This Taco Bell always serves good food, and they hardly ever mess up on the orders. Its a really nice taco bell to sit down in! They just need more employees in the AM. We go there for breakfast early on Saturdays, and they constantly are not open on time or having problems getting going. But after the AM, they do Awesome.

The food is what youd expect, had a Mexican Pizza and a supreme burrito. The lighting outside was not on so the menus was hard to read (my photo was brightened through software, in person hard to see). They ran out of soda, which is fine for me, but there was no sign and the staff member asked me what I wanted to drink with no heads up, stating sorry we cant offer soda but we can offer something else. The person in front me left the drive thru without their items or paying.

Omg. Absurd experience. I’m just appalled how the employees here just giggle and talk and not concentrate on the orders. They just are not interested in doing the job, so slow, food is damn cold & such pathetic customer service not acknowledging the people standing inside the store. Least bothered and so rude! Pls do yourselves a favour and don’t ever go to this store even if it’s like few miles away. Choose a different store as this guys are so careless n not attentive in their job. I ordered nacho fries, and a soft taco. Both served cold. Food is so bad. Taco Bell should really inspect every store in the city to check if they are bringing their business down. And this store MUST close.

The breakfast was good. Ordering was a little difficult, but we managed to get everything. The drive thru was a bit slow. We’d definitely come back though.

Customer service was horrible. The food was nasty. Never again will I go there. The manager made me go to the kiosk machine. When I walked in for the very first, I just moved into the area 3 days ago.

Poor experience today as a walk in customer. They seem to only be prioritizing the drive throughs. Normally Id understand. However, would have expected that expectation to be set before I placed the order. Now I have been here for way longer than I planned and no sign of my food yet. Very poor service...

We ordered ahead on the mobile app and it took over 30 minutes standing in the lobby. There was a younger woman on the line apologizing and pumping out orders and seemingly mainly working on the drive through orders and still talking to the lobby and explaining theyre shortstaffed and just being a good employee.Opposite of her was an older lady moving at the speed of frozen tar, grabbing a box, setting it down, looking up at the monitor, reaching over for an ingredient, setting it down, looking up at monitor, scooting box 3 inches, looking up at monitor, then by Gods miracle she would finish one bag, come over to the counter, mumble, ignore the lobby guests who said, who is this for and go back to being the worlds slowest employee Ive ever see. Its already frustrating as hell for the other lady handling a very backed up drive through but because shes younger Id bet dollars to donuts she gets paid the same or less as Count Slowsula. It was painful to watch. And why is such a large organization only hiring 1-2 people for a Monday lunch rush? Pathetic.

This is one of the best Taco Bells I’ve ever been too. They had the A/C blasting, the workers were chill and friendly and super fast. The food was tasty and hot, not sure I’ve ever had hot food from TB before. Wish this was my local Taco Bell.

I went there before work whoever was at the window at 4:40 on 8/11 should not be at the window. I asked for the chicken cantina tacos (which are still displayed on the menu) and this lady replied a very snappy tone we dont sell those.If something is displayed at the menu Im gonna assume you have it atleast say you understand that it is out there not speak to us like we are crazy for ordering something you are sold out of. She was not responding when we asked questions and added something to our order we did not order when we asked her to remove it she became snappy again and told us what do you want you said you wanted the number 6 and now you want the number 2 with a lot of attitude. When we asked for her name she refused to give it to us. Completely ignored we were even asking didnt want to order after that interaction. Wont be coming here again despite being a regular. This taco bell needs to check on who they are hiring.

I ordered my food at the front and somehow my order didnt go through correctly. The guy at the window apologized for the mess up but the lady that was helping out gave me attitude like everything was my fault. I asked for a receipt for the refund but she told me to take a picture of the receipt of the refund. Everything would of been fine until she gave me attitude for a receipt. I dont know why its hard to ask for a receipt. Every order should come with a receipt.

One of the worst Taco Bell !! They have no clue how to handle the orders and the customer, best you can avoid this Taco Bell and take it from somewhere else !! The WORSTWe ordered it online and they made me to wait for 45 mins and then they said we don’t have your order and not ready to take my order and their system is new which doesn’t make sense and don’t even bother to ask again !!Avoid folks go for the next one

Food is Turning into mainly the tortilla with little filling. Last time we went out want worth it. 4 starts because its as expected. Employees are great! Locations easy, pressing is easy, drive thru is fast, all good things but the food quality from corporate is going down hill faster! Taco Bell need to rethink the amount of salt, calories, fat, & start putting more filling & less tortilla & carbs.

This place is the worst. They are so slow and have terrible attitudes/SO RUDE. I ordered my food ( 2 orders of cinnamon twists and a soft taco) at 3:56pm and did not get my order until 4:18pm. Thats CRAZY! You dont even have to make the cinnamon twists but it still took over 20 min. And then surprise surprise, they got my order wrong!!

Oh my god where to start im just mad because first we went to get taco bell and they forgot one of my order this is not even a crazy part so we went back to get my order.. it was already late and also there was a long line and we waited 25 min in the line and then they didn’t even ask our order where they take orders but when we arrived at the window he started asking what kind of taco was that and took another 10 min just had a worst experience… he was talking to other employee that you forgot another order so that means they missed more then one order

I refuse to pay $3.99 for a bean burrito!!! Theres no meat in this, only beans, shredded cheese and red sauce. If Id added sour cream, thats another $1. Highway robbery for a little burrito that wouldnt help anyone feel full, when they have a box that has 3 - 4 items in it that costs the same.Also, on that menu, it listed the nachos bellgrande for only $1.69! But she wouldnt honor it. Definitely not a place I want to go to anymore!!!

How good the chili was. I come to the same place for more than 4 years. And it hasnt been back for a while and its still just as good. Highly recommended.
