These new tacos are so delicious! But the quality I received was ridiculous, you can see in picture. I wasnt even going to post about it, but when I went back through to get a remake the lady at window(heavy set shorter lady) didnt seem to care even told me to park an walk in and ask for another one. There was no other cars in drive through so its wasnt like I was holding up any line. for this being the only taco bell in this city, I wish customer service was better.

We have been regular customers for over 20 years, and the new staff has been absolutely horrible. They purposely mess up the orders and make the burritos so thin. The customer service is overall so bad. I’d recommend driving to Kingsburg or Fowler for Taco Bell than even going to this one. We’ve had 10+ horrible experiences with this staff.

Today it was a nightmare to come to this location, other customers and I were waiting more than 25 minutes to get the food, some customers asked for the money back. The staff forgot about customers inside the establishment and they were servicing drive true only.

Ordered for pick up on the app to make thing faster (that’s the idea right?). Nope. Closed I side at 8:30 pm. Girl working drive thru gives me attitude that I selects pick up inside when the front door is locked and all the chair are put up on the table. Ghetto people i tell you.

The staff are still wonderfully friendly, warm, and welcoming. However, they remodeled the lobby making it darker and less inviting for families to gather. Plus it looks like there is less seating. That part is not good. I wouldnt be surprised if customers coming into the lobby dropped and drive-through customers increased in the next year or so.

Drive through lady did not explain they only hav small and large size freezes when I asked for a medium freezes. She gave us small. Ok asked for mild and hot sauce and she did not put it in my food bags. When I asked again she either did not hear me or acted like it because she closed the drive through window on me and left. Another girl came to the window as age saw I was still waiting and told her I needed hot sauce. Horrible customer service!

Horrible customer service and food. Don’t even bother going to this restaurant. The staff is so unprofessional and make me uncomfortable. We are regular customers, and the cooks from the back come and look at who’s placing the order in drive thru. Overall would not recommend this store because of customer service and the food is disgusting.

Everything was good but the cinnamon twists were so bad they smelled and tasted so funky, hard to describe but like dirty deep fried paper rolled in cinnamon and sugar? They used to be good but my kids would not touch them and not even the dog. Everything else was good. Sad about the cinnamon twists yucko 🤢

We frequent this TB as it is the closest to our home. The service is always good, the restaurant is always clean, but the drive thru has missed items in our orders a number of times. To be fair we normally have large orders as we are a large family, but the frequency of the missing items keeps us in the parking lot to double check orders almost everytime.

I have eaten at TBs for 25 years. This was the first time in 5 years. Still the same... tacos crack apart with first bite. Burrito Supreme is super mushy and dripping out the bottom before you reach your middle bite. My drink was huge and tasteful. Will wait more than 5 years before I go again.

It says they close at 2 am daily but hours may vary on weekends. I get off of work around 1 am daily and every time I go and get there around 1:30 they will not answer to you at the drive through or come to the window. I believe they are supposed to serve customers until closing time, and not stop serving just because they want to cleanup and go home early. It’s B.S. that they think they can get away with that. Need to call corporate and complain. Worst management ever.

Service was fast. Staff was nice. One thing that has never happened to me before at a taco bell (and Ive been to alot of them) happend during my visit here. An employee came up to our table and asked how we were doing, and if she could help us with anything. And she said it convincingly genuinely. So. 5 stars for this Tbell.

Its Taco Bell. Its consistent, good tasting and cheap. Since its been renovated, it looks fairly modern and consistent with newer Taco Bells built. Service is exceptional, fast yet accurate, with hardly any errors that I can remember of. If you want a cheap tasty taco, this Taco bell is a good choice.

Bought a nacho box for 5.42 gave the worker $20.42 gave me no change. Went back talk to manager sent girl to the back to count the till by herself. Love Selmas Taco Bell!! The workers are always super bubbly and helpful!! And although Im not happy that Taco Bell has decided to take the meal deals off of the menu the workers gave me different options to get almost the same as I would before. Little advise TB bring the Meal deals back even if theyre a little more expensive.

The employees were super polite and they gave us just enough of everything (condiments, napkins, etc.) The drive through line was ridiculously long but we made swift time because they were on it! My only sadness was the discontinuation of the Mtn Dew Sangrita Blast. Thats all I really wanted!!! The Mtn Dew Spiked Lemonade was a sad replacement. Just tasted like watered down Mtn Dew. :(
