Beautifully presented food. So appetizing! Needless to say, nothing will change because 1) its taco bell and 2) its opposite the college so itll have a constant flow of hungry students regardless of quality.

This is the best taco bell around as far as consistency of service and food quality. Of course, there are those times when the B crew is working and something or other is not satisfactory. But thats bound to happen at any place. And it happens far less often at this location.Also, if youre in the drive-through passed 12:30am or so, and before 2am, youll hear, Sorry, were currently closed. Theyre not. Just start ordering.

Worst visit yet. I placed an order on the app at 6:14 PM. I didnt get my order until 7:07 PM. Since I had ordered through the app, they couldnt even give me my money back. My order was missing 8 items, but again, they couldnt help me. App feedback accomplished nothing. Nobody contacted me as requested. Im thinking Ill just dispute the charge with my bank. Wont return to this location again, just a ridiculous wait time and bad order accuracy.

Ordered through food delivery app. 3 crunchy tacos (a combo meal) and a quesadilla. 3 of the crunchy tacos were ordered customized with red sauce in them. A bunch of the Fire sauce was ordered as well since theres a section to specify the number of packets you want. We added about 15 because we like it so much. They gave us 2 sauces. And 1 napkin. 1 of the tacos was BEYOND spicy (and we like spicy). This location is usually really good too.

So this was crazy. I was heading to Wendys which is 1 block from taco bell. Well, there was 2 Petaluma police in Wendys parking lot. Middle of the parking lot, car stopped in front of them. Totally blocking the driveway.So, I guess its taco bell. I pull in to taco bell and there are 2 Petaluma police cars stopped, lights going, car in front of them stopped. But all 3 vehicles are in the drive thru lane. The driver is being given the sobriety test. I just laughed and drove back to Wendys.

If you enjoy Taco Bell please go to a different location. I have attended this location a number of times. In general my experience is that the food isn’t up to par even with Taco Bell standards.It seems particularly bad in the evenings and the crew that works at night also has horrible customer service.

If I still smoked dope I would give it six stars. This Taco Bell is always clean and the employees are very courteous and helpful. Years ago I went to a Taco Bell when the tacos were $0.59 and they had a special 10 tacos for $5.99. I ordered nine tacos and then I ordered one taco when the employee asked me why I told him to do the math. 5.99 divided by 10 is $0.60 a taco. Watch for the specials sometimes you pay more for what you get.

I was surprised at the quick and accurate service we received, and the cashier was very friendly, but all of the burritos were leaking pretty badly from either side, and the outer tortilla on the double layered tacos was so uneven that it hung over one side of the taco, and into the corn shell. The proportions were good though; maybe they just had somebody new in the kitchen? I will give them a few more tries.

Waited in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes. Taco Bell posted online that they were geting rid of multiple menu items to minimize time in the kitchen. I was just at Taco Bell, waited for our food longer than I have ever waited. We waited almost 20min for our food, we ordered the easiest items ever (2 burritos, 2 soft tacos, and a nacho). The gentleman that had ordered behind us even went up and asked for a refund and walked out due to how long we waited. On top of that another persons order was made wrong. This all happened in a 30min period....ridiculous.

Our online order would not go through so we called the number for this specific location. We asked if it was still possible to get the quesarito if we came to the store because of the trouble online. The employee on the phone asked their manager and confirmed twice that it would be okay to get the quesaritos if we came in. We arrive in the drive through 15 minutes later and when we ordered they said we could not get the quesarito. We told them that the manager confirmed we could that day but they continued to say we could not. We ended up waiting to get out of the drive through and not getting anything.

I swear this place gets worse by the day since I first began eating here in 2002. All of 2020, Ive had long lines with 40-60 minute waits and theres always something missing/inaccurate. Today my nachos were missing NACHO cheese. I didnt pay $5 for a plastic plate of chips with bean slop. This place is where my first job was almost 10 years ago and trust me, I know how its supposed to work. And its not working. No one is checking their orders and theyre always chatting, interrupting co-workers talking to customers and just plain getting yelled at because they keep doing it wrong. Hoping some management someday sees this and gets things in orders.

