. Even though I have a sedan, I think about drivers with full-size vehicles and SUVs, and wonder if they struggle a little bit with the big cement wall that is on the right as you are making the curve around the U-shaped drive-through. Other than that, I have nothing negative to say, and its convenient to my house, which helps when I want to pick up a quick bite for myself and my husband!

Pros: Very clean, friendly staff, and order was correct.Cons: The place was almost empty, but it took nearly 10 minutes to get our order. The place was badly understaffed (2 employees: one on the register and one cooking) at 11am, and they were just starting to get busy while I was eating), so it wasnt that the workers werent working their butts off. This was a management problem, not a staff problem, so I only took off one star.

I did not like the chalupa box. I did not think ot worth the price. I found TBell overpriced in general. The food in the chalupa box was overwhemingly tortilla. The rest was low quality, old and pallid. A return visit is a no.(I hadnt been there for a couple of years and I guess its degraded.)

Ive been a taco bell fan for almost 50 years but, it just isnt the same. Bean and cheese burritos are like a tortilla with a thin layer of beans spread across it. Sometimes the tacos are great and, sometimes theyre just okay.

This location is ok, however we prefer the Taco Bell on Artesia when we’re in need of a quick meal, as they always seems to have fresher food and more consistent service than the one in Manhattan Beach for some reason. Whenever I order the spicy potato soft taco, the potatoes are always so over cooked that several are rock hard, rendering half the taco inedible. I’ve never have this problem at the Artesia location. We’ve also had items missing from our order from this location which as you can imagine is super frustrating when you get home and realize a portion of your lunch or dinner isn’t there. That said, it’s handy in a pinch when you’re on your way home from a long day at work, don’t feel like cooking and it’s on the way. 😜
