I LOVE taco bell. But for how much this location gets my order wrong, I have no words. Today is a great example. Went in, there were only 2 other people in there and one was already eating his food, so that leaves one ahead of me. She got her food and left. Leaving just my order to be made. I got the dipping taco, 3 crunchy taco combo, and chips and cheese. I look in my bag and the whole thing of chips is missing and when I tell them they give me my chips. Now that Im home eating my food, I realized that they gave me the wrong sauces that I dont want and cant enjoy my dipping taco because I have nothing to dip it into. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE. These people cant get the simplest orders correct.

The store is a little hard to find it’s easy to drive right on by. Store is very clean and sanitized. I used the kiosk the order and pay and I had my order within five or six minutes. The food is what was expected for Taco Bell. Staff is friendly. Trying to navigate your way out of the parking lot is challenging because you go down the small alley through residential area.

Food is always just fine, but its the unexpected random closing times, which is kind of odd, because there is no point in posting store hours if they dont means anything. Also, the employees tend to turn off all online orders and hour before closing, which doesnt make any sense either. Never heard of a store turning online order off hours before closing, these employees really know how to decrease the sales for the restaurant 👍🏼 pretty lame.

The service here is just awful. My husband and I had a simple order and they managed to mess it up. My husbands taco was sloppy and falling apart. We both ordered a strawberry cream freeze. Which they totally forgot. When he asked the girl behind the counter she rudly pointed to another employee and said have him get it. The other employee then proceeded to get us the wrong drinks. It wasnt that busy at the time, so the excuse of being short handed during a rush doesnt work. Its appalling how poor the customer service was at this location.

Another taco bell with its typical food, but a nice and affordable option while staying in Lake Tahoe.For 10-15$ dollars you can get food, while in other places the price will be above 35$.It looks like it has not been renovated recently but the food was good and the staff was really nice.

Terribly slow service. The coffee I ordered was only partially full and not flavored properly. When complained about it one of the employees made a dismissive shrug and said Sorry and didnt plan to remake it. That didnt go over well. The coffee was remade. The breakfast burritos were poorly made with a lacking amount of content.

Its as good as Taco Bell gets. Take that for what its worth. I usually give people faith by telling them that the only fast food places in Tahoe that have somehow managed to reatain 95% or more of their staff are the two Taco Bell locations.I have Doordashed in this town for years and I would say over a quarter of my 4000+ deliveries have been from Taco Bell. I never have to worry about anything with either location. Their managers are there when its busy, the entire staff has smiles and works fast, and the orders come out perfectly. If it doesnt, tell someone and they will remake it. These types of places care more about a customers review (wink wink) than the cost of the food they serve. Haha

The manager at South Lake Tahoe location has to be one of the most down to earth and fair managers Ive ever met. Right when they closed, employees and customers are saying they are closed but here comes the manager who made me feel as though we were friends for a lifetime, took control of the situation and was able to get the orders I needed with no problem. They are definitely lucky to have someone who cares and understands, staying a few minutes after closing to help a customer could end up benefiting them. Considering I wrote this review, I think it worked. Thank you.

Cleanest taco bell Ive ever been to, the building is pretty nice but the staff really make it they were out on the floor cleaning during my late night visit very friendly diligent people who even managed to hold the door for me and greet me before getting back to work my order was made extremely quickly and they gave us the drink cup immediately

Extremely slow service with no concern to customers. Has been around forever and on one of its many remodels. Could be decent with staff who actually cares to cater to customers. Also... Talk about skimping. Tacos barely had any meat inside of them. That was a joke for $30+ dollars. Could of got something more filling elsewhere. Only getting 2 stars due to the cleanliness of the bathroom and due to most likely no dine in cleanliness of seating area.

It said, when I checked online, that they opened up at 10 in the morning so I went there that they opened up at 10. Imagine my surprise when I arrive and they are closed I went up to the door and the guy told me that they didnt open till 12. I told him that is not what it says online. He rudely told me sorry about that and shut the door in my face. I waited around till they opened because I wanted Taco Bell but I did not have a good experience with that guy. Needless to say I probably will not be going there anytime soon. A word of advice yall might wanna update that when someone Googles Taco Bell to check the hours of operation and also going forward train your staff not to be so rude

Where orders go to die!The line of waiting customers for to go was incredibly long. People waiting ahead of me had been there at least 20 mins. When I asked the guy at the counter why there was such a delay at a Quick Service Restaurant (emphasis on quick or lack thereof), his response was Taco Bell wasnt paying them enough. He confused a customer for his manager and I let him know as much. They had no clue what food was in the bags they were handing out. I left without collecting my food and letting them know this order was on me!Perhaps a one off but regardless, not what you expect from a QSR

This particular taco bell in Tahoe was a cut above the rest. I personally love taco bell. But the food seemed exceptionally fresh and well made. And when they got part of my sons order wrong, they told him to keep the food and made his order and brought it out to us. They were all friendly, personable and went the extra mile. And my son told me they are like that every time he goes to that one.

The worst experience ever in any fast food chain ever. They messed up my order when I proved the cashier named Chris started yelling at me not to raise my voice and started punching the counter and everywhere inside the store as if he wanted to punch me.The Manager started yelling at me without acknowledging what her employees were doing.I see a lot of people complaining about the people working there My Suggestion first fire the Manager and then the employees as the Manager supports all the rude behavior and takes no action and is as rude as anyone else at the store.

I gotta be honest: I loves me some good ol fashioned Taco Bell; its my guilty gut-bomb fast-food pleasure. I always seemed to be somewhat disappointed when I came to this location, though. Perhaps theyve improved since the last time I was there, but it used to be a Taco Bell Express and they only had half the menu of a normal TB; plus, the food was always slightly off from what youd get at a bigger-city Taco Bell.
