I’ve been to some 2-star Taco Bell’s and I’m happy to say this isn’t one of them! I visited this past Monday night (12/4) around 10pm and got excellent service. The girls at the window were pleasant and it was extremely quick. My order is pretty complicated (vegetarian) and they got everything correct! I did a mobile order. Overall will return!P.S. the only negative thing about my experience was turning down the one way out of the parking lot. Look at signs y’all. Definitely my error 😅

This Taco Bell is always staffed with friendly helpful employees the food is always done to perfection the drive-thru moves very fast and it is always clean inside and out easy to find parking and there is never been any issue with any of my orders.

I ordered 5 beef crunchy tacos, I asked and paid $3.00 for extra cheese. I even asked the girl if they put extra cheese, and she said Yes. As you can see, thats NOT extra cheese - definitely not worth paying an additional $3.00 for.

Yesterday, 08.12.2023, I had the worst experience of my life!!! I ordered two (vegetarian) Fiesta Burritos. The staff added chicken to my burritos..Thats right. It wasnt until I was two-three bites in that I look down and notice MEAT in a burrito!! I was parked right outside the business when I jumped out of the car and force-handed myself to throw up. I ran into the site and asked for a restroom key. I was met with resistance by being told I needed a RECEIPT to prove that I was a client. It wasnt before I pointed at the cashier who messed up the order from the beginning (little, short, complected girl with glasses). They handed me the key and I entered the restroom to throw up again.After that obscene experience I went to the front to ask for what happened. I was met with refusal of service from some guy who lacked managerial skills, a kitchen staff of women who said its not a big deal, another who just stared the whole time. I got ZERO apologies from Taco Bell Staff. ZERO!! the staff dynamic: meat eaters, Latinos, low income, basically people that dont mind meat because food is food mindset. NO TRAINING on food allergies, food sensitivity, diversity, personal belief. They just rolled their eyes at me..Look, I never come here. Yes, they made a mistake they dont see as major, but you know what, it was major for me. I was at home with an upset stomach, unable to pass food all day. Did they care? Of course not.LAST TIME Ill ever come here. Not the LAST time Ill downplay this disgusting business.

Theres always a long wait and homeless people waiting on the sidelines asking for $ to get food. They have poor customer service and never follow instructions, my partner is allergic to sour cream so we always ask them to not add sour cream, but they always add sour cream even after youve asked.

Everytime, literally everytime I go here something is wrong. I get charged for a meat upgrade and get ground beef. Multiple times Ive gotten stale tacos so clearly they dont do quality checks and other times Ive gotten burritos that completely flat or the meats sitting at the top with the rice sitting on the bottom half.Easily the worst franchise Ive visited.

I ordered on the kiosk, so it asked for my name. They never called my name. However, they DID call a number and some random person walked away with MY $20 order. I saw 3 people order & get their food. I finally asked where my food was. She looked at the screen and said someone took it. NO! THEY GAVE IT TO THE WRONG PERSON! Then that random persons order was ready and nobody was there to get it. So they probably threw it in the trash, but if she came back they had to make it again for her. This Taco bell has some friendly staff and my orders have always been accurate. Im including this in the review but not reflecting it in my star review as it is not the fault of this Taco Bell nor its employees. The location is kind of difficult to drive to with all the one way streets and the train in the middle of long beach Blvd so keep that in mind and there are occasionally homeless sitting outside the door but you can easily ignore them.

Do you like your food well made? Do you like fast courteous service? Well ladies and gentlemen, this taco bell is not the place for that. Yup Im not surprised that this was the worst taco bell ever. I dont know what you guys are doing at this taco bell but its obvious youre goofing off and taking your sweet old time in there. The outside banner says theyre dining room is open, as its daytime, but when getting closer to the door its locked and a small paper not visible from a distance says drive through only, cash only. You dont know the dining room is closed until you get right to the door. Okay fine. But as I ordered my food the girl employee on the other end laughed. I asked if there is a problem and she said no. Now Im fine with laughter and love laughing, but I found that kind of weird and inapropriate. Thats why i asked if there was an issue, because it sounded like she was not focusing on taking an order and distracted. Or on the other hand, I hope she wasnt laughing at what I ordered. Im not trying to be cynical but because I felt it was rude to laugh when a customers ordering, I couldnt help but wonder why. Then, the wait was way too long, perhaps 20 to 30 minutes, ughh. Plus I actually told the window person that I seen two people also walk up the door outside, only to find out its locked. The food was poorly made and my chalupa was hard, Ive never experienced that before. Inconvenience after inconvenience. I will never go to this taco bell again and you know what, neither should you.

This taco bell has really changed a lot the last I visited there in which was a while ago I was very very very disappointed with their food. However I just recently visited and I was very impressed with how quickly they got the food out and it was very hot the cashier was very friendly I just enjoyed visiting. I will be visiting if your in need of a quick bite to eat and you crave taco bell and your close by I would recommend this one.

Worst service I f anyone I’ve been to on a consistent basis. It worth it to drive and extra 5 mins up the street to the willow location. Than to eat here. Since October of 2021 I’ve eaten here 5 times and on 3 occasions they wouldn’t take my order at the drive through. One time it was a system problem the others was they are short staffed. Then you have to sit there another 4 to 5 mins for the other cars to move through to get out and all the people in front of you got food. This place is poorly run. The one great experience I had I walked in.

