I just left here 15 minutes ago. Went through the drive thru. Ordered a simple 2 Bean and Cheese Burritos and a drink. Asked for hot sauce. Paid, got my bag. While waiting for the drink I quickly glanced and noticed Fire sauce. Since I consistently am given the wrong sauce in the bag at this location I turned back and asked for hot sauce. Got my drink and sauce and drove allllll the way home to eat my meal before I have to be at work in 45 minutes. Get home. Dump out the bag and find 3 of these I don’t know tacos….. now I’m out of luck because I don’t have time to drive back and I can’t eat these because I’m vegetarian. So thanks Taco Bell for ruining my day before my 8 hour food service shift where I certainly will deliver the correct order to the correct customer every time. Something the people at this location apparently find impossible to do. I’ll be returning at 8:30pm after my shift to return this sad excuse for customer service.

I ordered 6 crunchy taco supremes for takeout. I only live about 6 minutes away but the bottom of the bag was wet from the taco filling or something when I got home. The bottom part of all of the tacos was soggy and basically not edible. What a waste of almost $20!! Wont be going here again and I suggest you skip it and drive over to Del Taco instead.

In the drive thru the people were rude and didnt speak English. The young man at the register was not friendly and acted like he had better things to do. I asked for napkins he lied said he put some in my box. Very very rude I hope they didnt spit in my food. Or something worse.

This location is our go-to, and once a week, well place a mobile order- simple items, no crazy changes. Yet this is the 3rd time our nacho cheese and chips have come WITHOUT the chips. And its always a disinterested/borderline rude employee at the window when this occurs. Today, I only got a taco and the nacho cheese/chips for lunch, and I was totally shorted. Its exhausting having to worry about whats not the bag nowadays.

Today 8/11/22 - this is the best Taco Bell has ever been. I don’t know what they’re doing differently back there today but holy s***. If Taco Bell was this good every time, I’d be here every day. Big Taco bell addict but if you want good food drive over to the one on Beach blvd. I live right around the corner and have been there probably more than i should but its close. My orders are right about 70% of the time and i cant pin what it is but it tastes off compared to their other location.

Very happy with the quality of service at this Taco Bell. two soft tacos, bean and cheese burritos, and cheesy bean and rice burritos are my three favorite items for the menu. I did however have an incident last week where a piece of rice from the cheesy bean and rice burrito with undercooked and I chipped my tooth on it the manager gave me. Only another burrito which I got two bean and cheese this time but he also gave me a free drink and asked me if theres anything else you could do great service they should check the temperature of the rice more often

I will never go to Taco Bell again the beans are reconstituted they do not come from a can they charged me $3.05 just because I added extra beans it used to be you could get a bean burrito for $0.79 now its $1.79 and its just beans. They raise their employees salary and along with it their prices I can understand why but their service is terrible and their beans were salty then I had a Ice-T that tasted like chemicals after I threw out the Pepsi that was awful so no go Taco Bell I will just keep going to Del Taco because in the last 3 years Del Taco has been a much better choice for fast food Mexican.

Wow, so many bad reviews of this place. I must be lucky. Ive never had a bad experience at this restaurant. I always enjoy the food. I like taco supremes, power menu burrito and cinnamon twists. The drive thru line always moves quick and the employees have always been nice to me. I really like that its open late. Till 1:30 AM I think.

The service is ALWAYS slow dine in or drive thru. My order ALWAYS gets messed up or they forget things. Its so close to my house but its not even convenient if I want taco bell Im going to start going to a different one. Might be a sucky job but you have it for now do it or find something else. Its what you get paid to do. I would only give u this star for the cleanliness thats it.....

There was mentally ill homeless people hanging out both inside and outside. With 1, police were called, blocking my car in its parking stall. I ordered a power bowl, and ingredients were missing. When I went to ask if it was missing, no apology. The woman just took my bowl, added missing ingredients, and handed it back. =/ Customer service and attention to detail could improve.

Burritos were super tiny and salty. They messed up our order as well. Not coming to this taco bell or any other Taco Bell again. Its too often that we get the wrong food (its ALWAYS worth less than what we paid for) and the portions are frequently smaller than they appear. Ive heard that others have experienced the same problems multiple times too.

Update. They solved the slow down issue I mentioned previously, & everything is much more reliable.Normally 4 stars but as of 2/2018 the service has been very slow. I could not recommend to people on short lunch breaks from work.

And i showed them the recipt so show them it is their own mistake so then they chatged me half a price just to give me whatever i already had paid for. Very rude. Very unprofessional. Ordered my go-to. Cheesey gordita crunch. No meat. Add beans. Well....they sure were shiesty on the cheese. I had to add some more at home. But even worse. I found a couple pieces of meat. Im vegetarian. Its like they put meat first and then read the order note, dumped it out -sort of- and added all the other ingredients. I mean Im not the the to throw a fit about it but that is not cool.
