Signed up for rewards with the app then I had to sign up for Google pay and enter my debit card number to receive my free taco. The final submit button didnt work so I cant get a free item. Nobody told me we had to go through Google pay & enter our card # and all that other stuff for nothing.

Literally every time I place an order, something is always missing from the bag, my receipt says nacho bell grande and extra hot sauce and no hot sauce or order. Food is great, but it’s probably the most inconsistent fast food location I’ve been to. It’s the only location near my house but I expect for them to be:1.not open on time2. Not have potatos3. Have one person working there4. Not serve breakfast5. Long waitsOr at least two of the above.I don’t run into this at Del T, and I grew up with Taco Bell :(

Waited over half an hour. Line was super slow. Employee asked if everything was correct in the screen. I confirmed. They won’t take credit cards so cash only. I paid extra for a simple upgrade and they still screw up my order!!! Now I’m back to work late, in trouble and ripped off because someone doesn’t know how to read at Taco Bell! I call to complain and a machine says sorry, not taking calls during peak time. You guys are the absolute worst!

Ordered on the app for maximum accuracy....No sauce with my order even though I specifically got 5 of mild and hot each. Nacho fries were a bit soggy and clearly old. Well, there were two of us and I specifically said there were TWO OF US and wanted 2 tacos. Then I was told theres only 1 per order. So we get only 1. So after... I go back inside as a walk-in and ask for a single free taco, and the two women argue with me for 5 minutes that I never said there was two of us in the car. They should have just said no problem... thank you for trying our promoted item.After being annoyed at them, I decide to try an OTHER Taco Bell 5 mins away. Well they were very courteous and gave us two free tacos NO PROBLEMS. That OTHER girl even gave a smile and said have a great night !

Service is generaly good, food is as good as any other taco bell but the speed the drive through is soo slow at times. Ive spent nearly 30minutes at times even when theres only 4 people in line. Its gotten better with 15-20 minutes with 6 people lately. Could still use a little work.

Customer service leaves something to be desired. I come to this location almost daily, so you think they would be nicer to a loyal customer. They open at 7am, I was here at 7:05am and they wouldn’t let me in because they were mopping 😑. Being someone who has worked at a fast food restaurant, this is unacceptable. They do this often. The lady offered to take my order to go, from the door...& when I said no she told me I had to wait for the floor to dry...I wasn’t allowed in until 7:20. I’ll probably be making a complaint to corporate.

I would say 3.7 stars is more accurate. While this particular location is super clean, and has friendly staff, they do not have the fastest service, (we waited 12 minutes for ONE tostada the other night), and the orders arent always accurate if youre ordering on the new tablets they have in store. The placement of the restaurant in relation to the parking lot is just strange. There is only one handicap and one regular parking spot adjacent to the building... its a bummer to carry my infant carseat 100+ ft to go eat inside if that ONE parking space happens to be taken.

These are some of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of dealing with at restaurants. An item in my order was made incorrectly, I walked up tot he counter, the person who made it instantly recognized her mistake, made it again right away, and then the host brought it to my table with cinnamon twists no charge. Great service. Will come back again.

I went to this Taco Bell because it was close to my work, but I will not be going back. I always order the same thing as Im a vegetarian and gluten free. I order the combo with the two taco supremes and mexican pizza; both with no meat, sub. beans. This is the only location that refuses to put beans ON the taco....they make you order it with them on the side. Needless to say, that doesnt exactly work, so I spent $3 on the pizza instead of the $8 it costs for the meal. Oh well! Franchises suck.
