The staff here seemed very happy and friendly. Very unusual. I had the chicken chipotle grilled Ranch burrito. It was different than others Ive had. It had a little bit of lettuce and tomato in it which really made it better. Nice wood benches. And the restrooms were clean. With such an atmosphere of friendliness I asked to take a picture

The Taco Bell app has great rewards. You earn free stuff on a regular basis just ordering on the app. Ill make the order on my app, mention my name for pickup, and grab my food and go. Its always so quick and seamless. This particular Taco Bell does a great job with customer service and timeliness.

One of the worst Taco Bell’s in the area in my opinion. Customer service was awful. The CSR was not friendly, and never smiled once at me. I asked to use the restroom and didn’t say one word to me but walked to the restroom to put in the code. The bathroom had no paper towels nor did they have a working hand blower. The food was skimpy and I didn’t feel measured up when compared with other local Taco Bell’s. The restaurant just felt cold and not welcoming (signs place on the counter “order from the kiosk”). Disappointing.

Food is good but the staff needs to pay attention. 3 weeks ago breakfast burrito via kiosk I request steak n they dont put it in. Last week I ask for double steak n no nacho sauce and they dont do it. Today 9 bucks wasted when I ask the drive through guy for no cheese sauce in the crunchwap which he confirms but they put it in anyway

I went in here with a family member and there was also a group of individuals with disabilities doing their outing and the man tells my family member to use the self kiosk although I had cash and he rudely told me to use it a second time. Meanwhile he ignore a disabled man who was trying to use the restroom and another who was with his caretaker trying to order and told him to use the kiosk instead of helping him. I have never been treated so rudely in a fastfood establishment and as an ex fastfood worker I think this was unprofessional and uncalled for. I also ordered dine in and was given it as a take out.

Drive-thru server wasnt as friendly as they should be but the food was leaking and the beans were extremely running. I asked for extra beans and did not get extra beans. I order from several of the restaurants exact same border almost every time and I could tell this man was not made properly in comparison to other Taco Bells especially the one on McHenry

No complaints whatsoever, everything in the order was correct. The young guy running the drive through window and speaker was super kind and nice, and even pointed it out when my partner accidentally gave him two bills stuck together rather than not. Perfect 1am experience, lol!

Food was Luke warm, service mediocre but pleasant, delivery of food completely failed me and caused a mess in the car. Either standards of food placement was not developed and employees are doing what they want or the standards aren’t being followed. Please contact me to rectify my issue.

Really slow. If you are a dasher i feel bad for you because they will literally make you wait more than 30 minutes all the time they never have the food ready and start it once your there. Also they have long lines because they are really slow.

The food was hot and ready. We ordered two burritos and a has brown. The only problem was when we left the drive thru. We noticed they didnt give us a hash brown. So I called and the worker was polite I asked for additional free has brown for the inconvenience she said okay. I came in to pick up the he hash browns and they added churros which fixed the whole problem completely. I like this taco bell and will continue to come to it.