For some reason this Taco Bell Drive-thru started this policy not to let you drive up to window when its your turn to pay, they wave you back till they have your food ready and I dont know if they are doing this because of covic or what but they can always just close the Drive-thru window (Duh) needless to say the other cars behind you start yelling and beeping for you to move up. what really sucks is when they drop your change on the ground before you can grab it and dont say sorry

Didn’t say anything for about 9 minutes then asked me to back up. No other piece of conversation. Nothing. Then forgot a few tacos off my order. Took my food back to count I think. Then gave it back with out any word. No sorry no nothing. I asked what happened and all they gave me was a coupon you would get in the bag. Literally the worst experience I have ever had. 4 of them where just chilling at the window. It was pretty ridiculous. The cashier tells all the cars to back up at the window because they don’t want there timer to start counting.Today I tried ordering online to possibly speed up the process…… I was wrong !!! I called 22 times and not one time did anyone answered it went to some type or fax machine 📠 noise after 33 seconds. The employees are too busy talking among themselves to even provide a decent customer experience period. They should worry more about their customers which are giving the business to your company to keep Taco Bell employees paid and hours. I work in the retail industry and this is by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I went here today and had THE WORST Taco Bell experience I have EVER had in my life. I asked for a smothered burrito with just cheese inside, nothing else, like an enchilada, because I dont eat meat. The cashier was very polite and had understood what I said and asked the lady behind her to make it, (a pretty simple request, its just tortilla, cheese and red sauce... three ingredients) who turned out to be the manager. The first time she made me a dry tortilla with a bunch of cheese inside, with no sauce on it, and then gave me a separate container with a bunch of meat, sauce, and cheese. Not even close to what I asked for... also I had mentioned three times I dont eat meat. I asked her to just put sauce on the thing she had made and I would have been happy... But then she proceeded to make me a completely flat, dry tortilla with some sauce thrown on top of it and barely any cheese at all, it was just like a dry tortilla with red sauce... And then she got really rude with me and I had told her what I wanted about six times at this point. The cashier was told to just give me a cold container of cheese, I felt like I was just being brushed off and cast aside because it was too much effort to make me a simple enchilada... There was no line and the restaurant was nearly empty except for myself and two other people who were sitting down eating. Finally I just asked her to remake it a third time, repeating what I had said at least the tenth time this time, tortilla, filled with cheese, with red sauce and cheese on top... three ingredients. The manager got even angrier and made me the most disgusting... thing... I dont even know what to call it but it was basically just a burnt tortilla with a super thin layer of cheese and a bunch of sauce dumped on it. I got charged for extra cheese. I was on my way to work, so I just had to call them, and I asked for the manager. It ended up being the lady who messed up my order three times!!! When the cashier understands you and treats you better than the manager there is a problem, it was a simple request and I was treated like some huge bother because I asked for something that was so simple to understand, I couldnt believe it. I talked to the manager and told her on the phone that I didnt even want my money back, I just wanted her to provide better service in her restaurant and be kinder to people in the future because the way I was treated as a customer was unbelievable. NEVER going back here again.

I wish I could give zero stars. Hours of operation are in correct. Went there at 9:30am and the doors were locked with workers inside. They treat the drive through like top priority and neglect the customers inside. Ive ordered many times with the drive through empty and Ive seen on average 6 to 10 cars order after me and get there food before me. Even when I order to go, with is no difference what so ever then the drive through. Its the same food and they both go in bags regardless of to go or drive through.They mess up orders allot and have to concern for people with food allergies.

The staff was a bit unprofessional and rude. Inexperienced it seemed even. There were several workers crowded in the back laughing while there was a line of customers and the cashier constantly needed help, which the person asked could not provide most of the time. Another customer pointed out the attitude of an employee after a rude response was given which showed me I wasnt the only one having a bad experience here. It wasnt clean. When I finished my order I had to ask several times for my cup to get a drink. My meal was simply placed on the counter when it was finished without a bag or tray so I was quite confused as to if it was meant to be to go or dine in. All in all one of the worst experiences Ive had at a food establishment.

So my friend Mike and his son have a chihuahuaNamed Mimi..shes the chubbiest chihuahua I have ever seen and she loves Taco bell. Pretty simple menu. Kids menu no longer available. Which was sad because my son was looking forward to a kids meal. Im guessing because a child has expectations of a meal for them that includes a toy. This WAS my neighborhood Taco Bell - I go often even though its usually a hit or miss.Last night my friend and I ordered a Spicy Soft Potato Taco ($1) and 1 1/2 Pound Cheesy Potato Burrito (~$2.99). When the order came out, the 1/2 pound burrito was clearly too small - it was the same size as my dolla taco.We gave the cashier, a heavyset, fairskinned, young guy with glasses, the opportunity to fix it by explaining the problem but he refused to remake it.We got our money back and left. I went to taco bell for breakfast before church. Got the nachos with chicken. I was impressed. El Polo Loco had a salad type thing with chicken. The chicken was cubed, very dry and tasteless. Beans were not refried and tasted canned. Same price with soda with coupon!Taco Bell had xtra shredded chicken, tender and moist with refried beans and 3 types of cheese. No coupon needed.I use to see El Polo Loco as a restaurant and Taco Bell as Fast Food. Not any more. 😆

I came to Taco Bell around 10PM thru drive thru and order a burritos and chalupas. I did not wait to long to get my order which was kind of surprising being the 4th. car in line. When Ive got home to eat my meal at home, Ive found out that the burrito was super cold and the chalupas was warm. I did not want to call or go back to complain as it was a little too far from my home.I always have the idea that Taco Bell supposed to cook the food on order but apperantly I was wrong.I will not go back to this location again.

I always got a stomach ache or Hershey squirts from this location. The place is very small and tables and floors seen to be cleaned once a day if even. There are always homeless people getting drinks in water cups and begging outside. The place stinks and wait times and horrible. Their food is sad, they bakery put any meat or sauce in their burritos and dollar menu items. Taco bell isnt like it used to be the nineties. Sad... Sad...
