I went to order 8 crunchy tacos in the drive through. The receipt was correct. After I got home and opened one taco I saw 8 red fire tacos. I am horriblely allergic to spice like this. I am fortunate I didnt eat it. I am not going to drive the 30 minutes back. Learning experience, never go back and suggest no one use this location .

They make you use the self order screens if you say no they come and do it at the self order screen. They count each sauce packet. The staff and management there were not professional and lacked being happy.

I was driving around starving and came to this Taco Bell. It was like the perfect food at the perfect hunger time. Staff was super quick after we ordered from the huge ipad on the wall! lol!! In all seriousness, the ipad is so much better because you can pick all this custom ingredients. Even on how much to add! Really enjoyed that. Careful what you pick tho, the price adds up. Stay safe out there people and be kind to one another!

Taco Bell used to be so amazing. I was surprised that they were doing so well during the pandemic, however they have really messed things up by getting rid of essentially every good items on their menu. Whoever is making the decisions with the Taco Bell menu has absolutely no idea of their customer base. After getting rid of the spicy tostada, and the Mexican pizza I have absolutely no reason to go to Taco Bell. Goodbye and good riddance oh, I guess I can finally be healthy again.

This particular location advertises prices on the drive-thru board but are unwilling to honor them. When asked politely and calmly if they can charge the advertised price they said the could not. When I showed them the picture to confirm they said the number with the dollar sign in front of it was the calories, not the price... As far as I can tell this is not legal to do. It would have been nice to have been accommodated for the approximately $0.60 since is the legal, and morally right thing to do. Its also just bad customer service.California Business and Professions Code Sections For sales: 12024.2.(a) It is unlawful for any person, at the time of sale of a commodity, to do any of the following: (1) Charge an amount greater than the price, or to compute an amount greater than a true extension of a price per unit, that is then advertised, posted, marked, displayed, or quoted for that commodity. Some Taco Bell restaurants are very lazy on how they prep their food items. Where I used to live in Lakewood CA this was the case. After a trip to Tennessee I realized there are much higher standards for the restaurants that some dont follow. This one in Calabasas follows the higher standards that the parent company has established.

I think Taco Bell has a little of something for everybody.. Its nothing classy even though theyve remodeled their places the food is still the same but its good basic food and Ive certainly never had any food poisoning off of it and its served with a smile and you can drive-through most of their location so thats why I like

I go here for lunch because of Convenience. Fast service. Only drawback (occasionally) is that Calabasas High kids crowd this for lunch. Every now and again theres a Snotty piece of $#¶π thinks he can cut lines and act out. Doesnt happen often though.

Very clean dining area and fast service. I really enjoyed the value menu. The breakfast skillet was perfect for a light meal. Staff was super friendly and gave me wonderful service.

They close early all the time, if they mess up your order they make you bring receipt. Everything with them is a hassle. They screw my order up all the time. Never apologize never going here again.
