Dont expect any sauce packets if you order thru del tacos delivery app. The car nitas are very good. Under $2.00 value menu is nice. Make sure youre food was as ordered or described in menu. I got my crispy chicken tacos w/ chicken cold and no chipotle sauce.

The drive-up worker was amazing. Very friendly and welcoming and very fast service! Would definitely recommend this place. We were traveling in big van with 9 people and we received excellent service! The food was great and very tasty!

Absolute worse quality of food here. Unprofessional staff that clearly don’t care about the quality of food. DONT EVER VISIT THIS LOCATION. Staff never gives receipts for the food you purchase. Disgusting bathrooms that never get cleaned. The parking is littered with trash and never cleaned. Staff forgets food in take out orders. Just a horrible location. Don’t buy here.

They have Diablo packets! Ingredients are always fresh with many vegetarian choices. You can also add anything from KFC at this franchise, but this location seems like it could use a facilities update. They need to install a menu board at the entrance of the drive thru. Food comes quickly, although they shut down early on slow nights. Unfortunate they dont have a corporate Taco Bell on the west end, but theres always Titos tacos if you got cash.

This has got to be the worst tacobell I have ever been to. The people working there have no clue what they are doing. They messed up my order twice and had some unfriendly comments to say behind the glass thinking I wouldnt hear. Gave me no sauce. I asked them for some and they only gave me 3. Then they forgot my friends order and he had to wait more than 25 mins and had the nerve to say no extra sauce. It was not busy, there were no lines. But they seemed to be standing around singing and not caring about the customers. I would feel so disappointed and ashamed If I was the manager or owner of this location.

I’m not normally one to complain. Staff does a great job and they always get my order right. However, the franchise owner refuses to fix the drive through issue. Employees have to waste time using a tray to get the sensor at the window to work. Its been happening for over a year. Shame on the penny pinching franchise owners for refusing to fix it.

Burrito Supreme was small, very little sour cream if any. Taco supreme was good but it fell apart to easy. My lemonade was good. $9.08 too expensive. Repairs need to be done asap, they have to put a metal tray in front of sensor in between cars rolling up to the window to count each car going in. This has been going on for months!

When I pulled up to the window the cashier asked me “do you want any sauces?” To which I answered with “fire and Diablo please”, and then I didn’t get any sauces in the bag 🙃 I also can’t imagine how difficult it is to understand “I want 7 potato tacos. 4 Al fresco style and the other 3 with just no shredded cheese” but this same order gets messed up every time I visit this Taco Bell and others as well. They also placed half my tacos upside down so most of the filling was falling out into the bag.

Here I am on a Monday night rating a Taco Bell...You know when food is bad and you just shrug it off? Well the food was so disappointing that it made me decide to write a review about a fast food chain to warn random strangers. That...bad...I am a huge fan of taco bell but avoid this place. The attached KFC store was all right (except the sandwich) but within the expected aforementioned shrug it off range. The Taco Bell? Ingredients were noticeably old and portions like a kids meal. The tortilla shells/wrap was the same size but inside like... imagine using a blanket for a great Dane on a Shitzu.I ate it and am not hungry but wouldve been more satisfied with a peanut and jelly sandwich. Actually... Toast. Just toast with butter wouldve been better.

Have had them mess up an order on more than once. Also probably one of the slowest locations youll ever find. I can confidently say that this location is slower than 95% of all Taco Bell locations nationwide. Be prepared to wait at least 15-20 minutes for your order in the drive thru. You might be better off driving to the next closest taco bell before you get your order here.

Stated a big sign saying accepts EBT however after a long bus ride to get there realized it is just EBT cash they take... All KFC takes cash they should take the sign down! Wasted time, money then walked all the way back home. Also they refused to allow my service dog in with me to order my food even though by law they are required to. Staff was rude and place looked dirty.

When it comes to fast food Mexican food places, Taco bell has always been one place that came to mind. They have can a long way since the commercials with the Yo quiero Taco Bell dog until now. The only thing that has really changed though is the customer service. The prices has gotten cheaper, taste has gotten better as well. They have much more items on the menu then when I was growing up in the 80s and 90s. However, the one thing that hasnt gotten better unfortunately is the customer service. No longer is the need to treat your customers as you want to be treated and that is a shame. Overall though I would still recommend Taco Bell to everyone.

Bad staff bad food.The food hear is always worse quality than any other kfc/taco bell ive been to. I went there today as a time saving measure, so im not going to complain about the food quality.The guy taking orders asked me to wait patiently as I pulled up. Fine. He asked nicely, and was very polite about it. He forgot to turn his mic off...First of all, someone walks up to the drive through window, and places an order. Completely cuts me in line, and WALKS through the drive through. Its absurd that they even let him order on foot. Next thing I know, I am hearing these two converse. I tried to get his attention multiple times, but I was ignored and they kept talking. Finally I make sure that my voice is loud enough to be heard and I place my order.I waited 5 minutes from when I drove up to the microphone, to when I actually ordered. This is unacceptable. They cheat on their drive through timer stats (which are probably reported up) one of two ways. 1) When you order, they take 3-4 minutes before telling you the price and to pull forward. When you get to the window, the order is already bagged up. 2) If you pull up to the window, they ask you to put your car in reverse and back up away from the window (and timer sensor). Just now, the lady told me to back up. When I asked why, she told me because your order isnt ready. I asked her what she was talking about and she just walked away from the window without saying anything. She came back about a minute later and asked me to put my car in reverse and back up. I told her no and she walked away again. I have this food with me, but Im not eating it since Im assuming someone spit in it