Usually don’t have a problem with this location. Until yesterday I had the worst experience in my life possible. The suppose “manager “ Charles which I’ve only had good experiences with had lost it. He started to take our order then had to stop to attend to something(not an issue I’ve worked retail I get it). He came back 2 minutes later to get our order as soon as I started to give it he had to step away again. When he came back for the 3 time I’d ask if he was ready and he said I don’t know if I can even take your order. I asked why and got the answer I’m giving everyone their food in front of you and your holding up my line. I was ready the first time we tried to give you it. I got 4 things, one which included a box order $5, along with 3 burritos off the dollar menu$3 plus tax.He said the total was $25 and never came back to mic. Upon pulling up I had my card ready to pay and had asked if he could read it off to me because it didn’t sound right. He took the card out of my hand put it in the machine as I was continuously talking to avoid making an error on his part. I asked him to give me my card back. He walked away for another 3 minutes then came back took my card out of the machine screamed in my face saying he didn’t charge it and throw it across the kitchen. I’m shook at this point and can’t believe such behavior. I had to re explain I just wanted to make sure it was right before you made everything and charged me. He throw the bag and drinks in my car and said here why don’t you check it your self. Is that what you want and refused to give my card back. Don’t know how I still stayed calm and explained it’s not about the food anymore you don’t treat people that way. He complained the whole time I was holding up the line. He didn’t care what I had to say. All I wanted was for him to just calm down and acknowledge you don’t do that. Regardless I am a customer I don’t need to be talked to like that and have things thrown in the window and my card flung across the kitchen and screamed at because your having a bad day. I’m truly astonished all these events kept proceeding. He told me everything was free so now there’s no problem. Again it’s not the price or the food anymore. When I clarified that to him he called the police still screaming at me. This happened 7-7-19. Not sure if this is the experience anyone else has had coming here. I still can’t believe this really happened. I hope corporate checks the cameras because I’m sure this video would go viral. Have you ever seen abusive behavior? I’m positive with this work environment it’s created a hostile one. I will let my voice be Heard and stand up for the employee who have had to deal with this! Im not going to lie - I unabashedly love Taco Bell. The Rohnert Park location near Sonoma State University (East Cotati) has recently undergone a much needed full renovation and the results are wonderful! Spanish style tile lines the interior and exterior, the lighting is much improved (not harsh flourescent any longer, were talking warmly lit chandeliers now 👍) the menu boards are dynamic flat screen displays, and the seating and tables are great. But the star of the show is the food! This Rohnert Park location is on point: the food is always fresh and well prepared and the fountain soda is a respectable mixture (not too sweet, but also not missing the syrup). The staff are all awesome as well. Its not often I look forward to interacting with fast food staff as I can appreciate how demanding the job can get, and sometimes the stress bleeds into their interactions with guests. That being said, this staff is wonderfully friendly, helpful, kind, courteous, and they dont mess up orders 🙂 All in all I love frequenting this Taco Bell. Writing this review is making me hungry which means I might be paying them a visit tonight!

This Taco Bell (across from SSU) was recently remodeled and not only is it clean and attractive but they also now have wall kiosks to let you do your own ordering. As a person who believes in employing humans over bots, I find myself divided on this new tech. Convenient when Im feeling shy or overwhelmed squinting to read the menu behind the register, theres a lot of folks who need jobs. Plus tge folks at this location tend to be awesome. Hardworking,, friendly and I almost always get what I ordered. On the other hand the drive- thru line is usually so long that Ill often go somewhere else, even when Im craving Taco Bell. Fast food isnt fast when it takes you 20 minutes to drive through. Maybe the kiosk will make going inside worthwhile.

Well they had a new guy make my 2 Mexican pizzas, he only had cheese and sauce in very center of them. In addition he tried to hand me food without a bag, his boss yelled put it in a bag from other side of kitchen. He left came back with a bag that had a bunch of water splashes on it, he also needs to change his gloves more often. So he hands me my two mexican pizzas in a small paper bag upside down, so the little toppings I did get, were now on top of box,That being said they made me two new pizzas with toppings to the edge (extra toppings) they were delicious. I tried to place an order online, but it would not complete. I then drove to the Rohnert Park Taco Bell across from SSU and placed my order in the store and paid for it. When the young woman brought out the sealed bag I asked her twice if the one drink that I had ordered was in the bag. Each time she said yes. I then drove to Petaluma and opened the bag to share the food with relatives. Guess what - NO DRINK. The next time (if I go back) I will open the bag at the counter and inspect the contents.
