Pay the extra money to get steak and I get 5 pieces of steak. Learn ur job and stop skimping. This location use to be good but its been going downhill. If its not skimping you its not putting everything in the bag you order. And this has been happening for a very long time. I guess Ill be going to a different one.

Bad experience here . Unfriendly staff, old food ( tortillas ) I bought 2 bean and cheese burritos. Tortillas was so old that it was hard and sharp at the edges to the Point that it was hurting my mouth. I finished anyways and spit out the hard pieces . Told the front cashier about my burrito he didn’t apologize as I told him about my food . He turned around and told a young woman maybe supervisor??? No clue these employees do not say who they are . The women did not apologize either just said for your second burrito I’ll make you another one ( one that I didn’t eat ) this place is unprofessional with bad food and service will not come back here . La Verne location is far superior with good fresh food and friendly staff . Sad because I work near here but I rather do the drive than come here .

The food is fine, but the drive thru very slow. It frustrates me when some of these franchisees take advantage of the public. I was overcharged for the soft tacos. The sign clearly says theyre $1.49 and I was charged a $1.59. What is it? The server claimed $1.59. Then change the sign, pal! Also most Taco Bells charge $1 for value menu items. This Taco Bell charged a $1.49 for a chicken chipotle roller, which is two bites for a normal person. I guess I should have gone to Del Taco to get a lot for what Ive got.

This is the cleanest fast food we have been to. From their dining tables, counters and kitchen areas are impeccably clean. Rest rooms are well maintained, too.Shout out to the Manager and workers at this Taco Bell! Great job you all!

Ive generally had a good experience here in service and food quality over the last year, but due to possibly (?) newer management and staff as of today (10/10/22) I have to reconsider going to this location.Was ignored by all staff members despite being the only customer in the lobby and my mother was harassed/treated like a nuisance by the manager on duty after coming back to get my missing drink.That manager yelled and followed her to the door while saying that my mother was being rude by being unhappy about my missing item. It was a horrible experience.I sadly dont think Ill ever be walking into this locations lobby again, best to just stick to drive through where theres less face to face interaction with the staff.

As far as fast food goes Taco Bell is a good bet. Always exactly the same. I generally vote for hard or soft tacos, Cheesy Gordita Crunch is also a winner. If you havent tried the chicken quesadilla, be sure to add that to your next order.

Angry old manager was back in force today. She’s sitting inside while one of her employees make runs to the gas station while she says the restaurant is closed. I see you eating inside of the store. Best to fire the manager and keep the store closed than to have her hanging out inside acting like it’s closed while she collects pay.Instead of canceling my app order when I arrived she just acted like I picked it up 30 minutes later.

Slow service. Waited over 15 minutes to order. I was the only person in the place. Kept taking drive thru customers even though I was standing there. Another 10 minutes of waiting for food. Drive thru comes first even after I ordered. And not like there was a line if cars. Maybe 3. All came while I stood and watched. I should have left but I was curious how long this would take.

Its okay. The building is fairly new and its very nice. However the service is lacking at times. The drive through is spotty. Sometimes its ridiculously slow. There have been several times they forgot my order while dining in. The old building had much better workers who rarely made mistakes. Now its mostly kids who dont seem to care about the job at all. The food is good though. Never had a bad meal here.

Taco Bell is awesome with great food and the only place that has Baja Blast Mountain Dew which is delicious. They are busy during lunch which is when I went there, they got my order to me as quickly as they could. Seems like they are understaffed but through all that the service was more than acceptable.

Honestly, I feel like this place has gone really downhill in the last couple of years. The staff here changes like a revolving door, a sure sign that management does not treat them well. This place used to offer free Wi-Fi and have outlets, something that drew me to the place and made it a good place to have a pit stop in the middle of my day. Despite still advertising the free wifi on the door, they have gotten rid of both that and the outlets since I started becoming a regular customer here, and the ambience has gone from casual and welcoming to one that implies that I should get my food and get out of there immediately. While the food itself here is still as good as it always is, and the special boxes they have are a great value, the constantly changing staff means service varies. I hope they make this place the taco bell we deserve once again, and please, take care of your staff if you want them to take care of you.

Dont eat at this Taco Bell after 6 pm . You are guaranteed the worst service I have ever been witnessed too. First off if you expect your food in a timely manner you can forget it they will handle every car in the drive-through first and then if you wait long enough you just might get your food cold or lukewarm at best. If you complain to the management you wont get a name of the manager working that shift or the name of the employee who your complaint you they make sure to either remove their name badges or refuse to give you their names for what reason .? Well I would say it would be to avoid responsibility for poor customer service and even worse terrible .dont get me wrong I do enjoy Taco Bell in many different cities but in my hometown in Glendora I was surprised to find that when I took a bite one single bite into each taco that I ordered the food was cold this our cream was rotten The taco shells were stale and all of it I mean right down to the trail them selves smell terrible. I waited 25 minutes for my food to get there and it took me five minutes to decide I want my money back. After paying the total sum of approximately 10. could receive was four dollars back. I returned a soda full and it only took me one small bite out of each item to find that none of it was edible and all I could get back with four dollars when I complained again that that wasnt correct and I want to the managers name they refused to do so not only that they laughed be rated my wife and myself and said I should just go home and forget about it the cashier employees name was Jamie as it was written on the receipt and I truly plan to complain I getting again as theres nothing worse to have poor customer service poor food paid good money and a lot of time for something that couldve been easily settle

After church on Sunday I decided I wanted a taco for lunch and so I decided to use the drive-thru with my Mobility scooter. I guess they never had someone come through their drive-thru on one so we all had a good laugh.
